Why am I paying £46pm when I NEVER EVER get a signal with @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK this has been going on now for well over a month and I keep getting the same rubbish excuse..... I'm so sick of this network!

@ThreeUKSupport Yes I have and it's always the same, the masts are Expecting issues or higher volumes than usual. Yet I'm getting no service and still having to pay my £46 a month bill. It's ridiculous.

@Paul68958640 @ThreeUK Not really what I was getting at. Three's default response is that I should route my calls over the internet, rather than its own flakey network. I may as well just use WhatsApp.

@ThreeUKSupport I have been told by your Live Chat people that my SIM would be activated in 48 hours. They've told me this three times, but only after I contact them when it doesn't work. 6 days of it doesn't promote much confidence.

@ThreeUKSupport Nothing you can do. Your masts are too far away for the frequency they are operating on. Add to that a new build home with highly efficient foil faced insulation and the signal simply can't get through. Wifi calling and good customer service has saved the contracts up to now.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, i just tried it with mobile data and it worked. Thanks for the help. I have one more question, i got this connection from the 1st of April and my account balance shows 3 days until new monthly allowance starts. I am not sure why it is such. Thought it would be for one month.

@antartica81 @ThreeUK I’m told that its to do with the frequency/length of sound wave. Every network is different and buildings interfere with some more than others. I think EE is particularly bad as I had trouble when I was with them too.

@ThreeUKSupport It appears to be on just the website from what I've seen, but I couldn't get the app to work properly with filters, so I stopped trying to use it earlier. Would it help if I provided a screenshot to pass to your IT/website people?
