    @ThreeUK after a 40 minute phone call with you where I underlined and was told and confirmed that the money you wrongly took from my bank would be refunded to my bank yet here we with your unprofessional service credited it to my account despite my instructions not to!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport hey what’s happening with the Broadband and DNS issues that you have. How long is it going to take to get fixed. Need reliable broadband for work! Information on website says no issues………. Really, that’s not what customer services are saying via live chat!

    @ThreeUK Really bad customer service. Phone not delivered and you won’t even give me the tracking number so I can see what happens. DPD seems to have “delivered” it but was not signed for or a photo taken. Makes me suspicious!!!!!!
