@ThreeUKSupport Hello, yeah, it’s still an issue after my testing, sorry to say. That’s fine if you don’t have an update yet, please let me know when you do. Before your website was updated and this page was updated specifically, this used to work fine for me. Very odd indeed.

@ThreeUK terrible!!!! I really wished I did not take it my contract with them. If I win the lottery I will pay them for the remaining of my contract term. For sure my advice to my friends& family will be to stay away from Three.

@ThreeUKSupport However, this has not happened. I was promised a call back at 4pm on Wednesday and obviously the call never came. I was then promised my SIM would be activated by midnight last night, again this was not the case! I have given the SIM number to 5 of your colleagues

@ClaireTuck710 @ThreeUK I've had the exact issue since November! My Number has changed to EE and I've chased up my final bill countless times to Three. I'm being charged monthly still and being chased up by them! I have been told "it won't be an issue any longer" so many times. Disgusting.
