    @UK_Daniel_Card @ThreeUK It has been great to see how the community have reacted to this and how these folks have shot themselves in the foot reputation wise. Too much of this is spite because a sales pitch failed IMO. The pitch failed because the vendor was talking broken biscuits.

    @ThreeUKSupport No. They didn't. I sent the Agent complete chat log of Sunday. She was having problems with Computer. Then I requested to speak to customer relations department to make complaint about not hearing from relevant department. (1/2)

    @ThreeUK my signal has been terrible for at least a month or two now always on 1/2 bars? Is there a reason I’m paying £40 a month to get terrible signal?

    @ThreeUKSupport I was eventually put through. But customer relations dept. staff member was slow in responding. Was so slow I had to terminated chat as it had already lasted 40 minutes. (2/2)
