@ThreeUKSupport Also, I was told it was put on priority but it’s only because I made contact today that it was found to be a system glitch, otherwise it would never have been found out. Terrible service from start to finish even though I’ve been with you for 5+ years

@ThreeUKSupport But that in no way helps me? You’ve broken every promise you’ve made, then made even more errors! And now I’m going to be out of pocket. I’ve also been promised £55 and am still waiting to be credited that but I won’t hold my breath

@ThreeUKSupport Can this not be sped up? Like I say, I was told it would be done on Saturday and now I need to wait until Wednesday? I think it’s more than fair that I ask this all to be sorted today. The customer service has been poor enough already, it’s not fair I have to keep waiting is it?

@ThreeUK horrible service for 5G ! I unfornately signed for a 2 years contract. I can't even have a decent zoom call with y colleagues! let not even speak about watching a movie without drop in quality

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Kim thanks, but we've tried all that, we regularly have to adjust the settings depending on the signal. We have had virtually no WiFi thu, fri, sat am and also last night. It's come back earlier this morning but was very slow and it's now dropped out again
