@ThreeUKSupport That doesn't work for me, it says I have to wait for my first bill after going Option 4 > Option 3 and doesn't give me an option 4 at that point in the decision tree.
@ThreeUK Is there a way to talk to a person on the phone? I tried navigating the menus after dialing 333 to get a human, but miserable failed. So far I'm pretty disappointed with the support, it's on par with O2--bad.

@ThreeUKSupport We were changed plan, despite calling to say we wanted to remain on the original plan. After calling to explain, a refund for the 2 months was promised, never arrived, called today and told a refund isn’t possible and no accurate record of previous calls to support our request.

@ThreeUK three very long and frustrating calls to customer service, incorrect call notes taken, accused of not providing honest answers, promise of a refund, then you reversed the decision. What is going on?

@tescomobile Was a customer of yours for years but had to leave because your overseas data offering was shocking/non-existent. @ThreeUK are excellent able to use phone as if at home in most worldwide countries. You need to up your game in this regard Tesco.
