@ThreeUK is such a rip off network. Never seem to get signal anywhere and I’m charged £72 a month for the pleasure of an old iPhone model. Can’t wait for this contract to end after 10 years of thankless custom.

@ThreeUKSupport I realised it was not available is Senegal (I was connected to Senegalese mobile networks from shore) but you continued to charge me over my cap and all my charges come from simply having poor information regarding the data passport

@ThreeUK providing the most selfish and embarrassing customer service, again and again. What should have been a simple cash refund for an overpaid device turns into a 2-hour war of attrition, still unresolved. Everyone I know, please walk away from @threeuk forever. Cheers

@ThreeUKSupport I’m able to make a call but that may be because I’m being forced to use my wifi. When I switch Wi-Fi off I don’t get any data - it’s like it hasn’t been activated. I’ve checked postcode and my other three phone - it’s the handset not the signal

@ThreeUKSupport - 3 bars of signal, 1.32Mb down, 0.71Mb upload and 103 ms ping time = very good 4G coverage for data? What does 'poor' look like?

@ThreeUKSupport No I didn’t, I hadn’t ever set it up so I called the customer service line and was given a pin that I’ve been trying to use.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, I’m on ship so we enter Senegal. I tried to get a data passport as my vessels internet is slow and this is what I was charged trying to do that. At £18 of I put the £20 limit on, but it continued anyway. And a data passport was never achieved.
