    @dannybs09 @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Firstly, you are required to pay for that. So don't moan about that. However, I agree that their customer support is the worst. As of March 2021, ALL of their support will be fully offshore. Three are cutting costs of their last remaining quality teams.

    @ThreeUKSupport need to sort out customer service, quality of support and care awful to the point I now leave three, same deal, better customer care and appreciation, no bullying or lectures from South Asia.

    @ThreeUK I have just been hung up on there at 8.00pm precisely. Never mind the fact that I was on the phone from 7.00pm. Your customer service is abysmal!

    @ThreeUKSupport your internet is absolute dogshit and I want out of my contract asap!!! 18 months now!!! Not paying any cancellation charges either...oh and I'll be keeping the phone for the inconvenience of your shocking service both signal and customer service wise

    @GetMeAManager @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Entitled to be agree and advise people not to use them as a provider. I have NEVER experienced such poor customer service in my life. 9 phone calls (2 of which hung up on me) and still no further to finding out what happened to my order. So please, don’t patronise me.

    @ThreeUKSupport I've now had my contract cancelled (thank you, finally) but no confirmation email sent, and now I can't get my PAC code to transfer my number to Gif Gaf as I've been locked out of my Three account. Honestly Three, your customer service needs some work. Abysmal.

    @ThreeUKSupport As I've already explained I tried calling on numerous occasions, I've been told numerous times you'll stop billing me. If I don't have a resolution by this Friday I will be submitting a claim to the small claims court.
