  • Martincrowe52 Martin Crowe (@Martincrowe52) reported from Horsham, England

@ThreeUKSupport I never spoke to anyone about a complaint! As the person on the phone was not the most helpful! 2 days of no data now! It’s not good enough!

  • jrdnphp jrdn 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@jrdnphp) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@ThreeUKSupport This was yesterday mind! I have not tried that, but if I experience it again I’ll switch. I was with a couple of people on 3 who had full 4G signal but no connectivity so am pretty sure it’s not my device, if that helps any!! Thanks

  • RonnyDavies Ronny Davies (@RonnyDavies) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@ThreeUK since your network signal seems to be patchy in G41 can I pay my bill in installments as every call needs a redial and the data signal buffers continuously. I means fairs fair I pay monthly in one installment for a one installment service if you start I will copy

  • Biker_Buzz BikerBuzz (@Biker_Buzz) reported from Beeston, England

@ThreeUKSupport I was referring to the sound quality rather than the music. It seems to be working now. Apparently running out of data before I upgraded was the issue. IMHO it should be obvious to check for these sorts of issues. This is the 2nd issue I've had with blocks.
