    @ThreeUKSupport looking some help on a sim only contract upgrade, I received the sim and put it into my phone, number was meant to be transferred by last week but still hasn’t. Any idea why this would be?

    @ThreeUK has anyone tried to cancel there phone, without changing to another network? If your a three customer, like me and been with Three for 6 years, its impossible to leave Three. The treatment I have recieved from three, is absolutely disgusting.

    In total I've spoken to five different people during the course of this two hour chat, and ended up back at the new customer sales team who offered me the same exact deal as a new customer. @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUKSupport I am not logging another complaint. I have logged numerous complaints with three and ingrt promised call backs within 48nhiurs, but that never happens. What is a complaint going to do.
