UK, never choose @ThreeUK. 5 seperate enquiries into money taken WITHOUT A CONTRACT, no proof of purchase, promises of resolution and then nothing happens again and again. This is how they treat customers of 12 years. @BBCWatchdog @ThreeUKSupport #worstnetwork #CustomerService

Yet more signal problems with @ThreeUK in SS0. By far the crappiest network going with weeks of issues. Never buy home broadband from #threeuk unless you enjoy intermittent access to the net.

@ThreeUKSupport Still not resolved. You have affected my credit rating , you have charged me for a phone I never had since 2016 but won't let me cancel the contract because the date of birth does not match my date of birth.

@ThreeUKSupport Is it any wonder that I have taken this to the ombudsman. In addition when I asked for the third party resolution provider the rep wouldn't tell me who it was because I didn't know the fraudulent DOB . Thankfully Trading standards was very helpful.
