    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK I'm on PayAsYouGo sim (a sim you forced on me as otherwise my monthly contract would charge me for data abroad!), have a monthly allowance added, did not reach the cap, and yet, I'm in Germany with no signal at all! Help please?

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Customer services, Spent 40 mins yesterday, told 24 hours, spent 68 mins today told 24-48 hours due to glitch? You lot are a shambles. Still zero broadband and no answers. Go to @EE I wish I had.

    Anyone know if @ThreeUKSupport actually have any staff left in the UK as called an Indian call centre 5 times now and problem still not sorted!

    Beware phone scams. Just noticed a £29 charge on my bill. @Google tells me it could be a scam number. Thank you dear Rani @ThreeUK for all your help. Numbers starting with 084, 087, 09, and 118 are a rip-off

    @ThreeUKSupport And every time there’s a problem I’m assuming I get stung for data roaming charges until it’s sorted.

    @ThreeUKSupport Just tried, followed all the steps, and get the message all operators are busy (!). They suggest to call or download the app. I (obviously) can't do either, so can someone call me directly to help solve this?
