@ThreeUK Hi. There seems to be a network issue where unable to connect. Went to a local store and they said there had been issues since Friday. How come there is no notification of this and when doing checker it says no issue with network?

@ThreeUKSupport Ebay purchase is an example of ANY online purchase. It could from H&M, Three, anywhere. As the sender, the responsibility lies with you to rectify the issue. I will send you a DM to save the conversation filling up everyone's Twitter feeds.

@ThreeUKSupport I've been with you for perhaps near 15 years. I cannot believe a) You do not have e-sims (yes I know you had a trial) b) I was not part of an e-sim trial or offered one as a long standing customer. So I ask, can you give me an e-sim? or will I have go elsewhere?

@ThreeUK That's not in Liverpool, Ive got three mobile 5g router + three on my phone and both are slow as ****

  • dirtymercedesx Daedra Dare 🖤 (@dirtymercedesx) reported

@ThreeUK are actually the ******* worst. Never take a contact/ sim out with them if you actually want to have signal or a working phone.

Any of our followers have links to DPD at all? A parcel (a 3 broadband box) was out for delivery on 12.1.23 and we are still waiting. Waited in for 5 days and not one attempt to deliver. Parcel cannot be picked up? What do we do? @DPDgroup_news @ThreeUK #help #DPD #ThreeUK

  • carey_jonathan Jonathan carey (@carey_jonathan) reported

@ThreeUKSupport someone needs to recognise Paul in the @ThreeUK Coleraine store. Out of the 6/7 contacts I have had over the last week, he has been the only person who actually took time and cared. Who'd have thought it in and customer service business.

  • CraigHawker Craig Hawker (@CraigHawker) reported

@ThreeUKSupport No. You'll need to go back further. I like three but have had bad signal here for many (>10) years. Used to have signal booster box, but three stopped them working. Now looking to move my whole family (4 contracts) to O2.

  • Shaunjenks Shaun Jenks (@Shaunjenks) reported from Shrewsbury, England

@fttppro @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Does your router also support b32 and b28 ? They are also present on that mast, b32 is SDL only

  • SinBinClothing Sin Bin Clothing🇺🇦 (@SinBinClothing) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Would that incur penalties? I would appreciate if you as the sender could contact DPD or to find some sort of solution? If this was an eBay purchase all the onus would be on the sender to rectify the issue. Surely there is another solution than to cancel and repurchase. Thanks.
