    @ThreeUKSupport your live chat has been unhelpful. I’ve been trying to resolve my problem since Sunday 22nd may but I’ve been transferred to different “teams” about 10 times. I don’t think they even understand what I’m telling them. I regret topping up with three. Please help me

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi. We've recently been told on several occasions that calls to our 3 mobile numbers have not been connected with the message "your call cannot be continued." It then hangs the call and doesn't allow messages to be left. This despite having perfectly good signal.

    In conclusion to @ThreeUKSupport they’ve told me to cancel my plan and change my provider as it’s my fault not theirs. Thank you for nothing.

    @ThreeUK how do you get through to three, to stop them sending information on someone else's account even if that person should never have been allowed to set up an account using my address.
