    @ThreeUKSupport The manager couldn't waive the fee, so it would be £29 fee for an early upgrade. My app has said I can do it tomorrow no fee, so they suggested going back tomorrow. I have chanced my luck going a day early but I've gone before and had better options. Customer since early 2000s!

    @ThreeUKSupport Was on the phone to a 3 customer services person and the phone call has been disconnected cos of no bars of signal reception

    @ThreeUK I am a bit disappointed, long term customer since the Superdrug store stand days. Went in store for an upgrade 1 day early and they wanted me to pay an early upgrade fee. Where's the incentive to keep the long term customers?

    @campinginwinter @ThreeUKSupport Only moved to three this year and it's been a nightmare! I could cry! Was with @o2 for years without issue. Now my credit is in the bin and I've lost a Saturday with worry. Lesson learned!

    @ThreeUKSupport I can't seem to pass a credit check for a £26/month plan and don't know why. You insist that the bill issue when I took out my contract was solved - please advise?
