@ThreeUK how are sim coded without a number finder codes. The network that pivots customers with insecurity. Recode your SIM cards with codes to enable customers find their mobile number and not app registry, apps are to pay bills and to find cost. Do better

Last night at the Chelsea game @ThreeUK I wasn’t impressed with the Wi-Fi to say it was hit & miss would be very kind indeed , A loyal 3 customer

@shellzenner @ThreeUK yeah the tech service tried to go through the motions with me and I did the same as you, tried a new sim, etc (also tried 3 different phones and my work phone was on the same network with same issues) but I told them I’d already done it all, it’d been too long and I was paying

@ThreeUK I have now had appalling signal for over a month. You have been in theory been doing work in the area for over 5 wks. I am shielding for over 2 yrs. I can't make or receive phonecalls reliably. Wasted 3 hrs online chat with you. Same address for 14 yrs 3 phones not happy

@ChabelChabs @ThreeUK Did they try telling you it was your handset or SIM card? I’ve changed SIM card and nothing and simply can’t imagine it’s my phone, the signal has been poor longer than I’ve had this phone

@cam_farrelly @ThreeUK @EE I honestly spent 50 minutes and problem still not resolved. I can’t wait to leave them but I am stuck on a contract I wasn’t even aware of t he sound of things….! I pay monthly and I can’t nor use telephone nor internet outside my house (where I use my home broadband)
