@EE I don't think 5g is particularly worth it ATM. I've had 150Mbps + over your LTE network. And even here in remote Yorkshire, I can still get 100Mbbps over band 3 (granted on @ThreeUK as EE don't use band 3). But 100Mbps 4g is fast enough for most surff.

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks Scott, absolute waste of an hour, still can’t get my issue resolved. for a communications company you guys aren’t at it. which is a concern. thankfully i am not and will never use 3 mobile. awful awful company to deal with. staff just say whatbthey want!

Anyone having trouble with @ThreeUK? Internet & signal has gone down over the last couple of days, the very unhelpful customer service team had just told me to reset. Like do you not think I’ve tried that! Can’t wait for my contract to be up so I can leave! #3mobile

@ThreeUKSupport i did, was waiting for a superstar and ended up with harry winks. the resolution was you are going to send a letter, for the 5th time to my address that never turns up, then i’m going to call back and tell you it hasn’t turned up and go round in another circle again. inept

@ThreeUK , I am really disappointed with the three network. Bought 4 sims for my family and they have had so many issues using data. Must be signal around Cheshunt. Rang support a few times but just a waste of time, they just get you to reboot the phone.
