@ThreeUKSupport @_Bitbyte These idiots won't even let me out of a contract knowing I'm dirt poor, borderline homeless and needed temporary WiFi in a shelter, they certainly won't miss out an opportunity to Leech more money off people with bs excuses of "everyone else does it OwO"

  • DaveK6969 Dave Knights (@DaveK6969) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I rarely complain in life but I feel it really is time to sort the most basic feature out. I can’t fault your data service. It’s the reason I’m still with you but for god sakes can’t you once and for all sort it and loose the stigma of having bad phone signal/connnection. Thanks

  • shaun32433002 shaun (@shaun32433002) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Well think if that’s the case paying over £180 for unused service is ridiculous

  • shaun32433002 shaun (@shaun32433002) reported

@ThreeUKSupport It had never been used I made no calls text or used internet on the sim so I will end up paying over £180 for using nothing

  • Teenytinytoni1 Toni (@Teenytinytoni1) reported

@ThreeUKSupport We used the support link and they couldn’t help, we called three and they advised us that we had to go back to the shop and ask them to cancel! They had already miss sold this contract and refused to do anything about it! Still no help for my elderly vulnerable mum?

  • DaveK6969 Dave Knights (@DaveK6969) reported

@ThreeUK Seriously sort your phone reception out. I’ve been with you 20yrs and it just never gets any better, its shockingly poor over a lot of the country and so unreliable.I pay over £100pcm and I can’t even make calls 90% of the time. Seriously time to sort it out, I t’s 2022

  • _Bitbyte eddeevee (@_Bitbyte) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Ah that sucks Scott. This is why it hate contracts like this. Can't wait to go back to a rolling 1 month contract.

  • shaun32433002 shaun (@shaun32433002) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I started sending e-mails at Christmas time but with no reply I put it down to you been busy over Christmas and new year so just presumed everything was ok then post the SIM card back in January

  • andybunten Andy Bunten (@andybunten) reported

@O2 appallingly poor service moved to O2 recently signal strength patchy issues with signing up and after more signal issues you ordered a new esim and then disabled mine before you had dispatched the new one! And now want over £400 in early termination fees! Back to @ThreeUK

  • NavaronePage69 LunarSlayer | Lily 🇺🇦 (@NavaronePage69) reported

@ThreeUKSupport @shaun32433002 They've been charging me £20 a month for an unused service for months and want over £400 from me. Three are scum and will never use them again
