@dshensmith @ThreeUK I had terrible problems with them a couple of years ago when I cancelled my contract after the term was up. They called in a debt recovery company on a debt I didn't owe without warning.

@brett_1995 @ThreeUKSupport You and me both! A week in now and still awful reception and data service. I've all but given up with my home broadband. They vary between saying there is nothing wrong to work is being done. Which is it?

@dshensmith @ThreeUK @EE To be honest I don’t know of a decent mobile Company in the UK. I have tried all of them, they are equally as bad as each other. But as normal us British don’t say a word and put up with appalling customer service but pay the price.

@ThreeUK How on earth do I get out of my broadband contract with you? It is absolutely rubbish. You’ll see my mobile data has increased massively because there is never any reliable connection.

@dshensmith @ThreeUK dubious practices from mobile companies...I got into trouble because Virgin mobile wouldn't let me pay my bill because the password i had didn't match the one on file, and a human couldn't talk to me because i didn't know the password, despite THEM CALLING ME to settle the bill
