@ThreeUK @SamsungUK £65 a month for 4gb data? That's an absolute rip off! I've been a customer for 10 years but I'll be switching now.

  • dualcyclone Luke Dyson 🇪🇺 (@dualcyclone) reported

@ThreeUK @GadgetsBoy @SamsungUK That's cool, but when are you going to send me a free one? Been a customer of yours for about 18 years, would be nice 😎

Woah. @ThreeUK is changing PAYG rates from 3p/2p/1p for minutes/text/Mb to 10p/10p/5p. I use hardly any (<£5 a month, less in pandemic) most of which is data. So I guess I'm looking for an alternative. Signal is a big issue in my house & last time I checked they're all bad here.

@ThreeUKSupport can you give me any idea when my mobile data will work at anything more than snails pace? Everyday you are fixing issues in my area when I check... it’s been months and I’m getting fed up with it I’m seriously thinking of quitting three for good!

  • JaimeeTu_ Jaimee (@JaimeeTu_) reported

Hi @ThreeUK I'm looking at switching over to your network! Is there anyway my sim can be sent to an address that isnt my billing address? My billing address is my parents home, but I'm currently finishing my final weeks of university so would need it posting here instead!

@ThreeUK Upgraded in store to iPhone 12. Not in stock so ordered to be delivered to store on 13/01. Store now closed and no answer on store phone. Paying for phone but can’t get it, no instructions from three about what to do. Call centre say they can’t help, please help.

  • wilsonpeter48 peter wilson (@wilsonpeter48) reported

@ThreeUK why are you putting up your payg prices and reducing amounts. It seems your just trying to make more money out of already coustomers who are on the breadline. We all can't have contracts because of poor signal so we don't want to get lumbered with a year or more of

  • Sams_n Sam Starlite (@Sams_n) reported
