@OmbudServices @Ofcom what can be done with regards to @ThreeUK who refuse to fix the porting issue for over three days. I am blocked out of my financial services due to a lack of SMS and people cannot call me. Are they legally allowed to withhold services like this?

@LuSchmoo @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK Believe me - I can recite the security verification by heart even before the Indian call centre asks for it. I have also followed the same social media link and all they did was to send a pointless email to the Indian call centre too. No help from either side at all.

@ThreeUKSupport I have already spoken to the Indian call centre that claim to be the business support team who confirm they have no further information. If you have escalated to the same pointless team what have you actually added? Why is @ThreeUK so incompetent?

@ThreeUK can’t get into your Three+ app - same issue as others with “error 500”. Is there any other way to access the perks while you fix the issue?
