not do a broadband contract with @ThreeUK customer survive is horrible, I been paying for internet i never ever have, I have recorder all conversations where agrees too cancel for free the account, I'm still waiting, I have sent the router to them @EUombudsman

@ThreeUKSupport ok so it seems the issue was that you had deleted my account entirely, I was able to register anew, having logged in though, I have no spending cap on my account and am nowhere near my data limit so not sure why you sent a message saying I was nearly at my limit?

@ThreeUKSupport I recently renewed my contract and since then, approx, my signal has been very poor. Have had to use my home broadband when in the house it is so poor. Ironically, my home broadband is also from @ThreeUK. How does that work and can something be done?

@ThreeUKSupport I was then told “we know your are excited about receiving your new phone but it’s only 8 days to wait” how condescending. It’s something I’m paying and expect to receive on the date specified, if you are having supply issues just be honest.
