Want some free advice? Don't get a phone contract with @ThreeUK. Some of the most inept, frustrating service I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They're nothing but con artists and they couldn't care less about their customers. You're money's better spent elsewhere

@ThreeUK You’re customer service is an absolute joke. Five online chats that have disconnected, and two phone calls that have disconnected. I’ve wasted 7 lunch breaks now, trying to cancel my phone contact.

@ThreeUKSupport I've been having big issues with my phone and signal and had a couple of issues where I was lied to about things and when my signal would return. My WiFi is on so that's covering up the signal status eg 4g or not. Last week a couldn't even ring or send due to my signal
