@ThreeUKSupport There are no outages, just your speeds across Bristol, are outclassed by 3g speeds by some margin, every network outclassed you currently, I struggle to get data for timetables on a 4g±, the only areas not affected too bad are hengrove and parts of Brislington

@ThreeUKSupport Signal disappeared some time this morning, but seemed to be deteriorating for last couple of days. Sim is in a TP-Link router, signal strength reported as 0%.

@ThreeUKSupport To check if it is the sim faulty or the phone. I. E helping your customer. There was no security issue. Just a system with no flexibility. And I still have no working phone. You can double down or suggest looking into the issue. So others may not...

@ThreeUKSupport The policy needs updated. I was named on the account, had given photographic ID. A simple phone conversation with my partner, with security checks and I would be a happy customer. Or even if stupid policies are in place, the manager could have used a working sim...
