Wifi connection dropped midway through a work call - lost intervene and 5G - appalling network coverage and shite service. Cancelled my contract as @ThreeUK are rubbish. Even staff said you can’t cope with the number of customers. Abject failure @ThreeUKSupport

@ThreeUKSupport my home broadband has stopped working, noone can help on the chat and I'm 40 minutes plus on the call queue and noone is picking up. This is just ridiculous. Quick to sign up but ages to speak to someone. What am I supposed to do?
