@ThreeUKSupport I have contacted your customer service (via chat) 4 times in the past 2 weeks to request a sim replacement after my phone was stolen. No sim ever arrives! I am so close to just cancelling my contract. So frustrated.

@ThreeUKSupport Yes,it's congestion on the network and the infrastructure has been problematic for 2 weeks now. I live in an area with good coverage but am constantly unable to use the internet due to slow ping rate and slow data.

@bennylad15 @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK Ah mate I feel your pain. I had a right chew on with them last week to the point I cancelled my contract with them. Left them on Tuesday & got a text off them today saying they resolved my problem & if I could call back to finish placing order #clueless

@ThreeUKSupport Thank you for your response. 0BT is second half of postcode. Just back from shops, no apps would work when not on WiFi 😳 Have had very positive experience with 3 in the past but issues recently. Handset is iPhone 6

It's a shame, because I considered @ThreeUK the pond scum. Amazing how rapidly an opinion can change. Looks like I will have to ADR this matter, have my bank effect extended warranty and slap this nasty as network with a nice civil claim toboot.
