    @Marshall9902 @ThreeUKSupport Haven’t been able to receive calls from any network including BT since 9am this morning.

    @ThreeUKSupport The issues with thr drop calls have been since I joined your network about 2 years ago/just over, hence as to why I got sent out a new sim incase it was damaged, the issues persisted so I waited to upgrade which I done and thr drop calls have slowly come back again and been more

    @ThreeUKSupport @ShirleyaCook You have now answered 4 different people who can't make calls saying you are not aware of any problems. There is quite clearly a problem. Is Three working to resolve this?

    When I say @ThreeUK broadband is horrendous.. Don’t ever! And @iD_Mobile_UK has the worst signal going!! Can’t even receive calls or nothing!

    @ThreeUK 3 times in as many months suggests total incompetence. I just cancelled my smarty sim on the spot. I’d rather pay dearer for a sim for a more RELIABLE service. To many times this happened get a grip and start sacking the ppl responsible

    @ThreeUKSupport @Marshall9902 I can’t receive calls from any network as of 9am this morning. Rang my mobile from my landline and got a voice message saying ‘the other person has hung up’. What!?
