@ThreeUK So I upgraded / renewed my sim only package about 4-6 weeks ago. Circumstances have changed and now I want to upgrade again to a handset contract. Apparently I can't spend more money with you ASAP cos I committed sim only and have to wait. wtf?

@virginmedia I rejected the offer until the issue is resolved and they have told me to move to another network. It's ironic, the site that is broken is also a @ThreeUK shared site and their services are down also since May

@ThreeUKSupport Well, not to put too fine a point on it but I never get okay signal, anyway. But, to answer your questions: restart doesn’t bring it back. Yes, I do get signal elsewhere.

@ThreeUKSupport Having had a look, I don’t think I’ll be returning any time soon. I’d have to pay (ironically) three times as much, to get similar service and bundle as I have now with EE. Perhaps it’s better to just suffer an iffy network. But thanks.

@ThreeUKSupport I had problems in Barbados, Canada and others on 3 before. We are in Washington DC. I will have to call later. This is not acceptable and a waste of my time. I appreciate your efforts but we have gotten nowhere. I will terminate my contract with 3 and move elsewhere.

@ThreeUKSupport why don’t you let your customers know when there is work planned in their area? I have no network for over a week!

@ThreeUKSupport any reason why my mobile data sucks at the minute? I had 4 bars 4G in the middle of Birmingham and I couldn’t load a thing. Also having the same issue of slow loading times on 4G and 5G in less populated areas
