    @ThreeUK what a joke wait months for an upgrade reversal and when finally done they want to say i don't need insurance when I've already got it on my old phone i wonder how many other people have had this issue they say it doesn't happen very often new provider me thinks

    @ThreeUKSupport I know I can just cancel it & demand a PUK code to port the number (which I really don't want to lose as I've had it about 20yrs), I just hoped that as both contracts are with @ThreeUK & both are in my name they might cooperate so I don't have to go through the faff.

    @ThreeUK on the 17th you started work in my area I’ve had no signal and can’t get data still… can you advise when your going to sort it plz I spoke with someone on the phone who assured me it would be fixed by now but still not getting any data when will the mast be fixed ?

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes, the lady said she was going to send me a email/letter but never did. It’s for a really old account that had issues attached with it.

    @jotwyman @ThreeUK That bundle offer is stupid, I've been paying 2 months now and still haven't heard anything about the TV being delivered, also 3 customer service just keep telling me it'll get looked into but it doesn't and telling me to keep waiting so I wouldn't recommend
