    @ThreeUKSupport Before I start, I know you can't "access" accounts on twitter but i've never even 'had' or logged into one so i'm stuck, basically on 1st June I bought a ONE month data sim contract & hot spot for £25 & £39 respectively. I paid the £39 at point of order

    @ThreeUKSupport Same issue on mobile. I don't know of anyone else using 3 for wifi. Most people in the block have home landline broadband

    @Ianmartin_gc8 @ThreeUKSupport @VodafoneUK I’ve moved my broadband away from Vodafone as it was useless kept dropping out several times a day and customer service was non existent . I’ve had my mobile with three since 2010 . In my experience they have sorted out any problems quickly and with no fuss thankfully

    @ThreeUKSupport Working perfectly Friday, have been away from PC over weekend... This morning got the problem, nothing changed in router settings at all since Friday, now super slow and unusable speed.
