    @CannyAuldGyruum @O2 @ThreeUK I’ve got Apple Care which helps things. That looks exactly like mine right now. In a way it’s good that it picks up problems, but rendering phones useless in the process is a bit much,

    Avoid @ThreeUK not disabled customer friendly. New contract taken out. Device not delivered. Cannot talk to anyone about this. Live chat not helping. Insisting we call. Cannot call as #deaf. #disabilitydiscrimination
