    @ThreeUKSupport - well you were very quick when I praised your sales service. I'm really struggling now. Sim card not operating on my phone. Phone says SIM card not supported iPhone 6sPlus... I've spoken to 2 helpful people and they were putting me through to Billing, cut off x 2

    @ThreeUK is by far the WORST network provider. From connectivity, all the way to customer service. Terrible.

    @ThreeUK I'm outside the EU in Serbia & my UK 3 mobile phone has not received text messages 4 two weeks. What is your advice? I don't use the phone on your sim because I'll be robbed outside the EU/UK. Same problem in Ukraine last year. Your advice on use abroad needs improving

    @ThreeUK Why is it that my phone gets a great connection at home, but my 3 broadband is so slow that I can't even load sites. It's down to kbps fairly regularly. I've moved the router, restarted it, and factory reset. My phone's over the data limit because BB doesn't work 😤

    @ThreeUK your customer service teams are really rubbish. 4 different live chat team members said they would get me an email with in an hour and yet there is no email at all. All of these emails should have been here by 10am. Sort it out. #crapcustomerservice

    @ThreeUK hi, just found out my son has been hooking his Xbox up to his phones hotspot after the we turn off the WiFi for the night. Can hotspot via the 3 network be disabled?
