    I have a @SMARTYMobileUK phone and @ThreeUK mobile broadband. Both are ******* ****. Avoid like the plague and go with a proper network with decent coverage and a service that doesn’t get throttled or overloaded

    @ThreeUKSupport I rang a local store who told me if I wanted a reply to call again and select the cancel contract option. Miraculously that worked! Btw the live chat also wasn’t working on the website. You have no idea how high stress levels were 2hrs after opening not to to be answered.

    @ThreeUK I have wasted two hours of my day trying to put £10 credit on a phone, which should be really simple. I have spoken to three different helpline people. NOTHING works. What on earth is happen with your service?
