    @ThreeUK WTH is this new system on 3+? If you save a Caffè Nero code, you now have to claim it within an hour? What?! We save these codes so we can use them when it’s convenient for us NOT within a 1hr window. Fix it! #threeplus #threenetwork #three

    @ThreeUKSupport appauled at the customer service recieved! 2 business lines blocked for the last 6 days 3admitted to data leaking my information to another business no contact from 3 when promised they would update on fraud investigation all the time my business is uncontactable

    @robj3d3 @ThreeUK Use TOTP 2FA instead of Texts. It's safer and you avoid this problem

    @ThreeUKSupport I had a email come through to top up or my number will stop working. But Id also like to looking at grtting it converted to an eSIM as I live abroad. How can I do that? I cant login to the Three app.

    @robj3d3 @MatthewFoxAF @ThreeUK You need to leave it active. Next time buy a cheap phone (not smart phone) plug it in and leave it activate. All networks do this it's not new. Since you didn't have it in s phone the network didn't pick up a signal so it automatically thinks its inactive.

    @robj3d3 @ThreeUK Also, they cancel it if you’re inactive , so when you do get a physical sim and abroad, make sure to make some phone calls like once a month
