@ThreeUKSupport I have spent another 25 minutes on the phone trying to cancel and have just been disconnected AGAIN like I was yesterday. If my contacts are not cancelled today and confirmed to me I will be raising a complaint with Ofcom.

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I had a problem that three say they've fixed. I have a recurring data pack all set up correctly. Numerous times it hasn't auto renewed, and I have had cash taken from my credit instead for calls etc. For future ref, is there a way of speaking to an adviser instead of live chat.

@ThreeUK received the worst customer service from a girl at the Westfield Stratford store. I came in looking for a plan, been a customer for 4 years now, she went on her tablet and told me the same info I could of googled myself.Shes a terrible salesperson,not willingness to help

@ThreeUKSupport incognito/private browsing as a workaround is a thing, but I'm still interested in the root of the UX issues I had tonight. It was an incredibly frustrating experience until I went incognito and it worked.
