    @ThreeUKSupport Not last night as it was past 10, we have been in touch with three through Twitter several times in the last couple of months. I will try and get in touch later today but we have reached formal complaint stage. These "working on issues in area" are near constant now.

    Aight @ThreeUK if your dumbasses honestly cannot somehow launch ESim by the end of the year I’m just gonna come down there and do it myself, what a joke tbh, like, imagine launching a useless app called “Three+” 🥴 and not actually working on good **** like esim. Gonna leave tbh

    @ThreeUK I’ve been a loyal customer of yours for years but found your network to be absolute trash where I live, so transferred to @EE, when I started the number transfer I was told online that I have no early termination fees to pay…

    I'm aghast to find that @ThreeUK business customers don't get to login on web or app to administer their account. e.g. if you want a copy of a bill or to check usage/allowances you have to ***** about on the phone to a call centre.

    @ThreeUKSupport terrible mobile data service in DH5. Supposed to have 2 bars of 4G but nothing loads and Ookla even says I’m not connected to the internet! Absolutely disgusting
