@ThreeUKSupport That’s crazy by the way. You’re telling a customer to leave three, go somewhere else and then come back again. You need to sort your _internal_ systems out and not force those limitations onto your customers!

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, On Monday I have switched from a Three pay as you go to a Three pay monthly (two year contract). I have received the new sim in the store but my service does not seem to have been activated. Could you please provide an update on this? Thanks

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks. Currently BT23 6HP but I've been in BT23 6JG and a few others and can't get a signal on 4 separate devices / contracts

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Jenn, complaint is still open. We have 2 contracts in the house and it seems that our area does not get a good signal. We've been through months of diagnostics. Perhaps it's worth discussing on a call? ( ref:30597286)

@ThreeUKSupport We’re trying to connect an Alexa Echo dot. Usually these are super easy to set up but trying to use your Huawei 4G Router has proved impossible. Is this a HUAWEI firmware issue? Lots of people are having the same problem.

I cannot wait until my @ThreeUK contract expires and I can get rid of their dog poop network. I live in London, and have had **** all signal, in my home, for most of my contract. Awesome having unlimited data you can't use....

@ThreeUKSupport what going on with the issue? would I be able to nominate a phone number to receive a text notification if the network goes down in the area like I have on the EE contracts we have?

@ThreeUK not happy. Upgraded my phone online and it turns out to be for an additional contract. Spoken to 3 different advisors about correcting it but your terrible website keeps disconnecting the chat, not only that you can't honour the contract I took out

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Maxine, not really gotten anywhere with the agents. I've logged a complaint as well & the response was poor. I've had an individual call me to confirm he'd listened to all the calls & a few mins into questioning him, it turns out his manager had listened & he was passing a msg

@ThreeUKSupport This means loyal customers get a worse deal (£10=4GB v £10=6GB) because of your internal systems. Very poor indeed!
