  • IanLucasDrake Ian Drake (@IanLucasDrake) reported

    @ThreeUKSupport 2 bars of signal in the Hartcliffe area, Bristol is just unacceptable in today's world... Clearly not investing enough to the more deprived areas of cities. Disgusting.

  • meltaway4 mel. (@meltaway4) reported

    @ThreeUKSupport I have mentioned it when I spoke to someone over chat last Tuesday but no follow up questions regarding the account or phone number. That person said there are no issues. Then I received a call from the Tech team on Sunday. 4G was working fine again 1/2

  • minamums 𝔸𝕓𝕚 (@minamums) reported

    love @ThreeUK offering me truly terrible renewal deals like I'm too stupid to just buy a new sim. great service that.

  • leighmond1066 Leighmond1066 (@leighmond1066) reported

    @Redgirl2019 @DPD_CustUK @ThreeUK Bad tardy Keith

  • mattylomax83 Mattylomax83 (@mattylomax83) reported

    @ThreeUKSupport That is the problem. They just read from a screen. They say they can see the email but just will not sort the deal out.

  • civilising Roger Bennett (@civilising) reported

    @ThreeUK your network signal has been down for 48 hours in Penrhyncoch Ceredigion with 'emergency calls' only on 3 different devices; please don't try to personalise & thereby blame a user, instead repair your signal! Reported this to you yesterday and you still haven't repaired

  • _BenAngus Ben (@_BenAngus) reported

    @ThreeUK is there an issue with the signal in the Lancaster/Morecambe/Heysham area. It's absolutely shocking recently! Paying for sorting you can't use 👌

  • Ilbow1 Lee Hill (@Ilbow1) reported

    @ThreeUKSupport After trying to cancel 2 contracts, without a refund or an apology, Three offer me a deal, same contracts, not £19, or £10.71, but now £8. Why muck customers around in the first place

  • cockneymagpie stephen dodds (@cockneymagpie) reported

    @ThreeUKSupport Funny just received my end of contract letter today and guess what still can text on the old number, can’t make this up. What a joke of a company, please do not join this network, poor customer service 14 weeks and still no joy

  • LindenWade Linden Wade (@LindenWade) reported

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve just ordered a 5G Hub to try out at home. If for whatever reason 5G becomes unavailable, will it automatically switch to a 4G signal?
