    @daveyboy2411 @ThreeUK True... However they should - if thiey were a resteraunt, shop, service industry, etc that failed to deliver goods or services as contracted then reimbursment is usual. why should we have to ask and chase for recompence ofr a incomplete service?

    @ThreeUK Is there an problem in the Harrogate area? Been having issues for days. I know there was work being done but that was completed days ago.

    @ThreeUKSupport I spoke to someone else in cancellations who helped me but apparently there is no complaints team to handle this kind of issue? He only said that the call would be listened to and appropriate action taken. Is there really no complaints team for this?

    @rchoots @ThreeUK Which other companies discount a month for issues ? I know sky at most ( because of minimum guarantee internet speed) , no other phone company discounts a month for issues

    @ThreeUKSupport No outcome, as the call was disconnected. I tried to get on live chat but that wasn't working then text received later said to ring back if problem not resolved. After 3 calls cutting off my patience had run out.
