@davejcalloway @ThreeUK My iPhone is stolen a month ago and I keep requesting a proof of usage and a proof of barring every 3 days but you don’t send it. Your costumer service is very bad and doesn’t respect coustomer’s situation. Instead of helping you add more stress.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi know you are aware of the problems but at 4.30am neither of our phones were accepting calls and we couldn’t make them now nobody can call us but we can ring out. We are based in North West.
