    @ThreeUK @SMARTYMobileUK you’ve just texted to say I have a voicemail (presumably as my phone appeared “off” due to outage) but I can’t access it as unable to make outgoing calls. I am a cancer patient, oncologist is regularly calling me. Any update on when this will be resolved?

    @AneurinBevanUHB just a heads up that people on the @ThreeUK network will have and have had missed calls from you, and unable to hear voice messages as the voice network is down.

    @ThreeUK I’m still off I can’t call anyone I was expecting phone calls off the hospital today as just been told I’ve got stage 1 cancer wait till I’m back on supply you will be having a few nice words over the phone this isn’t the first time it’s happened I’ve been a 3 customer for years
