@ThreeUK what a complete shower of **** this service is our lass has spent over 10 hours on phone on numerous occasions sorted things out eventually,only for the idiots to keep taking money when she's £400 in credit

@ThreeUKSupport @Leahurst66 2/2 is this still the case? If so, do you have an update on how long this could take? We were on the Docklands light railway platforms at the time, I’m on the same network, but I didn’t know if I had the same problems as I hadn’t tested. Mine is a newer phone anyway.

@Mr_ChRiSsI_X @Garreth88h @ThreeUK If my phone doesn't have full 4G+ *and* decent mobile signal, it just doesn't work. I can be stood outside in Central Manchester and the signal is just nonexistent 🙃

@ThreeUKSupport @Leahurst66 Hello, not sure of the Stratford station postcode area, that we were there today and a family member who I was with had an iPhone 5s and no signal. Kind of annoying when we were trying to plan a route, you said to someone else that you were improving signal capacity.1/2
