@ThreeUKSupport And yeah you guys have been troubleshooting since past 3 months. Cuz I started using it in Dec, people who were using this network for while resonates same feeling crappiest network that's why it's cheaper than others.

@ThreeUKSupport And I was also told that I am in the cooling period so I cancel the contract but now I am being charge around 400 pounds to cancel a sim, which is ridiculous. Why would I want to pay 400 pounds for something I will never use. I have never had such a terrible experience before.
