    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve turned my iPhone 13 Pro off and back on. Problem persists. I cannot make phone calls without the call dropping. Can you confirm if the local mast has bands 28 and 32 yet?

    @ThreeUKSupport I had the pay as you go plan and my data finished before expiry date and I can’t top up, i had a live chat with a customer assistant and he advised I switch to 5gb which I did and a direct debit was set up on my Acct

    @ThreeUKSupport Tried both, same problem. Have another 3 phone and that one seems to work fine so I assume it’s an account issue somewhere. I also sent texts and emails to check they’re working - which they are

    @drlornayoung @ThreeUKSupport no im on moto... i moved to 3 - 4 months ago and carried my number across, was worried its that which was the problem, but if thats not the case for you, its probably another reason

    @ThreeUK got 5G full signal bars nothing will work using 5G very unhappy loyal customer.
