@gIovesupjade @ThreeUKSupport Did you hear anything? I’ve got to the bottom of it, they are selling stock they don’t have and lying that it’s DPD who are the issue. Fact is my phone was never even dispatched. I have now cancelled and will be going elsewhere!

@ThreeUK @Ofcom I was charged double for last month's bill. Customer Service did not call back as promised. You want customers to pay by direct debit but breach the direct debit guarantee of an immediate refund. Customer Service flatly refused my refund. When will I get my money.

@ThreeUKSupport So what is the name of your insurance provider and how do we make a formal complaint? Ultimately it's your responsibility for failing to tell us the IMEI number until call 4 and your decision to go with this provider representing you. We are also your customer not theirs
