    @ThreeUKSupport when I'm on my way to/from work on the Underground, I notice everyone else’s phone seems to have internet connection, even in the tunnels, but my own keeps losing the signal. Why is that, and how can I fix it?

    Thank you @LycamobileUK for providing the very basic level service I have paid for that @iD_Mobile_UK (and @ThreeUK; anyone affiliated to Three mobile network you will know exactly what I am on about) have failed and continue to fail to serve

    @UniversalExile @three Have seen @ThreeUK poor level of customer service when the sold a deal to my mother-in-law that was totally unfit for her purpose. Selling to an easily confused elderly person who is obviously not tech savvy is a awful thing to do. Hope they change and sort your problem fast.

    @robj3d3 @ThreeUK Three are a terrible company, I had a similar issue! Same with Vodafone too. I had to go back to the UK just to get it working again

    @IMAC2 @ThreeUK That sucks man. There's no way to go back to your own country just for the sake of a SIM. Funny thing is my provider has plenty of coverage in Vietnam, they just choose to be a pain @ThreeUK
