    @ThreeUKSupport Network has been down for six days now due to works in my area. Intermittent access with continuous buffering, crashed websites & so on. Couldn’t even watch my uncle’s funeral. Beyond upset now. What is @ThreeUK going to do about this?

    @ThreeUK I wouldn’t.... you will tell us iphone 12 pro being del on 6th Dec, then tell us 6th jan AFTER XMAS. Daughters pressie. Then promise to look into it, u call back and confirm 3s fault then hang up, then not call back, we have to chase you 3 x contracts being cancelled

    @shanicekasongo @ThreeUKSupport Completely..... husband getting on phone to them as we speak to cancel all our contracts. Will take the £200 a month elsewhere

    @ThreeUKSupport ok so it seems the issue was that you had deleted my account entirely, I was able to register anew, having logged in though, I have no spending cap on my account and am nowhere near my data limit so not sure why you sent a message saying I was nearly at my limit?

    @ThreeUKSupport My upgrade info states delivery on the 9th. (Ive waited 5 weeks)Contacted chat to see where it was as no delivery info received. told I only upgraded on the 8th, then corrected and told its due for delivery on the 16th. Why does it take me to contact you for an update? Very poor

    @Three_Is_Broken @elainecarey3 @ThreeUK I've just been to Bournemouth town centre to do some Xmas shopping and I was disgusted that there was just 1 bar of signal in Bournemouth square. Typical dreadful service from Three again. As usual!!!
