    I regret leaving @ThreeUK in some ways. Whilst their customer service can wobble from OK to absolutely atrocious, at least I could use the data services even with a low signal. @O2 and I can have a full bar 4G signal and get 3+ seconds RTT and such slow throughput, it's a joke.

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s not a sim issue or a phone issue, your network is just crap. My partner is also on 3 (we foolishly both switched over last year) and she has the exact same problems. Just got disconnected from a FaceTime with her due to poor connection while both using 4G. Absolute joke

    @ThreeUKSupport £48.65. Credit info has returned, for now. It's odd. Everytime I need to update there are problems. I got many error messages when I entered the codes u sent. Now I either can't log in or need to log in everytime. This happened last time too.Updates should be more straightforward
