@ThreeUKSupport Done, literally the worst thing I have ever tried to use. 0.53 mbps. How the hell are these on sale as an internet option. You should be made to guarantee speeds. Roll on BT fibre tomorrow

Thank you @ThreeUK - having spent an hour trying to speak to the technical team I have heard 3 people have their dinner and then another hang up on me multiple times. I hope they enjoyed their meals, but I definitely did not have a solution to my WiFi issue....
