Shocking behaviour @ThreeUK ordered wi-if for flat. 1st router did not work, sent back. Ordered another one, that worked, now I am being charged for 2 wi-fi,because @ThreeUK are saying they didn’t receive the old broken one. Useless.

@RachT234 @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Yep, regular number (which clearly isn't on the Ofcom DNO list!) and can be easily spoofed. Interestingly calling that number BACK leads to someone who can't talk about complaints. Terrible process.

@rsmck @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Am I seeing that correctly that they are using the regular number ending 1001 (or is that you calling them)? That can so easily be spoofed. Clearly their verification processes (and support in general!) support needs improving

@ThreeUKSupport Did that already. I'm not prepared to pay for a service I can barely use. When connected to your tech dept, I lost signal again and then I received a satisfaction survey. My choice is to continue paying for terrible service or give you £200+ to be released.

Two days later, I made a second call to @ThreeUK via RelayUK to request a refund for service I’d paid for but didn’t realise I was owed. Despite asking to be transferred to billing right away, it took over 30 minutes to process this simple refund.

@Homermckinley @ThreeUKSupport Contact the ombudsman and put a written complaint in, you shouldn’t have to pay for a service that they can’t provide, I’m doing mine today cause Iv had 9 days of this problem
