@ThreeUKSupport I wish it was that easy. Having had texts claiming system issues and that 'Oops we can't process ..', your live chat assistant is now telling me that the request has to be sent to your 'back end team' which will take 48 hours!

  • CharlieRunnalls Charlie Runnalls (@CharlieRunnalls) reported

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Why is your network getting progressively worse!? H = No internet H+ = Really slow 4G = No internet 4G+ ok internet, but always falls back to no internet 4G 5G = good when its available! Your network has serious issues switching between bands!

  • jessamineskye Jess Metcalfe (@jessamineskye) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I sent a text request and got some error msgs back 'Oops can't process, system issue, try later' and webchat reassured me it was going through and I'd have the code within two hours, didn't say anything was wrong..

@ThreeUKSupport I've sent my PAC and date of birth to you but you keep saying there's a glitch. I sign in to My3 to request it and there is still a problem. What's going on as I won't pay these new PAYG charges?

  • FrAdrianArnold Fr Adrian Arnold (@FrAdrianArnold) reported

@ThreeUK you have sent me an invoice for an account I cancelled 2/3 months ago. I have tried to have 2 telephone conversations to resolve this issue and both times I have been put on hold then the call has been disconnected.

  • Sean_Worrall Sean Worrall (@Sean_Worrall) reported

@ThreeUKSupport well @ThreeUK your 24hour service turned out to be the best part of a week, the phone finally turned up after lots of chasing and a bag load of crap. your webchat never did work, your mostly cosmetic customer service has been dreadul (as well as costly), your website misleading..

  • shezzabelle123 Shelley Wood (@shezzabelle123) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Ok is there a number i can call other than 333. I have been hung up on 3 times today mid chat. I am seriously getting frustrated now. Nothing but issues with this phone

  • CryptoGeezerUk CryptoGeezerUK (@CryptoGeezerUk) reported

Typical same time every month @ThreeUK signal goes down. 3 months in a row now.

  • JamieGarbett Just browsing (@JamieGarbett) reported

Wow @ThreeUK - forcing me to upgrade my contract and losing the free go-roam benefit that kept me a loyal customer for 10 years! What kind of outfit are you running!

  • CarterCarter Chris (@CarterCarter) reported

@iD_Mobile_UK @ThreeUK Aaah! idmobile could provide this level of service for free and I still wouldn't want it. I want a service that *works*, and I don't intend paying for one that doesn't for much longer.
