@ThreeUKSupport when will you be fixing the network in the north London area?? It's been down since last night. What a rubbish service for customers who use your 5G home broadband!!😡

  • Aman_wizard Aman duggal (@Aman_wizard) reported

@ThreeUKSupport how long you need i have been receiving this message for last 3 weeks but no fix . 2022/08/12 11:41:14 From Three: Thanks for your patience. We're working hard to fix your problem. When we have a fix, we'll either call you or send you a text update within 7 days

  • MattSmithIsARed Matthew Smith (@MattSmithIsARed) reported

@neil_stothard @ThreeUK I left for this reason. Was a customer for over 10 years and call quality turned horrendous in the last couple of years. Had to revert to calling via WhatsApp when possible

@PrintIsntDead @ThreeUK @O2 Considering the same mate. Just so much money. Plus when I’m in London, Three’s network seems terrible as well.

  • iowannafly Sabs 🏳️‍🌈 (@iowannafly) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I've been having issues all day with the my mobile data, everywhere I went I got nothing. It said 3G, 4G even 5G but I still didn't have internet until I got home and connected to the WiFi. What's going on??

  • scousemanblue Mark (@scousemanblue) reported

@ThreeUKSupport What planned work ? You have never advised us - the only message was that you were taking away the 3G signal box as it wasn’t required anymore - quite ironic really…… we can just about get a signal on 3G and 4G

  • neil_stothard Neil Stothard (@neil_stothard) reported

@ThreeUK Shame you are concentrating on Internet speed and not call quality, I keep loosing calls due to either myself or the person on the other end not beeing able to hear the other person, the problem seems to be getting worse.

  • iowannafly Sabs 🏳️‍🌈 (@iowannafly) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Yes, I am on the unlimited plan. I haven't tried calling today but I was able to make several yesterday. I was able to access my internet as well, only noticed an issue today (like the whole day).

  • Balletstalker Jéan-Paul aka JP (@Balletstalker) reported

Hi @ThreeUK all this you have spouted about how great your 5g service would be - its even worse than your 4g service was and that is pretty dire - why is the service so bad everywhere - the only time a phone with your Sim in is any good is when you connect another companies wi-fi

  • poppileboo Poppi (@poppileboo) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Yes I am a pay as you go customer, I buy data packs every month.
