Hey @ThreeUK any idea of when you'll fix the mast in Lyme Regis, Dorset? It must have been down a week now! It came back for a few hours the other day... When I got about 20 texts comes through in about 20mins. No idea if I've gotten any replies since then! Pretty plz fix it ASAP

Also @VodafoneUK not one of your representatives can tell me what happens the day my contract ends? This is ridiculous. Nearly 25 years a customer. I wonder would @EE @ThreeUK or others be the same?

@ThreeUKSupport when are you going to fix connection problems in the Daventry area? You have been working on the masts for the last few weeks and it is impossible to use mobile WiFi effectively. I am having to hotspot with @e_emobile which is also rubbish.

@MoneySavingExp 1 terabyte for £1 a month wouldn’t tempt me back to @ThreeUK When you can’t get a signal in a major city, avoid, no matter how cheap it is. Worst network I’ve used in years. Paid to leave early. It was worth every penny to escape.

@ThreeUKSupport an you confirm issues with signal in CH2 and CH3 areas. Home Internet from you has been knocked off and I’m struggling with signal in work.

@ThreeUKSupport A mast is maxed out plus also limited this is by yourselves as the supplier. This has been going on since march 2020. So your mast is maxed out but also you are limiting the bandwidth on the master as well is that a great service. And what work was carried out to make it poorer.
