@ThreeUK so my contract is coming to an end. I’m swapping to sim only. Existing customer switch, £20 a month for 12 month contract. But if I’m a brand new customer the exact same contract is £16 a month. Why?

@ThreeUKSupport I can order a new Sim deal via EE quicker than 3 can resolve this issue. As I said, same issue reported to 3 many times and nothing done about it. My 5 accounts have become 4. Im not wasting anymore of my working day forcing 3 to be better providers!

@ThreeUK is there a mobile internet issue in the TA10 area ? my day starts OK by the signal goes down to kilobytes as the day goes on. If I reboot I get a good service again but the same degradation happens. please sort this

Hello @ThreeUK. I’m receiving fraudulent messages and emails every single day asking for ridiculous amounts of money for an account that isn’t mine. I’ve spoken to 4 Three advisors already and no one is able to help me. Is this my last resort before reporting you to Ofcom?

@ThreeUKSupport No need Kirsty. I placed an order with EE and my Sim will arrive in a few days. I will call back for the PAC code though. 3 may be happy to give poor customer service but I dont have to accept it. I have another contract ending soon and it wont be renewed either.
