@ThreeUKSupport That's pretty pathetic response in this day and age. Your IT systems should be able to recognise an emergency number and not cut it off. If not then this is something your IT folk should be sorting now. Sure I'm not the only one who thought @NHS24 were blame. When its @ThreeUK

@ThreeUKSupport how can I get back money I’m owed? I returned a phone within the cooling off period and I’m still owed the £90 upfront fee. Every time I speak to customer service (joke title) I’m told I owe you money but I don’t! I can’t believe I was going to leave @O2 for you!

@DorisVulva @ThreeUKSupport Did you manage to reset the hub? If the password still doesnt work, i'd take it back to 3. Even if they power it on in the shop they should be able to get you connected or replace the hub. Don't leave without a working one or your money back.

@ThreeUKSupport Think it is absolutely shocking that you cut calls to emergency numbers. I had to call 111 last night for my 81 year old mum. Waiting time was 2 hours. Just before 2 hours up call was disconnected. Tried again and same thing happened. @NHS24 do not cut calls.
