    @ThreeUK so disappointed that you don't take fraud seriously. I reported a case of fraud to your team 3 weeks ago. I was told that the team would be in contact last Wednesday. I chased today and got the rudest operator ever telling me she wouldn't help. Do better.

    @ThreeUKSupport Fobbed off by 3 advisors and no sign of a resolution, last chat just cut out due to poor connection (the complaint being that I’m unable to load webpages - something I didn’t have problems with before buying more data). Can’t believe I paid extra for nothing.

    @ThreeUKSupport No, why would I. I gave the tracking number to your customer services. The ‘phone’ according to the PO is still at the sorting office in Norwich.

    @ThreeUKSupport Why is your customer service so terrible? I'm going to need to contact for a 4th time for the same issue which should be a very simple fix. All your advisors seem to be too bothered about selling you something that if you don't buy, they won't help. Awful.

    @andyb7274 @ThreeUK 3 always have issues just canceled my contract (after trying them again).
