After 13 years I've decided to leave @ThreeUK as I no longer get signal inside my house and their customer service is useless. What network do people in #Timperley and #Altrincham recommend?

  • Carmel20952917 Carmel (@Carmel20952917) reported

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUKSupport spoken to the team. Even bigger errors have been made. False information provided. Seriously impacted the account again. I want an email address of the highest complaints team I can go to immediately.

  • lij1987 Laurence Josephson (@lij1987) reported

@antjo1987 @ThreeUK I left because I stopped getting service at my apartment, remember. Took many many phone calls for them to let me leave my contract early. I find PlusNet (who uses EE) has great signal. I get reception throughout the hospital, which I never used to. Not sure what's best there.

@antjo1987 @ThreeUK Virgin works reasonably well throughout South Manchester but customer service is another matter!!

  • McJaystar Jaystar (@McJaystar) reported

@Lonzoxxxxx @ThreeUK Haha I try avoiding them agents they don’t know nothing I usually get more help here from the social media support.

  • bradmarriott10 Brad Marriott (@bradmarriott10) reported

@ThreeUKSupport is there a problem with your network? I pay £50 a month for unlimited data and nothing loads on 4G unless I turn my phone on and off several times. So frustrating

  • Monkiflops Will Phillips (@Monkiflops) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks, that is all about blocking. I want to report the number (I've looked it up, it is a number on your network), so they can be shut down (the number).

  • DanJones34 Dan Jones 🇪🇺 (@DanJones34) reported

I would like to update my sim only 12GB plan with @ThreeUK but why am I offered £12 per month on the app but for a new customer its £10 per month?

  • vicksytoria1 Vicky A 🇪🇺🇬🇧 (@vicksytoria1) reported

@antjo1987 @ThreeUK EE seem pretty good and customer service is waaaay better than Vodafone etc x

  • Danjones_uk Dan Jones (@Danjones_uk) reported

@antjo1987 @ThreeUK I'd say EE but their network is basically the same as Three's so if they've closed a mast down then you could well see the same issues, that said I rarely have an issue with EE in Altrincham area (apart from in Bowdon but nothing works there, it's like the middle ages for tech)
