    I don't have enough signal to use the @ThreeUK app to speak to them about the service. They said in the summer there was a problem in the area which they would be fixing 6 months down the line and it's still this bad.

    @ThreeUKSupport you said this year when it was June The fact that people were charged in the beginning is ludicrous what if an elderly, vulnerable or any person was unable to call due to lack of funds it should never have been charged disgraceful capitalist greedy companies

    @ThreeUK hey! I have been live chatting and calling your customer advisors to resolve an issue since Saturday but nothing is being done to remedy my problem! Have had literally enough of the carry on! Have someone call me to resolve it please! Losing many days of work now!!!! 😡

    @ThreeUK Your customer service and complaints department are a shambles, cant message you or see community on facebook, what you hiding 3. Taken me over 20 phone calls to not get an issue sorted.

    @ThreeUKSupport I've been to my local three shop today, nothing wrong with my sim/ phone.. yet again just appalling signal in my post code area. Speeds less than 0.5MB at home where I've been living all these years using Three. Yet in town less than 1 mile away 25+MB. Clearly there's an issue!
