    @ThreeUKSupport @BBCWatchdog @WhichUK By my estimation I must have paid about £400 more over the last year in terms of the difference between the equivalent sim only arrangement and mine which includes a handset I already own. That doesn't seem like a very customer friendly situation.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes been there done that. No issue has ever been fixed. To be honest it’s just your network, it’s not good. Stop selling.

    @ThreeUK After 15 years with your network I'm leaving for @EE due to your new roaming costs which work out around an extra £1000 to £1200 per year for me. I'm looking forward to my new #Pixel6 too. Adios.

    @ThreeUK Hi - I’m having trouble getting a sim activated that I purchased on the 10th December. I have tried online chat and calling. Calling referred me to call the store that I made the purchase but they’re not picking up the phone.

    @ThreeUKSupport are there problems with signal in the Glasgow /Paisley area? Having a lot of problems in the last ten days or so with people not being able to hear me at all on calls
