    Not only are @ThreeUK not refunding me for 3 weeks of no mobile broadband service but they have the audacity to ask ME to pay them £204 to get out of my contract when they cant even provide me with a service any more?! HOW IS THIS ACCEPTABLE?!

    @ThreeUKSupport I literally get no signal at my work and neither does my work friend. Data brilliant signal for calls non at all been like it for ages

    @ThreeUKSupport Online but they want us to take the faulty box to a shop. We don’t have time and I have private messages all the information. He has cancelled as we spent hours trying to sort it. However they are now explaining if the box is broken, he has to pay for it. They sent it broke
