    @ThreeUK False, My service is non existent. No signal since this morning .. no data , no calls.. I even went to a three shop and got a replacement sim and still no luck. Been a customer for over 10 years.. is it time to change providers?

    @ThreeUK yea, its still completely broken, I dial my wife (also 3) it rings on my phone but not hers at all, then goes to a strange new voicemail. she dials me, and it rings on my phone and i can answer, but no sound comes from the phone for either of us and we cant hear each other.

    @ThreeUK I'm afraid I'll be leaving after this latest episode. I'm now having to work at the weekend to play catch up with a full day lost today. It's the lack of information that really stings. Poor form.
