@ThreeUK trying to log onto my 3account but it still isn’t sending me an email(been over a year trying) it said to phone 333 and that just tries to send me to the app that I can’t log into as I haven’t received the email. Any help would be appreciated

@ThreeUKSupport What is the point of complaining clearly if you send a message like that then it’s not about customer service is it? When is it going to be sorted is the question not answered and what is being done to stop this continually happening or do I take my business elsewhere?

@ThreeUK is there a reason why for the last week our mifi signal has been so bad/unusable in the CW9 area? It can be slow some days but the last week has been dreadful!

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Jacq, it's fine in the evenings when they've finished for the day. But as @VJOsgood said this is several weeks of paying for a service that I can barely use. No sms warning at the start of works, just drops from full 5G to nothing. May as well dig out my old 56k modem.

@ThreeUK - darlings, what on earth is going on with your service in GRJ39P. Signal swaps from 1bar 3G to none to 3bar 4g to none. Completely unusable…
