Makes you wonder if companies like @ThreeUK care about their #customerservice or just making money. If anything I'd say it's option two. I have made a formal complaint and taken it to the @FSCS already. So much for three saying they had resolved my complaint in the autumn. No.

@MrJosephValente @ThreeUK @Apple The phone comes with a Lightning cable right? You can use any USB plug to get it going. Not supplying a plug cuts down on both waste and packaging.

@ThreeUKSupport yet another call talking 30+ minutes trying to get an upgrade, pay my bill, sort my account! This has been the worst experience, very disappointed. Misinformation, actions not followed through and leaving me to chase you multiple times, poor customer service.
