@ThreeUKSupport any idea when the network outage that has been impacting me since yesterday morning will be resolved? Your online chat time have been useless and can’t tell me more than ‘it’ll be fixed soon’. I have no network coverage and need to receive important medical calls.

@ThreeUKSupport trying to get a decent quote to renew my contract is currently like pulling teeth! Been a customer for years, 3 contracts, still having to haggle after 2 painful online chats & can still get the deal a fiver a month cheaper elsewhere. Not great customer service!

@anayaxposso @ThreeUK You can’t even use the data you’re paying for because it’s horrendous. You’re paying for a service and if you’re not receiving it, you should get them to give your money back and leave. It’s a mess. They’re a mess.
