@ThreeUKSupport Postcode is irrelevant. Happens everywhere. Especially in crowded venues. Every other network user around is swooshing thru their apps, I’m waiting for webpages and apps to load. Haven’t benefitted from 4g in the 2yrs of having my iPhone 11Max Pro #tinybandwidth

Three days with no signal on @VodafoneUK in SW19! It’s quite rich of #Vodafone to advertise wifi calling as one of it’s own features while I have been reliant on @ThreeUK 5G broadband to relay calls and data due to this. I guess I need to fully move to a more reliable provider.

@ThreeUK It didn't work out between us sadly, since the congestion issues mean your Home Broadband 4G router is effectively useless to me, but I will say this: your customer service staff have been exceptional - clear, friendly, and efficient, and that is to be highly commended.
