    @ThreeUKSupport about 1h ago, everything else is working perfectly and normally, but my clients are calling because they dont receive my SMS. is the 3rd time this month i had these complaints. so, is a problem with my numbers only?

    I went on @ThreeUK live chat and had the worst experience yet again. I wanted to give feedback on the huge 250% price rise for PAYG and complain about service in my area as there are issues here. The complaints for didn't work so live chat to tell them. 1/

    @ThreeUK Three has the worst customer care service anywhere. Took £86 from me and I can’t get it refunded . Online call centre a joke.

    @ThreeUKSupport nightmare. I had to give up in the end. So that’s disabled people going without their assessments and equipment. Terrible service

    @ThreeUKSupport Getting 1.5Mbps down on both 4G and 4G+ in the IV24BF area. It's unbearable. Speeds plummet early evening till about 3am where I have to reboot my equipment so it connects to a less Saturated Base Station. 2/2

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve had quite the day. I’m a community occupational therapist, I live in Somerset and had 5 assessments to do in Hillingdon today relying on my phone satnav for directions. Got to first one ok then found no network coverage across the borough. Absolute 1/2
