    Appalling service from you @SamsungHelpUK and @ThreeUKSupport You just don't care that a phone under warranty does not charge. Repair warranty not fit for purpose. Issues going on a month. Two engineer visits, the runaround with Twitter DMs, 13 different reps involved. Shocking.

    @ThreeUKSupport I can’t confirm my email, the website and the link keep saying “Sorry, there's been a problem. We know about it and are working hard to fix it.” I need to top up my phone number today, please fix this problem asap. I even can get into the top up website.

    @ThreeUKSupport Full 5G signal strength, if i turn on vpn on my ipad, ( unable to use on my streaming tv) i get over 400 Mbps using same 5G ! what is it with your servers that mangle the internet so ? why work on masts at peak viewing time ?

    @SamsungHelpUK when do you accept that an S20 phone under warranty needs to be replaced because it doesn't charge? Repair warranty not fit for purpose! @ThreeUKSupport you need to refund me for this. Phone intermittently not charging. No resolution. No idea what is going on.
