    @ThreeUKSupport I took out a Sim only, as I had had for the previous 12 months. I was under impression the service would stay the same. So I was very surprised when it would not allow me to phone a Spanish landline on Saturday, which was upsetting at the time as it was an important call

    @ThreeUKSupport I live in a major city and your website claims for some reason that there’s no coverage for 4G Homefi but that I could get the much less appealing 4G Mifi deals. Presumably this is an error as they’re both 4G. Help! I’m moving house and need movable supplier

    @pauli1888 @ThreeUK They’re cheap, have generous or no data caps depending on tariff and data is quick when you have decent signal. International roaming also good. However customer service is terrible and coverage isn’t great outside of major towns/cities.

    won’t give me my number, **** it. Calling every single applicable place and letting them know that my number has changed will actually be less effort than getting a simple PAC code from @ThreeUK the WORST phone company in Britain.

    @ThreeUKSupport Every other mobile network or ISP I’ve used inform their customers directly about upcoming maintenance, and updates on unplanned outages. It would be nice if you did the same. We’ve already migrated one phone away from you and have had to order a DSL line for backup broadband.

    3 mobile have taken an extra 35 pounds from my account bringing it down to a zero balance. They are only available on chat and despite trying to get through over the last 2 days, they are now telling me they can’t verify my account! Where to next? #ThreeUK

    @Threeuksupport You did maintenance work on our local mast. Says should be done by Friday 2nd July. But since then, our phones are having issue with keeping decent signal to it. Phones rebooted, etc. Are you able to check if work is done or not? Website says yes. Thanks.

    If you’re in the UK, whatever you do, NEVER take out a phone contract with @ThreeUK They’ve charged me for a handset, accessories & early update fee, when I’ve not had any of those things, I’m at the end of my contract & im leaving. I’ve requested my pac code several times (1)

    @ThreeUKSupport offered me ones that did. It has had consequences not being able to make that emergency call on Saturday and I need to have a reliable phone company I can trust. When I took out the contract in June the person I spoke with knew I was abroad until autumn. They did not inform me
