@ThreeUKSupport upgraded this month to have received a faulty phone (Full diagnostic run) yet no one wants to take accountability or try and help resolve the situation. instead I’m being sent around London and being advised to cancel my whole contract!

@ThreeUKSupport the nightmare continues! I cant get technical support so I am cancelling. I can’t even get webchat Also the cancellation form has to be posted!!! Really? Feels like a delaying tactic. I don’t use a printer so not sure how else this is done? Please advise thanks
