@ThreeUKSupport I tried to cancel before the renewal date but your app and website were not working! No one to speak to on the phone. I would have stopped the auto renew.

@ThreeUK your phone lines go to "our staff are working from home" (really, even now?) and then go silent. Your live chat is staffed by people who don't read what is typed, repeatedly. Is there actually any viable way to contact your company about an ongoing signal issue?

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks Holly, I don't wanna be rude but the promotion was on your site and did have some influence as to me buying the device. It is incredibly disappointing to say the least as I was gonna get the Watch GS3 from Honor to complete the set. Is it too late to return the phone?

@thepipkins @ThreeUK We use iDmoblie. They use the 3 network & are £20 a month unlimited. Been great.

@ThreeUK @bonhines Seeing as you’re a sponsor, let’s hope we can get a phone signal / data at latitude festival this year. Last year it was impossible.

@ThreeUK - atrocious signal issues in my area. Been told issue is fixed. It isn’t. Can’t get any sense out of live chat and can’t get through on the phone. Can someone please help me

@DarloBun @FuzzyGolf @ThreeUKSupport In my experience, Three are the worst company I’ve seen at rewarding customer loyalty. They operate on a rolling door ststem. Let customers go, and bring in new ones. (Which is *way* more expensive to do, but their business model).

@ThreeUKSupport Hi @threeuksupport I still have not received my dongle. Please can you help. I don’t seem to have any reference number, but I have an email with a contract.

@MartinSLewis I pay £85 with @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport which I could afford at the time but not now with the price of everything. Thankfully my contract is up in September, will be leaving asap, paid over £80pm for years, asked for help until I could go to SIM but offered zero assistance!
