@Daisy_x_x @ThreeUK That’s what I thought too but apparently because it’s a Canadian number it’s still chargeable. £42 in charges since she landed in the UK and they won’t help because once upon a time the waived a £6 charge on my account

@ThreeUKSupport "Northern Ireland or North of Scotland will take 2 working days." I was NEVER told this once during the entire process. I am at work tomorrow. The whole reason I got the upgrade now was because I wouldn't be at work.
