@ThreeUKSupport I have a card registered but I still seem to need to write it in manually online so it takes longer. I can do it, but should I give up using the phone line? Has 3 effectively shut it down? Is 3 intentionally discouraging the use of it?

@Thehitmonliam @ThreeUKSupport @O2 I never had any issues with them unlit the past 9 months. 4G not working, calls dropping out etc. Not to mention dropping the roam like at home.

@ThreeUKSupport But the problem only started when that message (with the Scottish accent) about "sim only deals" was inserted into the top up process, making it impossible to top up unless I talked to someone about your deals! So while that's the case I'm afraid I'll remain suspicious.
