@MattWhitem1 @ThreeUKSupport Did you get a solution? Upgraded 4th and told there was a glitch 2. Had to downgrade to a different contract. Hoping they upgrade me to the one I wanted. only difference is 2 quid less a month but no 12m upgrade 4 free. Phone came just 30m ago.

Appalling customer service from @ThreeUK. Receiving multiple calls per day chasing a minor bill when account is in credit and direct debit was not set up when they created an account. What does it take to speak with someone capable? Call me.

@ThreeUKSupport I wanted the 6 months half price, includes a free 12 month upgrade, and buds. I took the one 2 quid less per month that didn't include the 12 month upgrade bc they said there was technical issues. I'm receiving the phone today.
