    Years ago , especially during at half time I, like many others had the same problem. But since the introduction of 5G I have no problems at all but I am guessing it is down to individual providers I am with @ThreeUK.

    @Benleo @virginmedia I can raise you. Try dealing with @ThreeUK . But I agree Virgin media have massively gone downhill in the customer service department.

    @ThreeUK I have been scammed through 3 Pay and Three withdrew money my account knowing about the fraud. I keep reporting the fraud to your customer services and nothing has been done to address it.

    @ThreeUK Any chance I could get a customer service agent who is english because i am having a nightmare getting my account sorted because all the agents are forign and their english is awfull? @threeuk

    @ThreeUKSupport do me a favour please. When you cold call someone and they politely tell you they are not with 3 and to stop calling and delete their number, don’t just abruptly and ignorantly hang up ….. just to call them back and harass them again a few days later.

    @ThreeUK I can't enjoy your services. No service at all. My WiFi not working after buffering for over 30 minutes. Sad state of affairs.
