@ThreeUKSupport why have i got no credit? impossible with the 2 calls i have made (unless you charge £6 per minute for uk calls...your site is down too to check what is going on or even top up and obviously your call center isnt open either! shocking.

@celeryseller @ThreeUK …but would need to go on the website. After 45+ minutes of wading through retention pages on the website, I was told I needed to call. I called multiple times, and every time was told my identity couldn’t be verified so I couldn’t cancel.
