@ThreeUKSupport Yes, a block on my data, but it’s ok, was finally resolved after many days and hours of live chat disconnections. The shame was I knew something like that was the issue, but seems that no one else did so hours of going round in circles. Sorted now though

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, I believe my iPad contract is ending either this month or next month. How can I check this & stop it auto renewing. I can’t access My3 on the device as my sim doesn’t work and your call centre wasn’t able to fix it

AVOID @ThreeUK LIKE THE PLAGUE. You will pay on time every month for them to take the piss and never get upgrades delivered, always say requests for things "haven't gone through due to technical glitches" and have you getting so stressed. GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE, TRUST ME!

@ThreeUKSupport Do Ofcom regulations also require you to not mention it to the customer or provide a convenient way to disable it, though? It wasn't mentioned in the manual or the store listing, and I couldn't turn it off without going to a shop or having an unlocked smartphone lying around.

@peterkin1010 @ThreeUK Hey! That's good. Yeah inside the building is poor signal even though the site is right outside. Apparently there's 5G cells up but driving around Pen-y-turnpike & llandough I don't think it's on. Still only LTE on band 3 in dinas powys. Need band 20 for inside signal.
