@ThreeUKSupport @vickyallen3 Is it still as slow as it was when it was free? Seemed like it was going through a 10K/s VPN back to UK. It was pretty much useless when browsing websites hosted in the foreign country because of the 4 trips necessary across the globe.

  • billieworldwide Billie (@billieworldwide) reported

@ThreeUK is the worst network in the world how can I not have signal in central london? My phone completely stopped working making it incredibly hard for me to manoeuvre my meetings and miss important calls

  • saumitraganguly Saumitra Ganguly (@saumitraganguly) reported

@ThreeUKSupport That doesn't help. Done all the necessary steps including talking to teams. Why is three not able to give info on when the problem is going to be fixed?

  • SteveBarnard58 Steve Barnard (@SteveBarnard58) reported

@ThreeUK Ha ha this is a joke. Your customer service is completely crap. You have changed my plan after assuring me you wouldn’t, without either consulting me or even telling me. I’ve now lost my go roam deal and you haven’t bothered to respond to my complaint. Your fired

  • LFCSovereign61 Paul 🔱#Sovereign 🇬🇧 (@LFCSovereign61) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I saw on My3 that you’re planning to switch off 3G by 2024. May I suggest you switch off the 4G instead because it absolutely stinks. I’m stuck with it on this new phone as it doesn’t have the safety net of 3G and it’s so bad it’s worse than useless.

  • Stanley_Walker Stanley_Walker (@Stanley_Walker) reported

What a hopeless organisation @ThreeUK is. I want to transfer existing number to new phone. After hours of calls they transfer to PAYG & then cancel it. After complaining they send a new contract SIM with new no. I ring their complaints & number unobtainable. Don't buy Three!

  • marcridgers Marc Ridgway (@marcridgers) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Both contacts were cancelled. My dad, brother and I are not going to renew with 3. Please do pass this on as everybody is feeling the pinch with rising prices and coming out of a pandemic. Treat people fairly and you'll have loyal customers forever.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Jenn, as I said before, I'm not at the Glastonbury Festival site anymore! I'm just try to understand why 3's service was virtually non existent during the whole event when ALL other providers were able to give their users decent service. 3 was never that bad in previous years

  • dave_kidd Dave Kidd (@dave_kidd) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Yeah I understand conversely, seems a shame all your UK mobile network competitors can offer a much better coverage than yourselves at a big event like that. Even sending a basic SMS was a problem. Having to tether off my mates phones or get WiFi from EE tent for days isn't ideal

  • BEV1971 BEV G (@BEV1971) reported

@ThreeUK hi I have a contract for my son on sim only, I had to upgrade it in March, he's going to Sweden in September, I'm not sure what additional costs I may face if he uses his phone whilst there. Could someone please help
