    @ThreeUK absolutely disgraceful service, cancelled order due to fraud, despite everything the same as my last order! Now I have to wait 3 months! Complaint department can't actually answer questions or doesnt resolve anything! Disgusting service

    @ThreeUKSupport customer support on live chat is shocking. SIM card didn’t arrive in the envelope, so contacted as it says on the envelope, and will not send a replacement due to “incurring the credit limit” I have said it didn’t arrive, so nobody should be spending any money!

    @ThreeUK I have had nothing but issues with my new phone. So I have returned it to the shop as I don’t want the same phone. Now I am having issues getting a new phone because you haven’t reversed the account and the credit check has failed. I am one unhappy customer.

    Hi @ThreeUKSupport my dads lives in RG2 7hw postcode and can only use his mobile internet. Is there a problem with internet as it's taking ages to receive messages and can't call etc as it cuts out.

    Tried this today! When it works its great. Login experience needs some work, I had to log in 3 times on an 11 hour flight, but I'm sure that'll get sorted. @ThreeUK @Starlink
