Been a @ThreeUK customer for 10yrs. I’m on account as wife originally had this phone. Drove 10 mile to shop to upgrade to be told they can’t speak to me because I’m not first name on account! But if I ring they can speak to me? 10 years…. It won’t be 11! Hello @VodafoneUK 👋🏻

@ThreeUKSupport I have honestly not had such bad customer service. My phone was blacklisted last Monday, apparently as I had said it was stolen! I was stuck on an accident on the motorway with no way to contact home 😡😡

@tamarmillen Yeah it’s terrible! Even worse, I waited to get through and when they couldn’t hear me (because @ThreeUK is unreliable) I was fuming! I had to use my landlord’s landline and call back!!

@ThreeUKSupport an 'outage' in the processes used to generate the email to show proof of usage. I have been told many things. Today on the chat I was told 'sorry to inform you that unfortunately the tool that generates the insurance letter is getting upgraded'
