    @ThreeUKSupport Understood, but that's not my point. Is it a step too far with your customer service to offer me a complimentary charger? I spend more than £1200 a year with you and have done for at least the last 15 years. Is my continued custom not worth £25?

    @ThreeUKSupport new SIM card bought for mobile WiFi dongle but keeps having issues - "connected, no internet" then sign in details don't work - my mum's going to throw everything out the window shortly!! 🤬

    @ThreeUKSupport Still no resolution as yet. Kirsty tried her best and then directed me to the Xiaomi website, but they have not gotten any further either and forwarded to their technical team...so now I still have to wait. #Upsetting

    @ThreeUK Hi guys, I've just upgraded my son's phone to a new iPhone 12 at your Bolton Branch. Got all the way to the end to be told I also needed to buy a charger!! I've been with 3 for ever and have three contracts. No concession for a loyal customer

    @ThreeUK Recently moved to your network and so far I'm really disappointed in the wi fi coverage, even in my own home when the router isn't on. Is there anything you can do to help this?

    @Preece_Kelly @lloyds_direct That really sucks. @ThreeUK had service issues a week or so ago that meant I wasn’t able to receive a telephone appointment from my GP days after being discharged from hospital after giving birth. I complained to the company and they didn’t care. It was awful.

    @jamogram @ThreeUK So yes, the alternative for me if I can’t get free roaming is installing an e-SIM for a French network.
