    @ThreeUKSupport What's the point in having a Twitter customer service page if you can't help customers? Webchat have told me to contact finance team...how am I supposed to do that when my line has been disconnected? I don't even have incoming calls!! Ridiculous after ONE missed payment.

    @ThreeUK VERY BAD CONNECTION around CITY CENTRE in Edinburgh. I was told that the problem will be fixed on the 3rd of February. Now The Customer Service is telling me to wait another one week.

    @ThreeUKSupport Any chance somebody could contact me about the dreadful coverage/service that my daughter in law is getting please? She’s tried speaking to people but got nowhere. Seems that @ThreeUK aren’t too fussed about a 17 year old girl travelling at night with no service.

    Upgrading to a new phone from @ThreeUK online has been the worst experience of my life 🙃 DPD tracking tells me they’re sending the parcel back to three (with 0 delivery attempt) and three tells me it’s on it’s way and it’ll be here by 6pm. Guess we’ll see if it arrives late 🙄

    @ThreeUKSupport If the reasonable adjustments you made under the Equality Act in order to handle my complaint mean you did not handle my complaint, you have also potentially committed discrimination arising from disability on top of the indirect discrimination I complained about.

    We have no resolution from @talktalk either - they are "looking into things". In the meantime, a 4G home broadband from @ThreeUK is on its way!
