    @ThreeUKSupport The battery upgrade was by iSmash, I bought the phone direct from Google originally, and they're a recommended service provider. I guess I'll see if they can fix the antenna (or whatever is wrong) before buying something new. Thanks for all your help today!

    @ThreeUKSupport LOL I dont have a 3 phone. But we will need to just either accept the slow speeds or try another provider mate. One thing, your customer service is spot on :)

    @ThreeUKSupport Always had this issue because I have only just got the box 24 hours ago. Brand new user. I fear I will have to return this is we cannot get a decent connection :(
