@ThreeUKSupport brilliant service from Carol and Ashley at the Grimsby store. Was sometime between Christmas and New Year. My intention was to upgrade to the iPhone 14 Pro Max but instead got a really good deal on an Honor Magic 4 Pro for £33 a month less than the iPhone. 1/2

Why does @ThreeUKSupport bot have an adequate escalation process. After an hour of the call centre not being able to deal with my problem (I only wanted to change bank account details), I ended up having to go through Complaints. What a waste of everyone’s time.
