@ThreeUKSupport I was told these are for some apps which we never used. I have lodged a complaint and was told this is being looked at. It's been almost three weeks and I'm still waiting to hear about this dispute. Am thinking of cancelling all my contracts with three.

@CHartleyPhotos I went to @SkyUK (piggy backs off 02) after 15 years with @ThreeUK. I managed 6 months of inferior signal everywhere, before downgrading Sky to the cheapest I can pay for the rest of my contract and going back to three. I work all over the UK regularly and would highly recommend.
