    @ThreeUKSupport logging in w correct password it says incorrect password - done the reset process so I know it’s correct. Spoken to 5 advisors each tell me to reset when that doesn’t work they ask me to do smth which ultimately shuts down the app to make me go away

    Ordered a mifi device from @ThreeUK last week and I'd have pulled all my hair out, if I had any. Eventually the device arrived. Spent the evening trying to set it up. It appears I'm missing a crucial element - a phone number? WTF. And no live support on a sat. Total joke 🤬

    @ThreeUK @ChelseaFCW Just so there is more awareness about it. In 2023 while in Laos, Three does not provide their services through any network here. I have been cut of from receiving messages or calls. #laos #threecustomerservice

    @ThreeUKSupport But if the street next to me can get 5G home broadband and my house can get ‘just’ 5G mobile signal, there’s nothing stopping me just getting the router delivered elsewhere then plugging it in surely?

    @ThreeUKSupport I made it clear over the phone that I was no longer with three so how would I receive a text, the call I made was to cancel the contract and any further payments after my contractual agreements were fulfilled with the three network
