    Been on @ThreeUK for few months now and yes at first I had a few problems but now can't complain at all. Everything is great. Whenever I have needed customer service they have always help out and always made sure issue is resolved. Will be sticking with you!

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi. My Three enabled Huawei b535 router which has been working OK, stopped working last night. It's saying 'connected without Internet.' 4 white signal lights & green broadband light on. Reset it several times, still the same. CV23 postcode area.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, all working now since last night but 4G has gone down in my area. I was using it then data stopped working all of a sudden, then I dropped to 3G.
