    @ThreeUK What is going on with your service in Central London? It’s downright appalling. Stood on St James St with 3 bars of 4G and a simple iMessage to a mate (oh whom I was trying to meet) refused to send. Sort it out!

    @ThreeUKSupport what is going on?? Home WiFi is shocking slow starting stopping coming and going. Same with my data, obviously, since wifi and phone data use the same point. The signal is dropping. it's been shocking since 11.25pm. But on line u claim its all good !! Beg to dif

    @ThreeUK will you be providing a refund due to poor signal in my area for the days it is down? Currebtky no signal. Note your customer team never responded to me last year when I had no service in my area for 2 weeks -was september 22

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Hayley, I’ve tried chrome, internet explorer and EE mobile network all give me the same message. I’m trying to reactive a mifi sim but I need to log in to do so or is there another way to do this?
