    @ThreeUKSupport I’m currently in Thailand and my three sim has stopped working. I can’t receive any messages. When I go to login on my online account it wants me to give an access code sent via text. Is there an option to gain access to my account via Email/password only

    It’s a shocking reflection on @ThreeUKSupport but your customer service is absolutely useless they don’t understand a work you say to them. A poor second after totally useless.

    @ThreeUK according to @CommunityFibre the problem of my iPhone 15 having problems with wifi calling being unreliable is a problem on your side. can you confirm what you are doing to resolve the issue?

    Just joined the @EE network and im.struggling to turn off the adult content filter. This is very frustrating and not easy to figure out. Im thinking of cancelling and going back to @ThreeUK

    @ThreeUKSupport customer support on live chat is shocking. SIM card didn’t arrive in the envelope, so contacted as it says on the envelope, and will not send a replacement due to “incurring the credit limit” I have said it didn’t arrive, so nobody should be spending any money!
