    @ThreeUKSupport help! My internet’s been dropping out for the last 3 days. Now it’s gone completely. Again.🙄I’ve pressed all the buttons, reset things, turned things off and on and still nothing. Not a sausage. I’m in Acton, W3. What’s going on and when will it be fixed please??

    @ThreeUKSupport No WiFi for 2 days (evening & night) in London. Surprisingly happening at the same time as offering an early contract renewal and upgrade(!) Not receiving a customer service text or email or SM message to forewarn customers is poor practice. Shame.

    @cycleoptic @ThreeUKSupport I spoke with the live chat team. We did a hard reset on my router and I'm now back to good service. The agent was confident that this would resolve the issue permanently as other customers who'd done the same didn't have the ongoing issues

    @ThreeUKSupport can you please sort out the internet! My 5G Hub has been down for hours and its been on/off for past week! I work from home and need stable internet! - customer service opening times are ridiculous too!

    @ThreeUKSupport I ordered a 5g internet hub a few days ago and have been encountering drop outs and low speeds since setting it up. I can see others in London encountering the same issues - when will these be resolved?

    @ThreeUK what's the progress on the issue where log on email doesn't change when someone updates their email? You've told me it's your issue, so please explain more? Having a terrible experience right now...

    @ThreeUK A big network that can't update the email you log on with when you update your email. Been trying to resolve for weeks through live chat, tel calls with tech team, complaining... they said it's their issue but had so many calls, been cut off and spoken to rudely... stay away!
