    @ThreeUKSupport hello, are you having problems with your credit checks today? I was refused, but then my dad was also refused when he went to apply in my place and he definitely doesn't have grounds for refusal. The guy on the phone couldn't tell us anything.

    @lukemotorsport @ThreeUK It is only Three that this issue shows up with. Others are, from people I've spoken to, fine. So I'd suggest it's something to flag.

    @ThreeUK very disappointed with lack of help after 21 years of loyalty with your company. I fell over yesterday and smashed my screen and if I upgrade now instead of 27th November you want more than £80. Guess being with you so long counts for nothing. V sad.
