@ThreeUKSupport I've genuinely lost count of the number of times I have contacted @ThreeUK to transfer PAYG no to my new contract sim. Each time being "assured" it will happen, each time...not! Useless service! How can I get this done?!!

@ThreeUK I'm having issues with my Huawei AI Cube. Netflix, Disney+, Amazon and simple things like the Internet simply don't work and the kids have a melt down on a regular basis! I have had no luck dealing with your customer service. I've had the contract 2+ years! Please help.
