    @ThreeUKSupport @AnnCane6 It's not unusual, Three UK, read your reviews of actual customer experiences on Trustpilot. Three UK has a 1 star rating. The poor service has been going on since at least 2020. OFCOM should block your access to the UK market

    @ThreeUKSupport Tbh I’ve tried but the call centre is no help and they’re not willing to escalate it on the phone, and don’t seem willing to refund me my money either

    @ThreeUKSupport Restarting doesn't resolve the issue as it plays up again after 10 minutes. But it's a temp fix.. Hope it's resolved quickly 🤞🏾🤞🏾🤞🏾 x

    Bit of advice.. never go with @ThreeUK. Not delivering what’s agreed, refusing to put you to complaints, poor customer service all around. Had to escalate to CEO 👍

    @ThreeUK Out in the middle of nowhere I depend on the network for many things and this has now happened multiple times for me over the weeks, if this is not sorted quickly then you will be loosing a customer and probably many more than just me, Vodafone,O2 and EE are all fine. 😡😤
