UK Beauty Online (@UKBeautyOnline) reported@ThreeUK no 5g for nearly 2 wks in our area, despite living 20m from a mast. Whole area affected, but you continue to deny there is a problem. It is now impossuble to WFH as the service is so poor, and £4.60 compensation. Lost the will to live with your terrible customer service

A-I (@Unlucky_Dude2) reported@ThreeUK i have been getting charged by applepay. I have never used applepay and 5 trasactions totalling around £84 in space of 10 mins. I dont own an iphone and have no transactions showing up on my google pay acc on my android phone. What scam is this?

This is the last time they will rob me. I’m switching to another provider.

Legmo2 (@Legmo_2) reported@ThreeUKSupport - Hello! Ever since Vodafone and Three have merged my signal at home went from 250-300mbps download to 3-4mbps. It only goes back up when I turn my phone to airplane mode on for a few minutes and then back off. Any help would be much appreciated!
