Has anyone tried using the Live Chat with @ThreeUKSupport ? It's like pulling teeth. I gave up in the end as they couldn't grasp why paying 10% more than a new customer is NOT a loyalty reward, nor would I fall for the BS . After around 20 years it's time to look elsewhere!

@ThreeUK I want to complain about a chat where I was threatened with being passed to a “Debt Collection Agency “ and affecting my Credit Score! Do you have a email address/complaint process? Why does Three not send out monthly renewal contracts like Lebara?

@_AndreaUrbanFoX @ThreeUK I've used Sky for years and had no issues, BT was terrible and Virgin Media is dire here, up and down as a where's drawers on a Saturday night. I've also got a home hub attached to my router to up the speed of my fibre connection, it ups the amount of devices can be tied to it
