Trying to leave @ThreeUK is beyond painful, they refuse to give me my PAC code and advise me to use public Wifi when travelling abroad now that they are in extortion mode to their old customer, so waiting for 72hrs to get someone to give me the code to leave them #poorservice

@ThreeUK I have now been without signal for the best part of 3 days, I know you are upgrading the network as that’s what your website says but constantly having no signal is becoming a bit of a joke now. When will these network upgrades be completed and signal return to normal?

@ThreeUKSupport I haven’t had that information and I have had no advice about how I closed this account. You also said you would give me £50 credit (which goes no way to covering the costs I incurred) and refused to honour that when I said I did not want to close the complaint.

@ThreeUKSupport I can’t even log on to your website to check “Sorry, we’re having problems. It’s not you it’s us” Can’t log onto your app to check. Get to the point where it wants to send me a security code then says “Oops, something’s gone wrong, try later” 😡😡😡😡
