@MaxineGulley1 @ThreeUK Find out the manufacturer of the device you ordered. Once you find out, cancel your complaint to three and start your real complaint with the manufacturer. It's not your network providers fault that the manufacturer keep changing dates.

@MoneySavingExp To anyone who is thinking of joining @ThreeUK : 🔘They continue charging you for a handset after you have paid it off. 🔘They allow scammers to port your number to another network. 🔘Terrible customer service from foreign call centres. Don’t say you weren’t warned!
