    @ThreeUKSupport Two issues with contracts which have ended. One is mine and one my wife's. My wife is being billed for a device she has returned to you and has proof. You are trying to defraud her of 75 pounds . Despite several phone calls to yourselves agreeing no charge !

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks Pete - think we’re finally sorted. You may want to tell your webchat support team about that VPN thing as they spent hours last week trying to solve this issue - I’m sure I can’t be the only person with this problem!

    @ThreeUK It's been 14 days now that your "Wifi-Calling" service hasn't delivered texts to my phone, only allowing my phone to make & receive calls. "Verification Texts" are SO important! When will this fault be FIXED? Your "Chat" people have made me so many false promises!
