Rob Knight (@rknightion) reported@ThreeUKSupport Initial card payment then direct debit payments. It's owed because Three never cancelled the plan within the 14 day window and I continued to be charged. A complaint solved that and they backdated it, but now you won't issue the refund.

I changed over to sim only contract 4 months ago, they've taken my money and the previous bill owners and now they've disconnected my old number instead of transferring it to sim only. DON'T USE.
