    @ThreeUK And coming from an Ex Staff Member for Channel Operations.. I know a duff signal and poor network when I see one. No amount of previous reporting has fixed it and I want out of my contact if it doesn't improve !!

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve called customer service AGAIN today - and they simply said that it might not be sorted for another week! I need to access work on my phone and this is not acceptable! I literally get about an hour of service a day at the moment…

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s just an open concrete structure so far. So no scaffolding or steal beams. I’ll reset network settings on Monday. Funny how it only happens at work.

    @ThreeUKSupport Didn’t really help me there! Same issue as I already had! You take so much information and then still refuse to help. Company was all good whilst I was wanting to give you more money. As soon as I need help with a charge you don’t want to know. Very disappointed
