    @ThreeUK your customer complaints dept are SHOCKING! 3 hours today wasted going over and over and over again! HUGE complaint to the Communications Ombudsman on its way!!

    @ThreeUKSupport There’s always congestion at the Old Mill Road site, I’ve said repeatedly to Three for more base stations to spread the load. But that isn’t going to happen. Anyway I don’t believe it to be the base station causing the problem. I’m on Pay Monthly contract.

    @ThreeUKSupport Was with EE before and never had any issues. Been using your 4G network via ID Mobile for 2 weeks and really not impressed with the coverage. Loads of call drop outs, robotic voice, non 4g etc... all in areas that state good coverage. OK to direct message?

    Nearing 10 phone calls, hours on the phone, still no solution from @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport . Abysmal customer service set-up. Phone Customer Service completely useless. Repeatedly asking for details already covered on numerous previous calls. Might be time to switch providers.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes never had problems before, only started this month. I can call voicemail successfully. Same location but as Three only has one base station covering all Portishead Town Centre/Marina it isn’t going to be that. Texts and Data are working as normal. Fault caused by @Zoom ?? 🤔
