@ThreeUKSupport Hi Ali, I bought new phone from Samsung as I was getting a better deal than 3 were offering, without realising that I couldn't just go onto new deal immediately with 3, need to cancel old contract and give 30 days notice

@ThreeUK Hi. May I ask why I never have reception at London Victoria, despite showing 3 or 4 bars of 4G service? It’s been like it for months! I have to hotspot from a Vodafone contract.

Having just upgraded to the S22 Ultra, I decided to get my son his first contract phone in line with mine. I've been with @ThreeUKSupport for about 13 years now, and apparently they're genuinely happy to dismiss a potential life long customer over £30. Kinda disappointed, really.
