    @ThreeUKSupport My IPhone 13 naturally uses 4/5G it doesn’t have a just 3G setting like previous models meaning i cant use the network hardly anywhere!

    @ThreeUKSupport your network is absolutely pants! In central London with “5G” and I still get buffering and slow load times. Whenever I go inside somewhere signal also drops!

    @ThreeUKSupport just got a 3 contract as coverage was very good indoor and out on your coverage map, its bloody awful however, internet is unusable for anything... can I get a refund?
