@ThreeUKSupport Hi Iain no they spoke to me. One was 0333 338 1063 & one was 0333 338 1001. Your live support chat confirmed to me the second was real but didn't know about the first; they told me to text 7726 about it, but that turns out to be an automated account for reporting spam texts

@ThreeUKSupport B76 1EG. One minute it’s connected and working at plus 40 megabits then all of a sudden it slows to less than 1. And stays there until I reboot the router. Sometimes it does not connect at all. These problems are ongoing, started around March and got worse from then on.

@ThreeUKSupport No nothing works. While I'm at this post code during the week I have zero signal. I very occasionally get one bar but it's very intermittent. I've been told a range of dates by 3 for when it should be fixed. We're heading into week 3 of no siganl 😔
