    @ThreeUK literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced, talk about reading from a script!! Imagine your contract being £15 a month but they take £77 and want you to accept a credit of £64 WOW 🤯

    Hi @ThreeUKSupport. My wife @jmfcampbell has had over 10 calls to Three to reclaim £80 of charges made in error. On the occasions she’s been put through to the customer service team she has been cut off. Is there someone we can escalate this to please? #customerservice

    @ThreeUKSupport your mobile data is still shockingly slow in the DN158HX area. I was told it would be sorted weeks ago. If i could cancel my contract I would.

    @ThreeUKSupport Still having trouble and that link just says ‘please try later’ nobody avail on chat. Also getting several random registration texts at weird times ie not when I’m trying to register.
