    @ThreeUKSupport how do you feel scamming thousands of customers for 1000s when a device is paid off and you keep taking payment for the device my elderly mother is a victim and is our £900 with nothing you can do can’t wait to cancel all 9 phone contracts me my family and friends

    .@ThreeUKSupport is there any chance you could make your network work in the centre of Edinburgh. It is appallingly bad and has been for a very long time. I was hoping your Vodafone merger was fixing it but seems not.

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport we offering early free upgrades but then making people still pay for their old phones aswell as the new phone!? 10 years or so I’ve been with Three and never had an issue upgrading but just clocked on my bank two payments had been taken out for a device

    Many thanks to the hopeless @ThreeUKSupport for waking me up despite clear instructions not to call me before 1pm clearly they didn’t listen to a word I said. No idea of customer service.

    @panks_79 @ThreeUKSupport My current phone is broken, but you've saved me. There was a separate section of the Three website for pay-as-you-go 🙈 Which is weird, because I've had to go through an entire different page to buy the same phone I was trying to buy anyway haha Thanks Craig!
