@ThreeUK I’ve paid it... because the hassle of contesting £1.45 is just not worth it... but no... I’m mad, so here I am! I actually contacted Three a couple of months ago to cancel this contract via their online chat channel...

  • jezzaf3 jezzaf (@jezzaf3) reported

@ThreeUKSupport PO15 5SH iPhone 5SE. Under normal circumstances reception and service are excellent. I just feel that this round of disruption so soon after the last is hard to swallow as a customer.

  • webmink Simon Phipps (@webmink) reported

Sitting on infinite hold waiting for @threeUK to fix the complex error they have made, and the hold music, I kid you not, is "Sittin' On The Dock Of The Bay Wasting Time"

  • chloeboyle08 Chloe-Elizabeth (@chloeboyle08) reported

@ThreeUK is your website down because it isn't letting me order a new phone???

  • F1PLT Seán The Pilot (@F1PLT) reported

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK Why does it take 144+ hours to move a number and why does everyone fob me off. Promised callbacks and emails don’t happen. 24 hours is the standard response and when that happens I’m told again 24 hours. To be told ‘you can wait’ is a language issue which shouldn’t happen.

  • SabszSoundsz sabs (@SabszSoundsz) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I had to fight to even get a manager on the phone. Literally called customer services and it happened again. What’s wrong with your phone lines????

  • jezzaf3 jezzaf (@jezzaf3) reported

@ThreeUKSupport And I eventually lodged a complaint in October because of the massive disruption this had on my work. I sincerely hope the current work and disruption is the last for a long time! I just can’t believeit’s happening again so soon at great disruption to your customers. I.e me.

  • SabszSoundsz sabs (@SabszSoundsz) reported

@ThreeUKSupport No. I want a manager. None of you bloody listen. And fix your phone lines!!!!!!

  • VoiceBritannia Voice Britannia (@VoiceBritannia) reported

What the hell, Twice now, the phone number 07412 594806 has called me and as soon as it realises the call is active it blasts a high pitched alarm tone down the line! @ThreeUK What the hell is this? I know its a 3 number, yet when I call it back I get told it doesnt exist!

  • jezzaf3 jezzaf (@jezzaf3) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Time to time? A month without service at work in October due to never ending work on the adjacent mast Maxine!! I can guess from the guys up the mast, it’s maintenance related but they were up there last week with no loss of service, so why now? I’m fed up with the disruption.
