@ThreeUK I am stuck abroad and have been the victim of identity fraud. Your customer service is awful. No one I can talk to on the phone about simcard scam. My bank has reported theft. Never using you again.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Rhiannon. I work in tech support myself so know that's not a daft question! Haha I tried that at the time, as well as turning off roaming and back on. Just tried both of those again and still no joy, unfortunately.

@ThreeUKSupport any issues in the B44 area?...using Ai cube & Netflix won't load a film (sticks at 25%)....use 3 for my phone too but it loads fine on that.

Hey @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK, Iran has blocked internet and your Swedish branch @3Sverige just made all calls and texts from Sweden to Iran for free to support Iranian women fighting for their freedom. Could you do same for UK? It would be much appreciated.
