@ThreeUKSupport Son called to verify me, got a password for me to use. I called and was told I could only discuss his current account, which is not what he asked for, and pointless. He then tried again, but got nowhere. Exhausted, he asked to be sent a bill for the disputed amount. Never came.

@ThreeUKSupport nah mate. do the math. you sell a 25gb PAYG pack for £15 a month, and thats free internationa use. a 12gb contract is £12 p/m with roaming charges for 14days adding £70 so over 12 months you pay £35 more on a contract than a payg customer. oh and get half the data.

@ThreeUKSupport Being charged extra on a bill and explaining to your colleagues why a direct debit has failed, asked to raise a complaint and the chat gets closed. I’ve cancelled my contract now and gone elsewhere

@ThreeUKSupport Think so. They said there would be a delay in changing over if he kept the old number. A few months ago he received texts from a debt collection agency which he thought were scams, as his account was up to date. Didn’t know about the 2nd one. Never received a bill.

@ThreeUK Hey there! I’ve had several days now lately including today when the signal has been abysmal in WR2. Checked the device and no problem whatsoever. Any issues on your end? How could I fix this issue?

When you’re travelling the West Coast mainline it’s clear that the 3 in @ThreeUK means 3G. Absolutely abysmal signal

@ThreeUKSupport You’re overpriced. You treat your customers disgracefully. Especially ones like myself who have been with you for so long. I’m constantly being lied to. My bills are constantly going above agreement even though I have a cap on my spending. And just outright poor customer service.
