@ThreeUKSupport hey. I took my 3 sim out in Texas, USA for an AT&T sim. Now when I put my 3 sim back in (still in Texas) it says no SIM card installed. Help?

.@ThreeUKSupport topping up/buying an add-on really is a horrible experience. Can't you come up with a website or an app that are fit for purpose? Website: 5 mins going round in circles, error message, balance reported incorrectly.....

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Chris! Yes, the service was suspended. I picked up a new SIM in a shop yesterday and was told it would take 2-4 hours to reactivate, then followed up after 5 hours and it was apparently "stuck"...
