They’re about as much use as a chocolate teapot, just repeating lines off a script. I had 2 phones on 3, down to one now.

I've seen numerous posts on your forum, including smarty and id mobile with same issue, over a year ive gad this issue all you do is give me discount till its sorted, but dont solve nothing.
