@ThreeUKSupport Work. it’s been like it for a while though. Have wi-fi access at work but as soon as i leave the building and use your mobile network there’s nothing until I get into the range of the next cell.

To top it off they're STILL taking £9.14 off of me for a Mifi I never even used which was an add on to my contract yet they're claiming its a different contract and expect me to pay the next 4 months up now to end the Contract early which I've ALREADY PAID @ThreeUK

@simonhardwick @ThreeUKSupport I find that all over London with Three (on iPhone X) if I’ve only got one bar of 4G connectivity that essentially means no connection. Also - data throughput when it falls back to 3G (even with four bars) is terrible - ten years ago 3G was actually usable for email etc. Not now.

@creweywoody @ThreeUKSupport There are a lot of sites now where I guess the bandwidth has been borrowed from 3g/4g and given to 5g but 5g coverage is poor so you end up going through lots of notspots! Given the lack of 5g here I wonder if that’s a contributory factor?

@ThreeUKSupport we have been having intermittent internet for 2 weeks postcode E9. the network service checker says there is maintenance. i phoned an advisor last week and they said this work would be completed last Thursday. we are still having issues, when will this be fixed?

@ThreeUKSupport Any idea when we can expect 5G to return to normal in SW17? It's been intermittent at best, and the network status checker gives no timeline to fully restore services.

@ThreeUKSupport OMG ….your network is absolute 💩 in central London and Stratford . Jesus Christ , 21st century and feels like we dealing with a dial up modem. Cannot wait for this contract to end . What an absolute waste of money .
