@ThreeUK your password reset form is a nightmare. The ability to copy and paste seems to be broken, which means it's more difficult to use a password manager app, therefore leading to less secure passwords...

@ThreeUKSupport day 8 of no signal doctor hung up could not hear me, I ring people they cant hear me. partner called 3 sat+ got txt today it said problem was sorted both got 1 bar signal. he has asked for his pac code can i get out of my contract if you cant give me the service Im paying for ??

@ThreeUKSupport They don't setup any type of proper plan, just give a 30 day extension. A company like Three should be able to setup proper payment plans and not have to rely on a system to do everything for them, I never would have had this problem with O2

Never use @ThreeUK they are the worst. Today they threatened debt collectors. But the money that is owned is on a number I have never had and they are contacting me on my acutal number too. They said its now with their fraud team but I have had no email or anything to show that.

@ThreeUKSupport Hiya I’m in New Delhi, India. Service was working fine all last week whilst abroad. It’s since this morning that I’ve not had any reception/service. I’ve switched the phone on/off a few times, removed the sim, gave it a wipe down. None of the above work, not even airplane mode
