    How odd, whenever I get one of these calls claiming to be from @ThreeUKSupport and I tell them I’m 3 staff (I’m not) so if they tell me their name and staff code so I can locate them in the company directory they always hang up. Almost as if they weren’t really from 3….

    @ThreeUKSupport when i joine three i got i brought over my old number. This morning i purchased a £5 daily roaming add on but that has gone to the original number. Help.

    @robj3d3 @ThreeUK Use TOTP 2FA instead of Texts. It's safer and you avoid this problem

    I'm with @ThreeUK I recently got an email telling me they've merged their network with @VodafoneUK and I can connect to both and get better coverage. The service has got worse!

    @ThreeUKSupport just when I think your network can’t get any worse, you find new ways to lower the bar. The UK’s worse network. Your marketing team sends emails showing how clueless you are

    @ThreeUK @VodafoneUK I thought the merger was meant to improve signal. Not make it blooming worse. Cambridge is meant to be “silicon fen” tricky with such terrible network

    @UniversalExile @three Have seen @ThreeUK poor level of customer service when the sold a deal to my mother-in-law that was totally unfit for her purpose. Selling to an easily confused elderly person who is obviously not tech savvy is a awful thing to do. Hope they change and sort your problem fast.
