@ThreeUK - hi three. When you drop network coverage in an area at least have the decency to let your customers out of their contact without penalties equating to the monthly fees for the remainder of their contact&when they no longer have network coverage. Poor customer service

@ThreeUKSupport Ok thank you. This unfortunately has been for the last month or so. I changed provider from o2 to 3 because your service was better and now I seem to be encountering similar problems that I had with o2 where the service drops from 4g to 3G making it difficult to stream.

@PSobocki @ThreeUK It's newer spectrum so not all devices support it but newer devices do. Next time you change it will likely support it
