Making a point of leaving companies that provide customer services from other countries. The stress of getting assistance from someone who speaks English as a second language is horrendous. @ThreeUK is the latest. Awful chat service.

.@ThreeUK your in store customer service & call centre need to be able to talk to when dealing with a complaint. Putting a red flag on my account because I had not updated my address & blocking my account for 3 days means you have just lost a family account (5 sims) to @EE. 👍
