@ThreeUKSupport I tried calling yesterday but I had no luck with your technical support staff. They confirmed my adult filter was off and roaming is enabled. I can only access the AT&T network here in Florida but I should be able to get T-mobile and Verizon. Both are shown as "forbidden"

I have full bar signal yet my internet is atrocious. One minute it’s decent the next it’s utter plop. Taken me three attempts to get this tweet to send. Ridiculous for what I pay @three #threeuk

@ThreeUKSupport For months I've been going round in circles with your customer services about a refund of unlawful overcharges by Three. I've been repeatedly offered only a partial refund of less than half the charges which I have declined now 3 times. It's like they can't read.

@ThreeUKSupport They went through all my mobile network settings and made me do a network reset, which ended the call and I never got a follow up. The issue still persists and I am unable to use the data I paid for except in very short bursts. I shouldn't be tethered to wi-fi all the time.

@ThreeUKSupport Just calling suppport as three have mucked up the direct debit so I can’t use my phone as says bill not paid but everyone else on the account can. Seems to be a running issue with three that they can’t get everything right.

When @ThreeUK tell you; you can leave with no earlier termination fee - then you get a bill with a early termination fee .. so you call @ThreeUKSupport - and they are as useful as chocolate teapot - never been so relieved I moved to too @SkyUK
