@SamsungUK hi I purchased a galaxy watch 4 lte for the wife for Xmas and now find out @ThreeUK don't support esim. You guys don't advertise this fact and the info is hard to find. Feel cheated spending the extra ££☹

@Documentally @ThreeUK @VodafoneUK The need to change from 3g to 4g suggests a frequency mismatch in progress. I had this problem in Hackney until I got a router and antenna that actually matched the local signal.

@ThreeUKSupport i spoke to someone on live chat earlier and they told me from the 9th Jan i can cancel my contract without paying anything. and i won’t have a remaining balance to pay. but i feel this is incorrect.
