    @ThreeUKSupport Hi. Please check ref. 30169282. I was in live chat for over 3 hours and tried to call throughout the day but was cut off twice. Engineer agreed my service in my area is not good enough. I just want to end my contract free of charge as the service is not being provided. Thank you

    @RastaMou53 @zece7 @ThreeUK Well that's not a network issue, if you're losing signal so frequently that's your phone or the sim.

    @ThreeUK your network checker Web page is still showing as no faults even though my sms messages are not working and your operator said there was an ongoing problem.

    @ThreeUKSupport No outcome, as the call was disconnected. I tried to get on live chat but that wasn't working then text received later said to ring back if problem not resolved. After 3 calls cutting off my patience had run out.

    @ThreeUK no Internet in LS14 6JL, cant even ping 8.8.8.8. Tried rebooting router, tried everything really, definitely some network issue going on, great way to spend a Saturday 😑 got 5g signal but no connectivity. your 5g is very unreliable guys, had issues before...
