    @ThreeUKSupport getting really terrible 4g speeds of 0.4 MBPS all this week.. compared to two weeks ago was getting 20MBPS+ , what is going on? CF5 area. I am unable to work from home using my iPhone 12's connection.

    @ThreeUKSupport I‘ve been having issues with indoor signal. Spoke with 2 different agents & asked me to switch off & switch on my phone. One also asked me to reset the network settings & will hold on as if d phone will not reboot! I’m fed up with this service & will have to move

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Why have a lot of us had our phone numbers being called by random people saying we called them in the outage yesterday? Isn’t this a data breach?
