@ThreeUKSupport Its every where I go I will have 4g or 5g signal but data only works from time to time. The next step for me will be trading standards as thee are not supplying the service that I am paying for

@ThreeUKSupport I had it confirmed to me more than once that yes, I was fully cancelled. So please stop this harassment. how can you charge me and threaten me with cancellation fees when i dont have a contract with you anymore?! I will never ever use three again.

@ThreeUKSupport thats the only email i have r any form of document. As you can see it says my contract ended on the 5/11/21. AS you can also see I wasn't even using the service. It took so many phone calls to actually say yes im cancelling. plus why am i now being told its 13 pounds not 17?

Hello @ThreeUK Recently upgraded home broadband and my first month payment is £87.13 on a £14 contract, which was never mentioned when I called to discuss an upgrade. Your online help isn't working either. Why am I being charged >£87 for 1 month broadband?
