    @ThreeUKSupport The issue is twofold. One, have to use cash (I’m ok with that but others might not be in the pandemic). Two, when purchasing online/app no receipt is given, and I need a receipt.

    The service provided by @ThreeUK is absolutely appalling. I bought a phone over 5 weeks ago and they STILL haven't changed my number over. In an attempt to rectify this I have been in store twice, on chat app twice and filed a complaint and they STILL haven't fixed it. Disgrace
