    @ThreeUK There are six of us in my household- five of us on three. The one person NOT on three received the alert, the other five of us did not get a thing, and we were all in different places at the time so not a signal issue.

    @ThreeUK Absolutely disgusting service you provide, i am with 3 and was prepared for my phone to go off but nothing, no message no alarm. Bad enough having to pay the expensive bills monthly but for this to not happen has made me decide to leave your network. Shame on you
