    @ThreeUKSupport I've spoken to dozens of advisors, since February, who start over from scratch & or they just hang up. I was told today they can't resolve. I asked to be released from my contract but they will charge me £305! I've been paying monthly for a phone which doesn't work.

    U failed to provide a service on my account for at least 4 mths, I've missed phone calls inc from the hosp asking for consent to operate on my Dad causing a delay in surgery. Undue stress during a bereavement, & yet refuse to release me from my contract. Shame on you @ThreeUK

    @ThreeUKSupport I also had Covid quite seriously and kept missing the calls from the medics who were trying to help me at home over the phone. The list is long.
