    @ThreeUKSupport Through yourselfs as you provided me with a faulty handset day one Samsung forums where saying about software issues being fixed fixing the overheating which it didn't and I'm not paying three over £1300 for a refurb phone at no more than 2 months old when three provided me -

    @ThreeUKSupport The reason why the fault wasn't reported to three intially as like I stated I had read forums upon forums on Samsung's own website referencing overheating issues on the s21 ultra being caused through software my point three is you provided me with this dangerous faulty phone

    @ThreeUKSupport It is 3 months since I call to cancel my contract, equipment was returned the next day and yet 3months I I am still chasing a refund.. I am escalating to @Ofcom

    @ThreeUKSupport Can you please advise how am I supposed to end my contract? I have not used the phone in years and your debt collection agency keeps chasing me. I cancelled the direct debits and told them to tell you to cancel the contract. Many phone calls, live chats, come on 3

    @ThreeUK i'm feeling very dissapointed as a new customer i got a contract with you for a s21U from the day i received the phone it was overheating! after thorough checks on samsungs website the overheating was "referenced as a software issue" only it wasn't it got worse

    @ThreeUKSupport I've had tests ran in my area and told its work being done and it'll be fixed. I wait and nothing gets resolved. I keep being passed from pillar to post with no resolution and it's frustrating as I've been a happy three customer for a while. This is disheartening Shall I inbox?
