@ThreeUK Why are three network increasing the 321 plan by a whopping 300% For payg

  • mikeyprescott Mike Prescott (@mikeyprescott) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Can't upgrade now as when I click to upgrade it shows the original phone I picked and that contract starts on 27th Jan. Been on the chat to help but keep going through same questions over and over again. Would like more assistance please.

  • ashpole ashpole (@ashpole) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@jamesthomson @ThreeUK I’ve been with them for years, because of the USA roaming but not much prospect of being over there anytime soon. If network coverage is an issue and Three is good, ID Mobile and Smarty have some good deals. I need Wi-Fi Calling too.

  • PDL290 Philip de Lisle (@PDL290) reported

Hey @ThreeUKSupport I'm trying to register for My3 but whatever email address I try I get this error: "Whoops, something went wrong. Please try again. MY3-CHANGE-EMAIL-RESPONSE-ERROR" I need WiFi calling via the app as I'm in a bad reception area.

  • privatecheal Baz (@privatecheal) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Ringing up to cancel and you don’t cancel my sim only and i get charged £29. Then ringing up to recancel my account and they cancel my other number that I have with you. Spent hours trying to sort something so simple. Lost a customer 👍🏽

  • FabFood4All Camilla (@FabFood4All) reported

Disgusted with the Pay as you Go Price hike from @ThreeUK from 2p a minute to 10p a minute. Whole family will be moving to another provider, probably overdue as signal in our house is dire.

  • digitalfx_ Doug (@digitalfx_) reported

@jamesthomson @ThreeUK PAYG has been broken since they started doing monthly pricing where £x gives you a data allowance, minutes etc to use before you actually pay as you go.

  • ColinGreene3 Colin Greene (@ColinGreene3) reported

My much loved @ThreeUK PAYG mobile upped '1,2 3 banner charges', to 5,10,10pence. Quite a hike guys! I think '3' has made mistake by joining the others. Also contract calls over UK inclusive/non inclusive num' are likely to cost more - back to the bad old days of mobile crooks.

  • cymboi MH 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🏳️‍🌈🇪🇺 #yescymru (@cymboi) reported from Victoria, Wales

@ThreeUKSupport I raised a complaint, they asked to close it as it was dealt with, passed me on to another agent to finalise it and bang, back to square one as the issue wasn’t solved. Called again, the agent couldn’t see that the complaint and disconnected the call. I’m a long standing customer

  • krzyzanowskim Marcin K (@krzyzanowskim) reported

@jamesthomson @ThreeUK terrible! In PL I think pay as you go, in general is cheaper than contract.
