@ThreeUKSupport Sorry Jen, I was raging after a call with your call centre and a process that is so clunky and not customer focussed and 8 have felt that I have been duped, but I have now settled my self and realise it's only me that will be effected by the frustration I have felt.

@ThreeUKSupport So at the start I was going on a passive aggressive rage, but I have settled to move all my accounts I can to another provider and as soon as I can cancel my current contract. But thank you for getting back to me.
