    @ThreeUKSupport I've got rid of my previous phone, but as I've said we have these problems with every contract, if there was an emergency with my mum and my sister couldn't hear me or vice versa, how is that fair?

    @ThreeUKSupport We were having these issues before hence why you sent me out this new sim and in the last few weeks it's been happening all the time. Tracey got a new sim when we upgraded earlier this year and has not had a problem until the last few weeks and it was fine up until the last few

    @ThreeUK when will the fault affecting network in my area be repaired? Now on day 13 of intermittent loss of voice calls, not helpful when trying to contact GP or Home emergency callout.
