    Hi @AppleSupport. My wife has an old 5s running iOS 12.5.5. As of Friday evening here in Belfast the phone appears to not support calls or SMS. I’ve been in touch with @ThreeUKSupport and confirmed it’s not a network issue. Any reasons basic call/text capability dropped. Thanks

    @ThreeUKSupport Are you having issues in the KT16 area? My 4G has been playing up for a couple days now, my bill is paid? Never had this issue before. I have to keep using Wi-Fi.

    @ThreeUK In November when my 12-month contract expired and I engaged with customer support you managed to persuade me to remain as PAYG. Turns out, you've taken money from my bank account and I'm still on PAYM. Do you think you can rectify or should I start a chargeback?

    Really can’t knock @ThreeUK customer service but I joined the service provider due to there incredible roaming offers, which at the time were unprecedented. I therefore requested to leave this morning and they are reconsidering there roaming stance. I have therefore signed (1/2)
