    @ThreeUK I've been without service for 4 days. Every day since my service stopped, I've contacted support, and each time I've been told to "wait 7 days." If I'm being told that every single day, when exactly are those 7 days supposed to be up?

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport this service is becoming worse, have just arrived in weybourne Norfolk and it's dead. Have to drive over half hr in any direction to get scraps of signal. Having to rely on free WiFi just to let family know we're alive! What is going on?! #three

    @ThreeUK WTH is this new system on 3+? If you save a Caffè Nero code, you now have to claim it within an hour? What?! We save these codes so we can use them when it’s convenient for us NOT within a 1hr window. Fix it! #threeplus #threenetwork #three
