@ThreeUKSupport Hi, is there any news on when service will be restored to Bath area? I’ve not been able to send messages, call or use internet/WiFi for 3 days. Postcode checker says there’s work being done on masts. I live alone and need to be able to communicate.

@ThreeUK is there anyone there that can actually help me? Upgraded one of my three mobiles, delivery date of yesterday. Stayed in all day and it didn’t arrived. Contacted your call centre 6 times!! Different story every time and have now been told my upgrade is cancelled?!

When you are on hold for so long and the messaging service has a 2 hour wait I am wondering if @ThreeUK can sort me a deal in the time @EE take to answer their phone. iphone 13 Free phone Plenty of data Around £50 a month (EE cheapest is £61) 👍🏻 Been on hold 30 mins so far 🤦🏻
