  Joined @giffgaff on 1st November , it’s now 19th November and still don’t have a signal , most days it’s non existent, wish I had stayed with @ThreeUK now , giff gaff tells me a mast is broken but it seems like it’s going to never be fixed as it’s been broken since I joined

  @ThreeUK is it usual for your customer complaints team to take 4 days to reply to an email? Is that what constitutes good service? Is a zoom meeting required to come to a decision?! If so I hope you’re not using Three for the date provider given your woeful service! @Ofcom

  @ThreeUK hey guys my wife recently bought a 3 phone and it is almost unusable in the London area. There is never any signal, and you cant even get WhatsApp messages through let alone the Internet. However your website says good service. Whats going on?

  @phlakey5 @ThreeUK @SamsungHelpUK Loool they scammed me, sold me 2 S21 ultras for £750 then cancelled the order and asked me to pay an extra £200. Asked how to make a formal complaint and now I just get ignored 😳 good luck to you getting a repair

  @ThreeUKSupport There isn’t a day goes by without a problem. It is fine, not great, most of the time, but drops off and comes back regularly. I did not manage a chat! Why does it work - then not work! I’m keeping a log from Monday!

  @ThreeUK on a train from Edinburgh to Wigan. Your signal is absolutely appalling especially around Edinburgh..the kids are on @tescomobile and it's kicking your backside. Will be rethinking when my contracts up next month.
