  @ThreeUKSupport Hi Scott, postcode is BD6 2LE and device is Huawei H312-371. I know you are going to tell me my post code doesn’t yet have 5g coverage but I have been using Three 5g with no issues since August 2020 (until 4pm yesterday!)

  @ThreeUKSupport Your pwd reset is broken, so I can't access my acc to change pcode. LiveChat won't change it because I can only give the last 3 addrs I lived at, unsure of the exact one on the acc. Your customer service is consistently terrible, it's easier to just cancel!

  @ThreeUK Instead of F**king about sponsoring all kinds of stuff, why not concentrate on getting the network working properly. I can only get 4G on a good day and I'm 25 miles from the middle of London. Yet you want to sell 5G. After being a customer for 6 years I give up. Enough is enough
