    @ThreeUKSupport The query where I was told to contact 333 was regarding the app not working and letting me order - the price, I was told "it's a mistake and would be rectified" (which took a few days to change but I was happy to pay the higher price (£32 a month instead of £30) (cont)

    @ThreeUK awful customer service trying to set-up with three broadband, had to cancel contract. Very disappointed rep's did not know anything about @UswitchUK

    @Socks8818 @ThreeUK It doesn't appear to be a network issue if the data is working on the phone. I'd recommend forgetting the network and then try connecting back. Or if possible, try using SIM in different phone to see if it works. Hugh

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes I've tried that, it's not just myself that's having problems with 3 everyone at my workplace is having the same problem. Showing 2 or 3 bars of 4g but nothing is loading or streaming.

    @ThreeUK aaaaand your Internet, which is raising in price for me this April is down for no good reason AGAIN. Frankly, moving to someone else like BT or TalkTalk is looking very, VERY tempting right now.

    @ThreeUKSupport the telephone signal has been shocking since getting my new phone samsung s21 , west of scotland area , please dont ask postcode as i travel around that whole area , and as its a 'mobile' surely a decent telephone signal is a must , just really poor service from 3
