@SkyNews @ThreeUK I've been a customer of yours since at least 2007 and I just feel like this is another push to leave.

  • leathemsaan1892 Andrew Leathem (@leathemsaan1892) reported

@Wawawiwa15 @davfos @ThreeUK They shouldn't necessarily but they should be embarrassed to have gone back on what they previously said in relation to the issue

  • SheeMeeHeer She. Me. Her. (@SheeMeeHeer) reported

@ThreeUK Hi. So to clarify, as a customer who has been with you since your early days ( 2004), my Go Roam plan will not change? Please confirm. Cc @ThreeUKSupport

  • ojcorbs OJ Corbishley (@ojcorbs) reported

@ThreeUKSupport @cupplement "The new charge ensures that customers are clear on what they will pay when using their phone in another country and only those who roam will pay for the service." - This is just nonsense then isn't it?

  • AmyJaneBrewer Amy Jane Brewer (@AmyJaneBrewer) reported

@ThreeUK getting rid of Go Roam and their signal is crap for all inside buildings? Yeh goodbye, looking for an new operator 👋

  • mvonschantz Malcolm von Schantz (@mvonschantz) reported

And by bringing their tariffs to the same level as their competitors, @ThreeUK is about to abruptly discover what it was it was that attracted their customers (hint: it was not the customer service).

  • karderby Keith Robertson (@karderby) reported

@melhowling @ThreeUK Will you stop trying to force rolling monthly users to take out a new contract? And treat us fairly?

  • Joeyboogey BigRomCFC (@Joeyboogey) reported

@ThreeUK this is actually a stupid move. This will only effect people who accidentally use their phone abroad, must people will just revert back to buying a local EU sim thus three losing money.

  • psmorrison Paul Morrison (@psmorrison) reported from Stansted Mountfitchet, England

@RinaLeia2012 @ThreeUK It’s really poor treatment of loyal customers, particularly as they only said in January they had no plans to do this 😢
