@ThreeUKSupport I upgraded my SIM only contract on 01-08-2022 to 24mth SIM only contract for £9 per month which included a discount for being a loyal customer. Why am I still being charged £16.66 on a 1mth rolling contract?

@ThreeUKSupport This problem isn’t just where i live i have basically very low to no coverage in the most of south west london this includes kingston richmond surbiton i have an iphone xr and my postcode is KT6 4NG and i have no coverage at all in my home

Just rejoined @ThreeUK after 11 years with @EE. £21/ month cheaper for faster service (550mbps v 110) but also cheap @_CaffeNero_ ? If something is too good to be true it usually is, I think Three may be the exception.

@ThreeUKSupport Well, I paid for an extended warranty and Three are in breach of contract, so you could try helping with that. Another week has gone by and I’m waiting. Have Three actually recorded this as a complaint yet, or is that something else Three haven’t bothered to do?
