    With the help of the friendly staff at @tescomobile, wife finally got shot of @ThreeUK for her iPad. 3 would not supply a PAC code until she told them why she was leaving. She replied with one word: "Ombudsman". Instant result.

    @dcracy3 @ThreeUK @O2 It’s funny bc it’s the opposite in Blackpool with O2 and Three. But if I go anywhere else, I get crap signal with Three.

    @ThreeUKSupport Ever since you started rolling out 5G my 4G connectivity has been getting worse. I know it's not the phone, as I'm testing another network's SIM and so far it's consistently better. Your support wasn't much help, as they didn't seem able to type coherently.
