    @ThreeUK @Google How? I joined 3 a while ago. WiFi is very bad router is aways red i can't download apps that i need and apps i do have i can not use because i don't have a WiFi connection. And my phone signal is also bad .I can't call the Dr or hospital please help me

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, I spoke to several people, we changed the PIN several times, reset the phone and even the whole settings of my voicemail but it is still not working, even though the last person was totally sure that this would work. It is very strange, but I need more help

    @ThreeUKSupport You went down for exactly 60mins last night at 11pm. And then 60mins again today at 00:34 and 05:47. Maybe we should only pay for the time you're actually providing a service.

    @ThreeUKSupport very poor and intermittent signal in CT2 over past few days. Suddenly dropped from 5 bars to 2 at best. When will this be fixed? Have restarted Huawei B535 multiple times - makes no difference.

    @ThreeUKSupport @alxdxn What was the internet “issue” that has now ( fingers crossed) been resolved? ( its what you’ve said the past 3 days ) Surely by bus you should know ? Perhaps if the network status page were accurate your life would be quieter and you’ve gave to guess less ?

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks, Laura. I have restarted the router, but as I say the problem seems bigger than that. It's been going down at unpredictable times, often for an hour or more, for four days now. Are Three aware of what the issue is? Clearly a lot of people are experiencing problems.
