    @ThreeUKSupport Is there an issue with website? Keep getting a "We're having some problems" message when I login. Then I get a text with a security code, but nowhere to enter it and no idea what it's for. Did a live chat, and was told to reset my password which hasn't helped

    I received the funniest joke ever from @ThreeUK yesterday. They sent a text about their 5g "ultra-fast" network. Hahaha! You ***** can't even offer decent 4g. I'll be freezing the standing order tonight. Breech of contract but I'm not getting the service. Sue me.

    @ThreeUK can't access my account without the number, to get the number I need to input my email address, every time I do that it says 'technical issues'. Do you have a number I can call without again, needing the number?

    @ThreeUKSupport Again, I can't because I don't have the number for that phone. I was not aware that I had to cancel a month long contract as it was a contract for a month only.

    @ThreeUKSupport @FletcherSid if he is experiencing the same as me, "It's us not you" then you get the 2fa text, then a feedback text yet after all of this you can't login. I'm ready to leave now, consistent call drops, terrible service and broken customer account apps (my three app doesn't work)
