    @ThreeUK so glad to be leaving after 20+yrs unbroken loyalty. Rude CS agents & yesterday after excercising my right to terminate my contract & take my number with me. I start the online chat at 07:23 & it ended at 08:30! You wouldn't think that a simple request would t8 so

    Holy cow, @ThreeUK Business side of things is a total shambles. I was hoping things would be easier as a business customer, but so far it's taken me three days, multiple emails, and currently an hour on the phone to get set up 1/2

    @ThreeUKSupport Tried that multiple times. Seems if I go into airplane mode then reconnect it send me a message. So each time I connect to the Three network I get a notification (not a text message which usually get).

    @ThreeUKSupport Not a lot of options left for me as customer complaints didnt bother reading notes before contacting me and avoided answering my questions - so after 14 yrs of being a Three customer I feel let down and kicked to side and ignored! #poorcustomerservice
