    @ThreeUK I bought a wireless router in July or august. It never really worked. I haven’t used it since and have never managed to log in to my account.. I get errors.payments are still being taken but I can’t access to stop them

    @ThreeUKSupport My service is down YET AGAIN. I’ve upgraded my hub at my own cost with assurances it will provide a better service, nope. With my wife working from home she hotspots off of her phone... props to @ee for saving the day!

    @ThreeUK how can you deceive people I’ve closed my contract 7 months ago and your still charging me. And when I speak to the customer service everyone surprised. If I don’t get my money I will sue the company trust and believe!!!!!

    Hello @ThreeUK ! A week or so, my Three Broadband was down to 2/3G as a cell tower was being upgraded (BA13 3JR). Before that I had 30+ Mpbs, and this morning it's 10-13 Mbps, and "UPLOAD TEST ERROR". (so, unable to upload) Time for me to check out other 4G broadband providers?
