Really can’t knock @ThreeUK customer service but I joined the service provider due to there incredible roaming offers, which at the time were unprecedented. I therefore requested to leave this morning and they are reconsidering there roaming stance. I have therefore signed (1/2)

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve contacted numerous times and I’m more than happy to talk about my experience. I’ve been with three for two months and the complaint to OFCOM is specifically about your phone advisers the coercive tactics to keep customers, and misleading service needed reporting.

Hi @AppleSupport. My wife has an old 5s running iOS 12.5.5. As of Friday evening here in Belfast the phone appears to not support calls or SMS. I’ve been in touch with @ThreeUKSupport and confirmed it’s not a network issue. Any reasons basic call/text capability dropped. Thanks

@ThreeUKSupport I've been a loyal customer for 5 years, yet I get no waived contract fee and O2 offer a deal that's £3 a month cheaper with 100x the data on the new S21 FE. What's the point in being loyal to Three if you're gonna rip me off.
