.@ThreeUK your latency in connecting a call is absolutely unacceptable. It can take up to like 10 seconds when other providers take instantly and it isn't even a conjested area. Please fix this because it is becoming incredibly inconvenient. 1/2

@ThreeUKSupport so- not only is the issue NOT getting resolved till tomorrow (and I wouldn't be given a time when it would be) - which would be full 72 hrs after the request, @ThreeUK feels £10 credit would be a fair compensation for all the hassle and impact on 1day's work (read income)! #WOW!
