    The shop did not have the tools and the shop assistant pushed the SIM inside even further @ThreeUK and said I could ring customer services to be sent a new device

    @ThreeUKSupport They last advised that they couldn't help in refunding the money that was continually charged after the account was cancelled. So we have to wait and have another phone call with another person and waste even more of our time on an account that was cancelled months ago.

    Currently paying £50 a month for an iPhone 12 and now just been given an iPhone 14 at £44 a month! Hats off to @ThreeUK for your quality service; you have made my morning!

    I honestly regret moving from EE to @ThreeUK the data is ridiculously slow, never have connection half the time 😠

    Absolute day ruined. Waste of time going to the store, and she actually made it worse by pushing it in further. The telephone customer services team insisted the local store would have the tools to help but that isn’t the case @ThreeUK

    @O2 why is your Internet on and off more than @KatiePrice knickers ?? Can't get a decent signal in any CT postcode imfact it's worse than @ThreeUK and I didn't think that was possible

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK Auto chat cuts me off. Phone options lead back to the chat. It’s ridiculous! Please can I have a call back or I’ll cancel the contract & go elsewhere.
