    @ThreeUKSupport Yep. Same postcode. I think you know what’s going on, your network is not fit for purpose. There’s nothing wrong with my device or my settings so please don’t insult me going through all that garbage. Just sort it out or I’m off.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi,can u help as no joy from live chat or phone. My simo deal should be £7 p/m,but charged £8 last ,new bill is now £10!! Been promised it's sorted but apparently my discounts have not been applied correctly,added on as a charged instead!! Any help appreciated.

    @ThreeUK just got my Smarty SIM, which arrived really quick thanks. However, I suspect the nmber has been used before by scammers, as Google will not accept the number as verification! Anyone else had this problem? SIM & Phone useless without this! #FeelingConned

    @ThreeUK do your staff ever do what they say they are going to do? Over charged, advisor said they would rectify but the higher amount has still come out of my account. Baring in mind I asked the advisor numerous times if this issue was resolved 😡

    @ThreeUKSupport The sshot shows 17 min, by this point the op was still putting me on hold! 4th time!! He then transferred me to customer services who did it! Why on earth would i also want to listen to sales ideas maybe suitable for friends either? #three #pressureselling

    This outage is killing us. We can't make or receive calls and our mobile broadband is down. We are dead in the water and your saying it could be fixed by the 21st. Seriously ? Our customers need to be able to reach us. Will we be compensated for this ? @ThreeUKSupport
