@IngerdhI @XAPBob @ThreeUK I cancelled contract. They kept taking money after the end of the notice period & didn't respond to concern. So I used Direct Debit guarantee. They started chasing the "debt" twice daily but neither chasers nor India based help desk had authority to fix the mess. Nightmare. 1/2

@ThreeUK Is this the same "3" that cancelled my unlimited Data contract with free roaming in USA, Oz, NZ etc? The same "3" that said no roaming charges and then did exactly that. That's no way to repay a loyal customer who has now taken his phone and 4 family phones elsewhere, SHAMEFUL
