  I was so happy with @ThreeUK until I enquired abt Roaming to the USA & Canada. £5 a day! You can’t buy a roaming add on to your account, flat fee! BUT to inconvenience the customer even more you can buy a PAYG sim with no roaming fee’s?! Makes so sense? @EE have a great bolt on!

  @ThreeUKSupport you just say this and do nothing. Just like your call centre. I sent more docs and I am told someone will call, they never do. I am the crime victim and you just must delete the contract on my name I never did and delete all data and confirm. But you choose to keep me in agony

  @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I’m in Turkey and I’m having trouble accessing the data passport. Is there an issue with it ? Currently on wood but I don’t want to incur charges when I leave the hotel. Thanks.

  @ThreeUK I’ll repeat again as the advisor was really struggling to grasp this. The phone is BROKEN. I can’t access call history, texts, calls or ANYTHING.

  @ThreeUKSupport Not sure what is going on but 5g has been terrible recently to the point of being slower than dial up!! and Today I have been with network since early this morning...its not good enough
