@TechFirth @ThreeUK No, the best thing I can do is leave them. I don't want to be the customer of a company that lies so blatantly

Really disappointing news from @ThreeUK today. Free roaming was a real selling point - I transferred to you from another carrier when my contract came up for this reason. Bad U-turn 👎🏻

@ThreeUKSupport So you’ve been selling your service on the basis of no roaming charges and now you are reintroducing them? Absolutely terrible decision; it is the only reason all of our handsets are with you and you now want an extra £45 a month when we’re abroad. Get lost.

@ThreeUK How about keeping free roaming? That’s some of the bits in between. While we’re at it, how about visual voicemail? Still never been implemented. Will be leaving Three when contract is up.

ooohhh @ThreeUK what a terrible decision to stop roaming. The only reason I stuck with you, because the coverage in London is dreadful. Glad I only have a monthly contract and will look for someone better. The ONLY reason!

Pretty poor to hear that @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport is starting to charge for roaming from next year, although in normal times I only manage a week or 2 a year having roaming included was nice to have but if they are dropping it the incentive to stay has now gone. #roamingcharges

@antoniosteve @ThreeUK Problem is within a short space of time they will all have roaming charges. Where u go then? Off the grid?

@ThreeUK what a foolish move to end the free roaming. Most of your customers are using Three only due to the free roaming policy, they'll all leave you now. They'll opt to go with different providers which have far better network and prices.

@ThreeUK the Introduction or roaming charges, £2 a day in Europe, £5 elsewhere, is such a poor money grabbing decision. Suffice to say my current contract will be my last with your network.

Disappointed that @ThreeUK have decided to scrap their 'go roam' policy. The convenience of being able to use your phone in Europe without any worries/charges offset the constant poor service I received.
