    @ThreeUKSupport I've been with this 3 network for nearly 10 years but I'm done with you. The signal where I used to live was pretty bad, now it's appalling. I can get what you're offering at half price nowadays, I don't know why I've stayed so long, my bad.

    @ThreeUKSupport I and a friend (who is stuck as his home & mobile connections are both on Three!!) can’t access anything other than WhatsApp & Facebook on mobile data. Websites, signal, all knackered. What’s on the happen?

    @ThreeUKSupport @Rach_Orchard I have no way of seeing her DM's but I guarantee this is what you'll say.. "We're currently having mast problems in your area". I once gave you a fake postcode and you said that. Enough for me, 3 UK is getting left behind by companies that offer better deals & better coverage

    @ThreeUKSupport weird fault earlier during a local power cut, some apps could connect (WhatsApp, Facebook) browsing failed with (probably spurious) DNS lookup errors. Forced 3G mode and everything worked. I'm thinking some 4G kit at the local cell tower might not be on UPS?
