Been with @EE (Orange) since I was 13/14. Couldn’t offer me the same deal they were giving new customers two years ago so made me change my number when I signed up as a “new”customer. Now they can’t beat a sim only deal so Goodbye #noloyalty hello @ThreeUK

.@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK Awful internet in EH64HN again. Can you please increase the bandwidth on the local mast as it's obviously not got enough for the amount of people on it at peak times. I have to use my connection for work and right now it's next to unusable.

@ThreeUK almost 20 years as a customer and due to upgrade but cannot match nevermind beat a @virginmedia deal. Pretty poor i'd say.

Had rubbish service from @ThreeUK over the past 10 years. Was on their app at the ‘thinking about leaving’ part which said (I paraphrase) ‘let’s find a deal to keep you as a customer’ 1 hour of online chat later they offer me a ‘deal’ that saves me a total of £1 over 2 years.

@ThreeUKSupport I asked you a few days ago, is there any reason our our echo dot won‘t connect to your Huawei B535 router? We have one already connected but it the second keeps saying there’s wifi problems even though our other devices connect/work fine
