2 hours sitting on the phone to @ThreeUK rubbish customer services ! Ordered a phone 4 weeks ago now there telling me I didn’t load of old rubbish once all my contracts are up they are getting left behind,the most dreadful customer service experience ever 💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩

@ThreeUKSupport It's Lola. I have 2 different sim cards from you. I use one of them in a dongle to have internet for my job. Every day after 6pmish, it's so slow it doesn't work at all. I cannot load any website at all, let alone do my job!

@ThreeUKSupport No I didn’t get any. 3 Customer service confirmed that the phone is out for delivery today and I should receive it before 6pm. DPD confirmed they have nothing on their system for me today. I didn’r receive any tracking number either. What is going on please? I need my phone!
