    @ThreeUK bloody awful customer service from Three. I have an account in my name but phone is used by my daughter. I have given consent for them to ALWAYS speak to my daughter regarding account SIX times (4 this morning)....and STILL they keep asking for my permission....

    @ThreeUK The **** network ever its been almost 2 years now i had a fraud activity i report it to three and they said they will sort it out. Instead of doing that they defaulted me that impacts my credit scores. i went to their store and only thing they told me they cant do anything.

    I think next time I’m arranging an upgrade of my mobile phone contract before I commit to a new one with @ThreeUK I will check which courier company they’re using for the delivery. If it’s @dpduk_ I will probably look elsewhere after the issues the last 2 times.

    @ThreeUK every time I try to make a call my signal cuts out. This has been going on for week. I live in SE13. I cannot ring you to complain! Please sort it out!

    @threeuk your service does not actually function; I’m abroad, have used my fair usage, increased my spend cap, bought a roaming pass but it’s not working. I’ve called but can’t speak to anyone and you don’t have the option to deal with my request on the ‘call’.

    @SMARTYMobileUK @ThreeUK Yet I’ve been told that it down to a mast down and being on masts further away as there is no sign of repair this is over 3 years
