    I recently left @ThreeUK 's broadband "service" and they've sent me a "leaver's survey". The survey won't load. This couldn't be a more appropriate situation, given my experiences with them to date.

    @ThreeUKSupport I left an end-of-contract survey review with some complaints. Seriously, the service was awful - I know my voice is high, but one staff member refused to believe I was the account holder for my own contract.

    Three days with no signal on @VodafoneUK in SW19! It’s quite rich of #Vodafone to advertise wifi calling as one of it’s own features while I have been reliant on @ThreeUK 5G broadband to relay calls and data due to this. I guess I need to fully move to a more reliable provider.

    @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK It’s more a case of #Vodafone struggling to fix a fault and provide reliable service. I have alternatives in place to deal with potential bad service. Will DM.

    @ThreeUKSupport ordered my phone last month. Endlessly promised it will arrive tomorrow then get told actually not until the 20th not good enough!!! I was told I need to cancel my upgrade and re-upgrade so I can collect from a store tomorrow is this right????

    @ThreeUKSupport I have tried what you said and I suggest you get your so called engineers back on the job. My internet is just as bad if not worse than before, I am having to use cellular data most of the time and that is also crap. I’m paying for a service that I am NOT GETTING.
