    We got a free 4k TV for getting broadband with @ThreeUK a few months back, what they failed to mention in the advert is that the connection is so so so poor we'll never actually see what 4k TV looks like.

    @ThreeUKSupport please can you confirm that there will be poor 4g coverage in the NW11 area due to upgrade work until July! This is what one of your agents told me on the phone and means I now have a useless mobile broadband and phone contract!

    Thanks @ThreeUK last Aug/Sep you announced as@long has you remained on your existing deal roaming would remain. We thought that was a kind gesture for years of custom. So to get around it you cancel them all using minimums term rules when I was not on a contract. #timetoleave

    @ThreeUKSupport I spoke to some on here,then live chat,then 2nd line tech,called me told me issue with home broadband down to work on a mast( my 3 mobile is fine no issues at all) and I would have updates but it should be sorted soon that was last Sunday, still waiting,
