    Horrible telephone service when calling @ThreeUK was passed to 3 different people all of which couldn't speak or understand English. All I wanted to do was upgrade my contract. Also when automated system asks for details, you shouldn't be asked for them again when you get through

    @ThreeUKSupport My number was stolen, I was a victim of Fraud and after 7 months of being charged for something I cannot use, ignored and pushed about, hung up on, not called back. I was brushed aside. Absolutely Abysmal service

    @ThreeUKSupport We’ve had awful phone signal at home for over 2 months now. Every time I ask 3, I’m told an engineer is on a nearby mast and the problem will be fixed that day/tomorrow/2 days time. This has been ongoing for months. I literally can’t make a phone call. Help?!

    @burtoffalous @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport Don’t consider it. Just do it. Three have been dire for 18 months with non existent coverage in many places of the uk and impossible to get hold of useful customer services.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hey, it's not arrived yet no. Order was only placed on Thursday, I'm just worried about losing phone service on Tuesday when the number is swapped over if my sim hasn't arrived..
