  @AlStewartOBE @ThreeUK @02 I was with o2 business for years with no service because of a local bridge being built and their mast being damaged. (They told me). Still would not cancel my contract. I had to pay £1000 over 2 years with no phone in business hours. Terrible service. You made the right choice.

  @ThreeUKSupport Still no support. 5 days ago it was escalated to a manager to get the cancelation approved. Nothing since. 2 months without a network. Technical support have given up. How do i get help from Three and escalate this to someone who can actually help a customer

  @ThreeUK your network in Penzance is terrible and has been for months. Drops both calls and data constantly. I couldn't even send this tweet until I'd left the area it's that bad. Is this a known issue you are working to fix?

  @ThreeUKSupport No 2 additional sims, only tried 1 so far I can call out in it but not text or receive calls and texts. And can't register as it alway goes to existing account login details whether on app, Google chrome or Microsoft Edge.
