@ThreeUK on the phone for two days with your customer service and I can’t use your new 3+app and they don’t know how to sort this out! Maybe install an app that works next time? Just a suggestion!

@ThreeUKSupport Also you might want to look at training too as the person I spoke to didn't seem confident enough dealing with the PAYG issue I have, if it was Pay Monthly they be fine but as it was PAYG they were struggling.

Been with @giffgaff nearly a month and still no signal and they still haven’t fixed the mast , would have stayed with @ThreeUK hope they are going to compensate for this dreadful service

@ThreeUKSupport @JaszerP …hundreds of technically competent users who have spent hours troubleshooting this device. The upshot is that it is not fit for purpose. My experience is that it runs at 0.5 mbps to 7 mbps at best. 3 technical support are clueless. After 15 years with 3, I ready to leave.

@ThreeUKSupport @JaszerP Hey Jaszer…you are amongst a growing band of dissatisfied 3 customers experiencing slow or non existent internet speeds. If you are connecting via a Huawei 4G hub, then forget it. This device is obviously incompatible with the 3 network. A quick search of forums reveal ….

@PedroClarke1 @ThreeUK Three are rolling the dice big time, no plans include free roaming going forward, that’s the main reason 50% of their customer base stayed with them. With the cost of rolling out this 5g their prices Will inevitably go up

@ThreeUKSupport Tried power off/on just now, and I get 9 down 2 up. Also tried on my phone (also on 3) with wifi off, and get very similar speeds. If it helps, I used to get these speeds if my router connected on band 20, but band 3 was always good. The router is locked to use band 3 now.
