@CarlosLongus @SimonMiller316 @ThreeUKSupport EE is fantastic. Their customer service is second to none. They are more expensive, but they put it back into the business. I was always happy to pay more just for the customer service .

@ThreeUKSupport Disappointed to find out that the outage is planned maintenance, with no notice and no service for a week (who knows? Three's not telling) presumably all those affected will still have to pay? ANY information would be helpful.

@ThreeUKSupport Both. Mobile signal keeps dropping out and NO connection at or near home. Barely getting 8mbps on the home broadband. Never thought I’d say this but thank goodness for @SkyUK

Absolutely disgusting customer services from @ThreeUK this past week. Son’s pay as you go sim has been blocked 3 times. Each time I’ve contacted & been promised reconnection within 24 hrs. Each time it’s taken longer. Unblock team doesn’t work weekends.
