    @ThreeUKSupport the problem with your 5G roll out seems to be extremely slow and cause of the ban on Huawei's network equipment. You guys don't have enough money like EE (BT), Vodafone and 02 do. Plus you guys keep taking on new people where the network is over subscribed slow.

    @ThreeUKSupport I know exactly what it is thank you. To be a trustworthy service provider you should require at least an outgoing text message to the offending service before charging obscene amounts for your customers for simply RECEIVING text messages.

    @cwt1985 @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK Yeah me too but to be fair, I think they've got a load more customers compared to a few years ago as the network used to be fine-ish but now its saturated in loads of places. EE are good they own 110mhz of spectrum. But in my area they're as good as three who are rubbish.

    @ThreeUKSupport Can you tell me if it is possible to add airpods onto an existing contract as an accessory? I have terrible anxiety around making phone calls and don't want to put myself through a call to find out it isnt even an option. Thanks.
