    @robj3d3 @ThreeUK worst thing, the same happened with my health insurance. I go to pay, suddenly dashboard says "no basic insurance". Literally didn't even get a msg about it. Surely this has to be illegal in some way

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I would like to add why since capping pay go data to 25mb/s that where as you started supporting rcs messaging on iPhone over the three network, currently when I send messages to people who have android phones and I have sent texts and rcs messaging was supported, it longer appears to be? Overall the pay go service isn’t too bad but three uk/ mobile did cause me no end of problems and you still didn’t investigate the so called issue of fraud that had been committed by someone attempting to take out an E sim contract in my name and account for which you inadvertently just cancelled my contract and phone line with no warning followed by weeks and months of deliberate hassle and no investigation… Bizarre!

    @ThreeUKSupport I need a customer service email address please. None of your live chat agents could help. I wasted my lunch hour being passed around like a $10 ****** at a stag party.

    @ThreeUK No advance notice of systems being down ALL WEEKEND, (can't even see an X post about it) so I'm now unable to purchase a Go Roam pass before I leave the UK on holiday. Not a happy Three customer.

    .@ThreeUK your customer support is horrible. Won’t let me cancel a broadband contract. I am now considering switching my mobile provider as well.

    @robj3d3 @ThreeUK Also, they cancel it if you’re inactive , so when you do get a physical sim and abroad, make sure to make some phone calls like once a month

    @robj3d3 @ThreeUK bro I had the EXACT same thing happen to me with my Swiss provider, I call em up and they tell me "we don't have you as a customer in the system"
