@ThreeUKSupport terrible live chat service. After being assured I’ve been given the best deal available. I’ve found a USwitch Three deal better on line, when asked to supply the link (doing your job) switching to web browsers to find link to copy across just kills the chat window

@ThreeUKSupport 2/2 Not a good look to cover up mistakes by reinventing facts. Took over 30 minutes as well for this message to be communicated to me. Phone returned @giffgaff welcomes a new customer. I usually find an apology & taking responsibility for my mistakes to be the best approach 👍🏻

@ThreeUK has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. So bad it went from what should have been an upgrade to me cancelling and moving to o2 now. Lies and broken promises galore. #DoOne

@THESPACEC0WB0Y @ThreeUK These Co's. Brilliant at ripping peoples hard earned money off them and would be quick to send the Bailiffs round if you didn't pay. Not so quick to give proper customer service.

@ThreeUKSupport I just tried again now (it’s the next day in the US) and I can now purchase. I just don’t understand why I have to make a payment when you can clearly debit me for it and I have unlimited spend cap? Spending 30 mins on chat to make a payment whilst in vacation is crap.

@ThreeUKSupport 1/2 That's absolutely not what happened. We were explicitly told I could collect on behalf of my wife. Store assistant manager and customer sales advisor confirmed this and witnessed by four people - fortunately my colleague was also in store at a different desk too
