    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport How does three sign contract with costumers living in an area that have an error connection. And it still not working. When I want to cancel, they said no. Because you pass your trying time. How can I try an Internet that its not working? Is this fair

    @ThreeUKSupport This is hilarious - your call centre staff just told me to go into branch to cancel as they can't cancel this over the phone? If branch can't cancel and the contact centre can't cancel, who can cancel this for me?

    @ThreeUK worst customer service. I’ve been a victim of fraud, 2 accounts setup in my name, not me, a month an a half later still not sorted & I’m still being charged.
