    . @O2 you can expect an uptick in customers leaving @ThreeUK today. I've been with them over 20 years and had enough. Appalling network connectivity in the last year and no compensation, just higher charges @ThreeUKSupport

    @iD_Mobile_UK not even been with you that long & this is the 2nd time you have had a sustained outage due to @ThreeUK do neither of you have redundent systems to cover this? Of course we wont get compensation unless its 24 hours, & "We are sorry" wont cut it, as good faith compensation is due!

    @ThreeUK Whole day of work without calls incoming or outgoing has affected my work today. Will want compensation for this outage

    @ThreeUK I've had to cancel my entire day because of you. I can't leave the house without my phone due to needing emergency contact and had to cancel my gym and cinema booking. Bills go up yet your service constantly goes down. I've also missed an important call. I'm sick of it!!

    @ThreeUK Absolutely ridiculous had to deal with a medical emergency and couldn't deal with it with these issues. I had to purchase extra to cover this. Disappointed
