@ThreeUK You people disgust me. I cancelled my mobile broadband with you in May and you were supposed to send me a bag to return the hub. You never did and you have charged me for ANOTHER 2 months even though it NEVER WORKED. You have now got a debt collector on me! You are scum!!!

@ThreeUKSupport Yes. But the issue was roaming. Every WhatsApp cost my daughter a small fortune and the data pack ran out in less than an hour. It cost me two data packs of £15 each before it worked due to the @ThreeUK App not working to sort it out. Very frustrating doing it remotely.

Tell ya what @ThreeUK have got to be up there with the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced a week of trying to sort an issue then to be laughed at down a phone joke of a company!!
