@ThreeUKSupport We have had no signal between 8:30 and 19:00 for 3 days this week in YO41 1QY. On the network checker I can see there is work on the mast again. Can you indicate when this will be fixed so that I can get a daytime signal.

@ThreeUK yet again i have no phone signal, was fixed for like 3 days and now it’s gone again. i’ve missed shifts at work as no one can get in contact by phone or text and have to go almost 5 miles away from my house to even get 1 bar!!

@ThreeUKSupport You've completely broken the terms of your contract. on the last web chat your operative promised to refund the money - and that I would get two months free line rental as compensation. Neither have happened. What the hell is going on - your reputation is in tatters. It's fraud.
