No internet at home. On the one hand, @BT can't just automatically process my monthly payments, even after three requests to do so. On the other hand, @ThreeUK's mobile network on my phone is a disgrace (thankfully changing provider in 2 days)

@ThreeUK Such a worst network ever met with. 1 year of togetherness and 4 time requested to improve my network, millions of times called but no best result. @ThreeUK literally saying I beg you guys improve my service. Can you believe tweeting you with taking hotspot from EE user. Shame!!!

@ThreeUKSupport This is the problem! No one can help me. They just keep telling me to send an attachment and I DO! And they say it never makes it to them. I have tried multiple emails + file types. I hav been doing this for 1.5 month,I just want @ThreeUK to stop taking my money out of contract!

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK can't register with new three+ app. As it's a new registration. Can login fine ok main app. Been told it's due to "security alert". Totally illogical app situation. How many customers affected?
