@ThreeUKSupport No it isn’t. I returned the old network phone to store so I just have the new phone and number provided by you. My husband is having the same problem too.

@ThreeUKSupport can someone tell me why my number hasn’t been transferred from another network yesterday? I spoke to someone at 10pm and was told it would be done by midnight. I’m now without a phone completely with important consultant appointments today.

@ThreeUK how are sim coded without a number finder codes. The network that pivots customers with insecurity. Recode your SIM cards with codes to enable customers find their mobile number and not app registry, apps are to pay bills and to find cost. Do better

@shellzenner @ThreeUK Never had a problem at all. Been in the city centre on Three for years. Multiple phones, different sims all fine.

@ThreeUKSupport another question - I gave the PAC from my previous network to Three and asked for an activation date of Feb 23. I still don't have my old number. Phone has been restarted twice - yesterday evening and this morning. I tried to resubmit, got an error message. What do I do?

@ThreeUKSupport Vodafone… I appear to have a signal but dialling my old number gets “Call Failed” new number is “Not recognised”. Been like this for hours
