@ThreeUKSupport I live in a major city and your website claims for some reason that there’s no coverage for 4G Homefi but that I could get the much less appealing 4G Mifi deals. Presumably this is an error as they’re both 4G. Help! I’m moving house and need movable supplier

@ThreeUKSupport Every other mobile network or ISP I’ve used inform their customers directly about upcoming maintenance, and updates on unplanned outages. It would be nice if you did the same. We’ve already migrated one phone away from you and have had to order a DSL line for backup broadband.

@ThreeUKSupport As I said I tried to do this and I was told I could not. As I said I was mis-sold the service by the company and it is your job to correct this. I must not be penalised.

@ThreeUKSupport You have completely lost what would have been a loyal customer, as previous 12 months I had very good service from you with my phone. After this experience I will never use you again.

phone. Not because it wasn’t in stock. No they just like to waste your time and make you wait around for a phone that is never going to come. When I say I have had it up to here with @ThreeUK and I can’t wait to never ever have to deal with them again. At this point, if they

@ThreeUKSupport I rang last week, the person stated the account had been transfered to her. Given a code to use. Daughter rang and used the code. Then told technical issue. Yesterday told everything sorted and number would transfer to her new 3 account. Number disabled.
