    @ThreeUKSupport any issues with the network in Chelmsford area. I'm unable to login at work as there are no SMS coming or going. I need the OTP for login and right now can't do anything. No communication from 3 on network issue.

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Yes as usual. Three definitely the worst Network. Coverage crap. Network always down. Now again I cannot send or receive messages. Will find out about braking my contact.

    @ThreeUK I can’t send text messages,turning on and off doesn’t work.I’ve just spoken to customer service and his response was “do not worry we will fix it soon” but couldn’t give me an idea of when “soon” was, and just repeated “do not worry”. Not easy to “not worry” when I need to text!

    @ThreeUKSupport I spoke to someone on the phone... i just don’t understand why I can’t upgrade to your own deal.... having to cancel my contract and port my number is a faff. poor service really
