@ThreeUKSupport You are unable to arrange a call back. Your agents are unable to forward calls from my old number AND unable to reactivate my old sim AND unable to transfer my number as promised to me by your sales person. Not sure if there is anyone ABLE to do anything to resolve this issue.

@ThreeUKSupport nearly three days now, neither my husband nor myself have had any emails coming through via the phone. Kindle and computer yes, not 3 network phone. Been through to the support - useless. What is the problem??
