@ThreeUKSupport I was able to and sadly chat couldn’t help either. I tried all the suggestions and got no results. I really think at this point you’ve mistakenly deactivated my sim or something.

@ThreeUKSupport For your information no other utility has treated me like this. Vodaphone, Octopus Energy, council tax, service charge. Social service, pensions have all treated me with kindness and efficiency. It’s no coincidence that we have changed internet provider after many years

@ThreeUK Home broadband checker not working for my address- had to waste time booking a call - waited longer than the 3 mins btw. To find it I could only get mobile broadband rather than the home b/band I wanted. Annoyed and disappointed with my customer experience.

@ThreeUKSupport For two weeks now I’ve had no service on my phone. I tried all the troubleshooting three suggests and still nothing. My family members on three have full bars with no issues so I know it’s not any work in the area. I even ordered a new sim and still nothing. Paying for no bars.
