@ThreeUKSupport At the end of the day, I am just upset that all of the 3 assistants just offered me the same solution, didn’t care that it didn’t work, refused to take onboard what I was saying and just got rid of me when they didn’t have the answer. (Final Part)

@ThreeUKSupport No tests ran, wouldn't even tell me what tests they wanted to run. I'm 200 miles away, so cannot help her. In total lockdown. Hence mum needs video call to see family! Told repeatedly it was the phones fault. 4G and 5G great in her area! Lies.

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK they suggested it was an issue with the phone. Despite the fact that it was working since 2019 until the contract renewal in September last year. Albeit we opted for a cheaper option. Suddenly, the issues arise! But it's not a network issue!

@ThreeUKSupport TY but this isn't an individual & it's not only for school aged children. Is there an email address for the dept at 3 whic deals w donations to charities? I have a mobile router myself and it's so easy to use & so low cost I thought of it immediately when I heard about this issue

@ThreeUKSupport your company renewed twice in a row some add-ons that I requested to be canceled in time. Now you say that I have to pay anyway. I say that it is your fault, of your never-working app and website. I will request @CitizensAdvice services if the issue is not sorted.

@ThreeUKSupport This is part of the issue, she isn't able to pass security as I stated earlier. Believe me, we have tried! She was asked to forward documents to yourself to give her access to the account but I'm sure you can understand the reluctance to link personal documents to such an account
