@ThreeUK I really wish I hadn't subscribed to a 5G Home hub. The speeds are so slow sometimes the system can't even measure them. Not what was hoped for at all.

@ThreeUK you are seriously screwed. You have different policies for store and online for new connection. Your customer service misguide and give false advice. When you send out parcel, the flyer says “the box contains sim”, but sim was never inside. All sort of crap “3” times.

@ThreeUKSupport Someone called and introduce three from ur customer care I guess and told me I can still keep my old sim number even if I get new three SIM card but I just started using it yesterday and my old number not ported.have done a lot of documentation using the old number
