    @ThreeUKSupport The only reason for me having to listen to the small print and give all my details was because supposedly existing customers couldn't get this cheaper contract. Which sucks

    So @ThreeUKSupport when a new contract and card arrived at my post address, i called to check if i needed it if my old sim was still fine and you said to just ignore it, you didn't tell me it was a sim for a different number. Wtf?

    @ThreeUK shocking service... Will be cancelling accounts ASAP after over 15 years of service and 4 phones... terrible, and customer service line is a non starter. Reading scripts resolves nothing

    @ThreeUKSupport Postcode is NE26 3SY. It appears to ring but person he’s calling doesn’t get the call. He can access WiFi ok. This is the fourth day he’s had problems.

    @ThreeUKSupport When trying to verify my bank details, I was repeatedly told it was an issue on my side and nothing to do with yourselves. Low and behold, after contacting the bank, there is no issue with my card. So as far as I know, my application is still pending an no idea what to do.
