    @ThreeUK 10 days, 7 different online agents, 1 hour in a 3 store, 3 promises of a single letter needed for my insurance claim for a new phone I was robbed of. A 3-5 day wait after each promise. Is this how you treat a loyal 10 year customer? Still nothing. Do I need legal advice?

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, it seems that today the app is working and not saying re-register now. I thought I had re-registered but yesterday it was asking me to do it again and saying there was a problem 😢. Hopefully all is OK now. No, I didn't get any warnings about updates at all 😢.

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport just visited your outlet in ilford as looking for an upgrade as contract ends in 15 days. Staff named ISH- just spoke to me without even checking on computers and not showed any interest in customer and had to walk out of the store. Poor customer service
