    Hey @ThreeUK we’ve got 5 hub internet boxes 3 phones and your internet is awful sign up fast internet than boom next to noting going around in circles with your people on the phone and get nowhere

    @ThreeUKSupport Well I used my sky broadband to connect. No local issue. The link to the report an issue form doesn’t work and I have no idea what the number associated with my router is so I can’t use the app, my phone is with 3 too …. Not for much longer though

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Loads of people are contacting your support basically saying that they haven’t got any broadband in some areas, I’m not actually affected though. Are you going to report about this on your feed?

    @ThreeUKSupport When are these issues going to be resolved. If it is a U.K. wide problem as your call centre claims I would expect it to be treated with a high level of importance and we’ve been down for 5 hours now
