@ThreeUK if you insist you cannot verify my ID. Why not just cancel my contract all the same. Still charging me a monthly bill of £32 for over 5 months is theft!

@ThreeUKSupport I couldn’t do the online chat because hotel WiFi was too slow. Called Monday from a diff phone and he said everything ok. Just called again today and another person said roaming not active on my sim 😐 all solved now.

@ThreeUK you guys are the most frustrating network ever. You’ve asked me to verify my Identity which I have done countless times. Still you wouldn’t give me a replacement SIM card. We’ve been on this for almost 5 months and still have the nerve to make me pay a monthly £32 bill

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve switched from my previous network provider to Three. My mobile number was supposed to be moved over to Three today but doesn’t look like it has. Please can you help?
