    @ThreeUKSupport I have a problem with my account update which I am trying for couple of years but to no avail! The account is actually used and billed for my friend but 3 is not updating name or date of birth. Have called so many times but team is useless and drops the call!

    @ThreeUKSupport please can you fix the signal issue at M1 3NR, I've been unable to get access to the @ThreeUK+ app with it trying to send a text message when I did manage to use a WiFi. It occurs on both phones that work in other areas, has been lack of signal for months now.
