@ThreeUK Hello, Why would someone spend 11 minutes talking to your customer service? The purchase problem was solved in 5 seconds and I’ve spent 10:55 minutes hearing offers and the “call brief”seriously!! It’s 2021 you will keep a customer by keeping their time.

@ThreeUKSupport Done that a few weeks back and was passed onto 3 teams in India. Been on the phone today for over 1.5 hrs today and they still keep telling me to move my hub which isn’t the issue.
