    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I’m a very disappointed customer as I have cancelled my contract the one my daughter was using at the end of October. They haven’t cancelled it and charged me every month and confirmed to send refund. Rather than sending my refund they’ve debited money from my account again. 🤬

    @ThreeUKSupport They asked me to fill in a data request form but I have no response from the data officer - it is so frustrating and such a large waste of time - everyone says they want to help but nobody is actually doing anything...

    @Shaunjenks @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport That’s good to hear the latter is not far from me! Yes I suspected it may be a backhaul capacity issue which would explain the 5G speeds not getting any higher than 250ish and the high latency at peak times.

    @fttppro @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I’m guessing that will be down to Openreach. Will probably happen when BT upgrade their EE RAN equipment on it to 5G - currently 2G/3G/4G
