@ThreeUKSupport I was on the phone for over an hour trying to cancel the contract. I then sent a letter to your head office at Star House. She was never sent a final bill. Again, this was all supposidly dealt with months ago. Please consult the video I attached.

@ThreeUKSupport We tried contacting you via phone. We were kept on the phone for an hour in total. No one responded. I have been through this. By law you are required to give your customers valid ways to cancel their contract. You havent done this.

My 76 year old Nan has been a victim of fraud in November - numerous phone calls telling us it will be sorted, @ThreeUK have now threatened her through a debt collection company. Customer relations constantly lying. Putting a vulnerable person under undue stress during a pandemic

Ever since I left @ThreeUK and took my number to my new provider every day I get fraud calls? Never had them b4,coincidence? HMRC,national insurance,fraud with my bank.defo sold my details.

@ThreeUKSupport The point is, a company calling a customer and straight away asking for their password breaks security protocol. No company in the entire world should do this and knows fine well. This issue has been publicised and rectified over the past 5 years, come on. Like seriously?

Can anyone advise how can I take legal action against @ThreeUK? It's been a year since they have wrongfully put a note on my credit score which is still active, and a year in which they just refuse to help and take it off. @CitizensAdvice @CISASUK
