@ThreeUKSupport Sorry but the amount of time I've wasted speaking to customer services while being a Three customer, I'm not prepared to do it again! I'll let you carry on with the debt collection and allow you to waste there time aswell! As I say, I've got proof I own nothing to Three! 🤟

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks, many users have this issue. It's due to the old number being hardcoded and not writable. everything I've reported my card stolen it fixes but if I order a replacement for other reasons it doesnt work/fix issue. I've done this many of times. ThreePay also doesn't work.

@ThreeUKSupport I've looked at this in great detail, I can't remember what the problem is called but I have the information saved somewhere. Basically the sim needs reprogramming with a new sim issued or OTA. (2/2)

@ThreeUKSupport It's the same Three sim, the port was completed and still has the temporary mobile number registered as the number and not the new one. I didn't receive a new sim from Three which already had the new/ported number programmed on it. I'll get the info for you as it will help.
