    @philchamp_ @O2 @ThreeUK We were looking at all the options but the promised 20% discount tipped the balance back to O2. But like all these things it is a con. You have to "claim" the discount after you sign up. Well all I can say is O2 just lost me and the business as a customer. Truly fed up with this.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi @ThreeUK it appears to be working and holding out now, I was running tests with the @Huawei app which stated it could not connect to the network but seems to be holding OK now

    @ThreeUKSupport Ah okay, my last pack didn't include an expiry date - maybe something new. I was hoping to buy from the (official) Three shop on Amazon so tricky to check before buying. ;-) Thanks for your help.

    @joethewizzard @ThreeUK Reviews online are about the same for Virgin and Three tbh. But like I said, the positives of being with Three at least outweigh that of Virgin, even if they are just as unstable I might as well get faster speeds and pay less at the same time

    ... can't possibly make it easy for me by sending the correct information. I will NEVER pay for a @ThreeUK service ever again. Nearly £400 chucked at them for nothing.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, it’s EN9 1UH my device is iPhone 12. I actually have to be upstairs to get any sort of signal strength with 4G. So currently unable to use my phone in my house unless I’m upstairs 👍🏻

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, in the 14 day cooling off period for a sim only contract can I just port out to cancel? I want to keep my number but don't want to convert to PAYG. Cheers.
