    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Rhiannon, I have spoken to support on the app and on the phone about this today and they have said there’s nothing that can be done and I would have to leave my sim only contract to use the phone. Is there no way an exception could be made and an esim made ? Thanks!

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport The service in CW9 has been completely unacceptable. No internet, no mobile signal and therefore thanks to signing up to a two year contract with you for our network, no streaming. We've called and you said it would be fixed but 25th. Still nit usable.

    @ThreeUKSupport That's not going to help, it will just be more if the same, well meaning platitudes. When is it going to be fixed, a four day outage is completely unacceptable

    @ThreeUK trying to call my mother in Oz who is in intensive care and cant get through because can’t remember my password. Reset p/w had to click on ridiculous images of sunflowers now locked out of account, no customer services people to answer the PHONE and CANNOT CALL HOSPITAL
