@PyramidHead76 @ThreeUK I was ready to downgrade to a SIM only deal, but their CS was so bad, I lost it and cancelled the lot. Must cost them millions to try and “retain” customers.

@ThreeUKSupport I raised a complaint, and been trying to sort things out since the 15th of Feb 2021. But now they are avoiding me and hanging up on me. They were two devices iPhone 11 Pro Max 256gb I upgraded no upfront cost LY, and an iPhone 12 mini this year, with an upfront cost of £29.

This morning I got a letter from @ThreeUK. My minimum term is up shortly, and here's a couple of suggestions: * Stick with the same service and price on a rolling monthly basis, or; * Pay £2 more per month on a 24-month contract for the same service. Gee, whichever shall I pick?

@LlamaBusiness @ThreeUK Legally they now have to pay it back - my mums account was hacked by a member of their staff and upgraded and they’ve still never refunded her for it so good luck

@ThreeUKSupport It's the town centre (although home speeds aren't much better). Coverage checker says "very good service", I was originally told it was a fault that was being fixed? Is there going to be any attempt to resolve so there's a decent service in this town?

@ThreeUKSupport I received a phone call from 3 earlier today to place an order for a new SIM card. The lady on the phone advised that the order had gone through and I’d receive email confirmation but I’m yet to receive anything. Any chance you could help?

@FGWay1 @ThreeUK Hello, I’ve had quite a few 020 numbers in the past and I’ve just blocked them before. If you’re on iPhone, go into recent, press the information icon next to the cool, scroll down and select block this caller. This means that you won’t get messages or phone calls from them.
