@ThreeUK All you seem to do is put your prices up but never fix the connection issues or have the phone available for replacement or upgrades

@ThreeUK I'm also one of the people who didn't receive the UK emergency alert test on Sunday. Everyone around me received it. Why did it only happen to Three customers mostly?

@ThreeUKSupport Still not heard anything, and you were due to take any money this week. Does that mean my final bill was zero? Very poor communications. Not even anything saying “please don’t go”.

@ThreeUKSupport hi - you have told me to change tariff (I have 2 days left to do so) but I keep getting an error from the link to the relevant tariffs. Help please.

@ThreeUKSupport I don't understand why there has to be a 'security process' to make an anonymous top-up. But notwithstanding, the child has severe trust issues, and won't install the app on his phone (and if he did, we wouldn't want our card details held on his phone for obvious reasons).

@ThreeUK This makes me think that it was a real emergency alert disguised right up until the last minute, so as to not worry the public. If weapons had secretly been prepared for release, and the military didn’t disarm them in time… a technical issue may have in fact been a hacking.

@ThreeUK I didn’t receive the alert because I’m on 3 network. Usually don’t receive anything anyway (texts, notifications etc.) Knew 3 would fail and it did! My partner on BT network next to me received it no problem. Can’t wait to get away to a reliable network.

@ThreeUK, your customer service is AWFUL. Been loyal for 10yrs. Changed my plan on 1 April & today was charged per my old plan. Upon contact, your customer service confirmed they messed up my upgrade but won’t do anything to correct the charges. I’m going elsewhere.

@ThreeUKSupport When is your deal with voda going through? I'm giving you until then, if things don't improve, I'm going to cancel like the customer complaints assistant said I could when my mobile data went down for 6 weeks. Becoming a bit of a joke isn't it?
