@ThreeUK absolutely appalled by your customer service. After being a customer for 10+ years, send my new device to wrong address, I log complaint, then all details of this complaint is lost for me to start again! Absolute joke.

@ThreeUK finally I can cancel my fourth and final contract with three. After being with them for 15 years. And the worst customer service ever in the past 3-4 years. So happy to leave.

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK connection and signal has been awful in the CF61 postcode any ideas when this will improve by it's a nightmare for texts, data and calls. I know there's ongoing work but just but.
