@ThreeUK has the absolute best social media team. If you speak to them nicely, they'll ignore you, get angry, they'll ignore you, phone the store? They'll fob you off to the "Help Line", call the "Help line" and get lied to. Just a wonderful experience. And I'm still short £150.

the worst customer service @ThreeUK - 4 people on the phone and 3 at shop trying to help me find the elusive contract number to open an account...i gave the order number as no contract number...turns out I needed to give a three phone number - took 7 of them to tell me that!
