    @ThreeUKSupport Still poor/no signal on multiple phones in CB24 5UR this morning. Last night the status checker reported an issue but it reports all clear now however the issue isn’t resolved.

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK extremely unhappy with being without the service you should be providing since 27th December. Lying CSR’s and a manager that doesn’t have the ability to send out a SIM card via DPD. A multi national company that can’t send out a SIM card

    @ThreeUK very bad experience with your network the pay 3 days. Data has been very very poor and your signal has been poor if not worse. Been on the phone to customer services today and the phone cut off and didn’t even bother to call back to resolve the issue. Awful experience!

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, called three. Wife escalated to complaint to Abdul who put request in yesterday . No notification by text or email as expected that it’s on it’s way and nothing received. About 5 requests have gone in now , every time been told it’s on its way and nothing.
