    @AmazonHelp @ThreeUKSupport: @zoowatcher We are aware of an issue connecting to the echo dot 4th generation. Amazon have found the root cause and are working on a fix. Timings for roll out are still to be confirmed but expected in their next software update. -Kim

    @miascull @EE I had to email ThreeUK a scanned in copy of mine and they just did it too. Thing is, my bank name has updated, even though the account number/soco hasn't, so the direct debit will fail when renewed.

    Come on @ThreeUK , turned to you in despair as lost faith that @bt_uk or @VodafoneUK will ever get me connected and you turned me down for a request to get one of your monthly mobile #Broadband hub. Are you all collaborating to provide such a stellar #British service !!

    This month I'm spending upwards of £100 for Internet access between the garbage @threeuk mobile hotspot I bought and my data overages with @vodafoneuk as they fail to figure out the most basic aspects of service provision. This could be solved easily by my building managers. 1/
