@dshensmith @ThreeUK I had terrible problems with them a couple of years ago when I cancelled my contract after the term was up. They called in a debt recovery company on a debt I didn't owe without warning.

@dshensmith @ThreeUK dubious practices from mobile companies...I got into trouble because Virgin mobile wouldn't let me pay my bill because the password i had didn't match the one on file, and a human couldn't talk to me because i didn't know the password, despite THEM CALLING ME to settle the bill
