@ThreeUKSupport I have contacted the customer support team almost 23 times. But no one able to solve the issue... Got an update that investigation is still going on. How many days will the investigation go on. Even after providing the proofs that who stole the mobile your team not taking action.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi. I've been with you a number of years (since 2015 I think) and my contact is now a sim only one. I have an S6. In last few days my network coverage has stopped- Access the internet/apps is just fine on Wi-Fi -any attempt to make calls leads to a "inset sim" msg

@ThreeUK terrible customer service, charged £68 for a call to 3 customer service, our free minutes ran out while on a call to sort out our 3 wifi, so to call 3 customer service from a 3 sim cost us, the customer £68🤔
