@ThreeUKSupport hi, I joined Three this week, and I’ve just realised I gave you a STAC instead of a PAC. Is there anything I can do to get my old number back? I actually have a PAC from my old network but obviously got confused in the process!

@ThreeUKSupport Everyone says your a terrible network, and sure, it seems that for the majority you are! But oddly, in my case, it's insane! Delivery of my SIM was quick enough, and performance is superb!

@ApsanaBegumMP @EE and @ThreeUK have said they will help those who cannot afford broadband and I’m sure one of the other major phone companies offers SIM card deals for next to nothing with a uncomsumably large data package on it and unlimited calls etc which was brought in awhile back

@ThreeUKSupport I spoke to somebody on live chat who told me that the order hadn't gone through, even though My3 said otherwise. They tried to help, then told me the price goes up by 4.5% in April, which on an agreed contract is ridiculous, so I'm looking elsewhere.

@ThreeUKSupport I've had more than Inadequate service both on the phone and internet reception since the contract started and have tried on multiple occasions to speak to representatives in both the shop And on the phone - failing not Only to provide a service but Failing to resolve this

@ThreeUK hi on two occasions in the last 2 days I have contacted you via live chat and each time someone has opted to call me I have placed a new order with your for the first time as I am a new customer but I have yet to receive email confirmation of my order can’t you help me ?
