    @ThreeUK my household has FOUR accounts with you. I call for help about another issue and the advisor wants to sell me MORE. I try to politely decline. He transfers me anyway. I try to explain again. He PUSHES ON with the sales pitch! I have no more money to give you!

    @monty_montrose @ThreeUKSupport Yeah, all the networks generally do better deals for new customers than existing ones. The workaround to get the new customer deal on your existing network is to temporarily port your no. to a PAYG SIM on another network, rejoin as a new customer, then port your no. back in.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi is there a known issue NN100YF ? No 4G again today (affecting all 3 phones in household. Service checker said no issues. 3G service fine luckily. Had a few issues since new mast errected a few weeks ago. Cheers Ian.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yet again another holiday let down!! No signal!! Ridiculous that's 2 contracts lost!! Here's an idea instead of bringing out 5g try putting masts in places that don't have coverage!!!
