@ThreeUKSupport a new year, same problems, very slow internet speeds N19 4RN, was fine over the “ holidays” !!

  • arcing Robin King (@arcing) reported

It’s now a year since we bought @ThreeUK broadband through @Top_CashBack and we still haven’t received the cash back. It must be a big backlog of cash back claims Three are dealing with for it to take that long. @ThreeUKSupport can you help?

  • Steve03855577 Steve (@Steve03855577) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I just dont understand why I cannot talk to the team that needs to review and fix this, so that we can get my phone working. How can a company disconnect someone's phone without warning. Or without recourse to be able to speak to the team to fix it.

  • kevbryan12 Kev Bryan (@kevbryan12) reported

@ThreeUK roaming charges coming in with any upgrade despite suggesting you wouldn’t. Still no support for Watch. Like many others, when my contract is up, I’m off, it was only that you’d said roaming charges wouldn’t come back that made me stay

  • joeykins82 Joe Lynch (@joeykins82) reported

@faisalislam Competition in the UK was never the problem (see @ThreeUK who led the way on this) but even their aggressive push to get these reciprocal no-charge roaming agreements was stymied in several countries where HMG has no influence

  • alistairclare Alistair Clare (@alistairclare) reported

@John_Ogden @ThreeUK That’s my plan John. I do not think I need unlimited data any more, but the roaming has made me stay. Without that then their offering is poor and the patchy signal not worth putting up with

  • Eddie05723577 Eddie (@Eddie05723577) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, phone signal issues in BN1 postcode area. Anything going on that could be causing this?

  • Steve03855577 Steve (@Steve03855577) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I am overseas and my phone has been suspended. Called customer support, unable to restore immediately, have been waiting three days. Need phone to access financials and OTP. Very Frustrated.

  • Steve03855577 Steve (@Steve03855577) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I already did this, and no further clarification was provided. I was told to wait until three review my issue and reactivate my phone.

  • StrugglingMamma The Struggling Mum (@StrugglingMamma) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve been a customer with three for over 10 years and this has never happened. Been on this contract for 2 years. Done nothing different. So the problem is at your end. I do not appreciate being lied to or blamed. Done worry, I switched to @Plusnet this morning.
