    @ThreeUK Hi three, without any notification, my number has been discontinued because I'm abroad, but I paid some of the months. Before I left the country, I asked your team; they said it was not possible to terminate, and now, without any notification, the number is not in use.

    @ThreeUKSupport it is like a nightmare when cards have to be updated and details have to be passed to service providers but I hope this solves any problems

    It's only fair that I say thanks to @ThreeUKSupport for getting service in Worcester back to something like normal(ish) after nearly a week of disruption. Although it would have been nice to have some form of communication about what was happening and why. @tomcollinsworcs

    Back in B43 7EQ Great Barr Birmingham @ThreeUKSupport @VodafoneUK Sort the service out 4G 5G both Dire. ALL other networks are fine. No one can access apps.

    @YTJustGetATesla @ThreeUK Im gradually moving off Three. EE gives a better signal and my company does a deal where I can choose any network and get a monthly contract SIM (not locked in) for a better price than I get elsewhere.
