@ThreeUKSupport upgraded this month to have received a faulty phone (Full diagnostic run) yet no one wants to take accountability or try and help resolve the situation. instead I’m being sent around London and being advised to cancel my whole contract!

@ThreeUKSupport This has been an issue for a while now. Phone calls will drop out and the quality of them otherwise is terrible. I don’t really text and signal for internet use is just as bad as the signal for phone calls and is never consistent when it does work. My postcode is CV5 6HF

@ThreeUKSupport I have your Huawei CPE Broadband and download speeds are over 60mbps which is alright I guess. However upload speeds are not so great. My main issue is the PING Latency over the network connection. I use the broadband for our TV boxes and games consoles.
