    @TLRailUK @ThreeUK Hello, I am not reporting an incident to them, but instead of your advisors just suggesting to message that number, check what network they’re on first, then see if they’ve got any spending caps on their account which could block it internally. Suggest to also contact 1/2

    @ThreeUKSupport He said he had to go through the terms and conditions with me. Surely unnecessary when I'd already signed contract and have paperwork to prove this? Then told me price no longer available. After 13 years custom, disgusting. Told him to cancel my contract

    @ThreeUKSupport Oh and your technical department know about this issue and are waiting for a fix for it of huawei all I want is to get the service I'm paying for surely its not a lot to ask for I have better things to do than waste my time on here begging for a service for which I'm paying for

    @ThreeUK . You have charged me £20 on this months bill for 4 calls to Office Depot customer service as apparently outside my call allowance . Absolute joke no prior warning at all by the way . It’s not 1998 and surely calls do not cost that . Can’t wait for my contract to end

    @ThreeUKSupport Now two weeks without being able to use three 4G mobile broadband to run streaming services on my TV or control my central heating. Apparently there is an issue affecting some users but no timescale given for a remedy. What’s going on?!

    @ThreeUKSupport So here we go again. Full bars 4g either full bars 5g no Internet , voice calls almost impossible to make. After a long weekend of pretty good services, now is just really bad again. Any suggestions?

    @TLRailUK @TheRevolver11 Hello, I’ve tried messaging that number before on the @ThreeUK network and this just fails. Just in case this happens to someone else, I suggest also to use their phone number which is 0800 405040. Not trying to be mean, just suggesting it.

    @WobbleBoxers @ThreeUK I’m with EE and often getting 5g now. Very rare I have no signal. Whilst in France 🇫🇷 was 👍🏼 but had to pay extra £10 for roaming as wasn’t included for the 17 days away. Would have been £2 a day had I not bought the add on 😱
