    @ThreeUKSupport I've been calling 333 since June! What would you do in my position? You're still billing a number that you have cut off, you're telling me I can't cancel and I can't transfer the number. Everytime I call 333 it takes 20 minutes for the person to tell me call back in 48hrs!

    @ThreeUKSupport I won't bother until I get the bill - half an hour on web chat yesterday to start again at the bottom of the phone support tree today for the same issue, taking well over an hour from start to finish, plus time to find a new contract. I've no patience for a web chat tonight.

    @ThreeUKSupport Signal is shown but circle turning when trying to send text message. Also tried calling my wife's phone and just went to conditional forwarding, like the morning issue.

    @ThreeUK I am disgusted with your customer services. I have been trying to get on your App and had to call customer services who inform me that my name isn’t my name even tho I have written correspondence from you!! Cancelling my contract tomorrow!

    Fuckkkk sake! How can I go into a @ThreeUK store to get a replacement sim! Come home and the sim doesn’t work! Rang customer services to be told they can’t see no request. Is this a sick joke????! First they sent one in the post that didn’t work then Dalston store ****** up 😔😣
