    @ThreeUK I am extremely disappointed and disheartened buy the service I have received in the past week, I have never known such a disfunctional customer service/complaints team. I am not proud to say I am a Three customer, I have spent 6-7 hours trying to resolve the issues! 🥴😵

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK after all the calls I’ve had with customer service I am utterly disgusted for the service they provide. Spoke to 2/3 different people and all they say is troubleshoot your phone, however I don’t get the service I’m paying for. #mobilenetwork #4g

    @harrycrosland @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK I can’t even remember. Their login and authentication system is awful every time I use it, full of unexplained errors. Good luck.

    @ThreeUKSupport Your company has an obligation to provide me with a faultless service throughout my contribution it was never that at all it was always plagued with faults as I said earlier you failed to mention works being carried before I took out the contract otherwise I’d of walked away

    @ThreeUKSupport I’m sorry but I can’t be bothered for yet another drawn out conversation on the same issue. When my 4 contracts are up, I’m gone. It shouldn’t take this long to fix your own network.

    @ThreeUKSupport I have had enough of the shocking customer services at Three....the call centre staff are bamboozled by simple questions that are not available on their script....which they obviously reD from rather than read the comments from customers as they keep asking for same info

    @ThreeUKSupport By the time I finally got an honest answer, I had had enough...I cancelled the upgrade and I shall be running down my current contract and ALL my others, and leaving to go somewhere where they actually treat customers like people rather than a money pot!
