    @ThreeUKSupport @sushil26 My dad has been trying to check his account since 5pm & has been receiving this message. Shocked it’s been down so long. After being hacked last month and subject to fraud (apparently solved), we want to check the account as he’s been charged £84 for a contract he doesn’t have😭

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi peeps. Your call centre staff are lovely. But please stop asking them to upsell at the end of every call. The service is amazing. But they don't have to do it. I've been with you guys for 4 years and the service is part of the reason why.

    @MichelleOwenWi1 @ThreeUK to be fair to three I think this may be the way you had aggressively approached it. I had issues with something similar and network faults and was given 3 months free line rental. Whereever the error lay it wasnt with the person you were on the phone to. pays to be polite...

    @ThreeUKSupport When are the issues in CW1 likely to be sorted? Signal and data throughput almost non existent, this has been going for too long now. A daily apology text does not fix the issues.

    @MartinSLewis Three Network @ThreeUK are attempting to charge a £450 fee for a device that was cancelled within the 14 day return policy. It was cut from service, and been sent back, but they are demanding I pay for the full year contract despite using it for two weeks. @WhichUK
