@ThreeUK I set up mobile broadband in March 2020 but not even using it because the signal in my rural area & the capacity for usage with multiple devices was poor. Just tried to cancel & you want nearly £200! Every other company trying to help people financially in a pandemic...

@ThreeUKSupport Yes but there is always congestion in the area, it’s a holiday resort town! Which is why I thing its poor at the weekends and in holiday breaks. It needs more capacity, or you should adjust your coverage map, showing the area as having a strong signal, isn’t very accurate!

@ThreeUKSupport We were charged £300 by you because we didn't use a PAC code you provided, even though we asked to cancel the contract. You have harassed us when I cancelled this direct debit. We haven't used this contract for the last year, why are you doing this?

@ThreeUKSupport Well unfortunately I’ve called three many times before ordering the phone however not one person mentioned this to me. I’ve been a loyal customer since 2012 with three so I was really surprised I wasn’t offered a good deal let alone getting free air buds with the purchase.

@ThreeUKSupport I wish I knew how bad your network coverage was before having a contract with you. Will it get better soon? Why are customers complaining that there used to be good signal but now it's not? How can that be?

@ThreeUK your website reports no problems again for 4G in Brean, Somerset. Yes, the signal is strong, but there is no data throughput. Been like it for weeks (esp weekend) lucky to get 1Mbps yet can get 10x on 3G. Why is it so bad?
