    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Fraser I’ve been having issues for the past week - it’s always been pretty bad but has now got worse. I have a 5G phone so it is automatic and it doesn’t switch to 3G.

    @ThreeUK customer service and app is shocking. I found a deal on the app to upgrade, when I contact customer service to discuss it... its not available to existing customers....15 mins of her gaslighting me that I'm imagining it...its suddenly available!!! How can I trust that!

    @ThreeUK Hi, my Spotify payment that goes through my phone bill was not received although Three still took the payment from my bill. Boku (the company who you work with) has said Three no longer supports Spotify payments, yet you have still taken the money. Can you help?
