I’m the only person who every 24hours has to piss about renewing a data bastard passport 😡😡 it’s not a problem paying £5 per day , but why can’t I just pay £70 for 14days?

It was specifically to be picked up at store. I have made an initial payment on 23/10 and a month forward still no phone. This is shocking.

Why are you unwilling to give out contact email addresses or direct phone numbers for senior managers ? Nine previous attempts to resolve this issue have come to nothing despite your staff assuring us it was sorted.
