  @ThreeUK The WORST customer service. Long standing customers. Huawei mobile router with 2yrs warranty from 3, broken. Huawei have given Auth for 3 to replace. And 3 won't do it and tell me I had take up with OFCOM!

  @ThreeUKSupport I have already placed a complaint. But I need the services now to get a text message from HMRC so I can do my taxes. I need you guys to help me. All i need is for the line to be active for receiving texts. My bank account is also linked to it. I cannot change it now being away.
