    Ending go roam free was annoying but at least I got grandfathered in. Now @ThreeUK is telling me I have 30 days to find a new contract. Or pay more than double for my same plan sans the go roam. Worst service, it was the only thing going for you. So bye!

    @ThreeUKSupport I did 2 days ago, they were only able to confirm there is an issue with the mast, they were not able to give me any more information.

    Suzi on the @ThreeUKSupport live chat was able to access my account using certain personal details but Maxine is magically unable to and says she’ll lose her job if she takes those details. Why is you service so inconsistent?

    @ThreeUK has the most horrendous customer service. Apologize and promise to help then say they can’t do anything anyway! All these pre rehearsed ‘how to talk to customer’ lines shouldn’t be used unless genuine! Just makes the experience more frustrating.

    @ThreeUK why are you not issuing new eSIMs? Looking to upgrade phones in the near future and need an eSIM, but you're one of the few networks who don't offer them. Long time Three customer who will have to leave for another network.

    Honestly, @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport are the most customer unfriendly company. Full stop. Can you provide me the details I need to serve court papers against you as this seems to be the only way of getting my refund.
