Hey @ThreeUKSupport data and SMS messaging is having some big issues at BL4 0JR. Says no problems detected online but obviously this isn't the case.

  • VerneLewis Verne (@VerneLewis) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Yes it’s the same as before. I’m really keen to cancel my contract now. What’s the best way to contact someone about doing this and find out what my early cancellation fee would be please?

  • HusariaMKTG Husaria Marketing (@HusariaMKTG) reported

@ThreeUKSupport We are calling support, and support "cannot pull up details". Repeatedly giving post code, phone number, name, and the support staff cannot do anything.

  • DanDiplo Dan Booth (@DanDiplo) reported

At a time when most companies are trying to help customers @ThreeUK have decided to increase their call charges by 233% and data charges by 500%. How can you justify such profiteering when it's the poorest and elderly who rely on PAYG the most? Scandalous.

  • mags3963 Margaret Baker (@mags3963) reported

@ThreeUK I received a PAC last week which I did not request and do not want and told them that, my service has now been disconnected and I am finding your customer service absolutely awful. Can’t blame the staff blame the company!

  • PAULDREWERY Paul Drewery (@PAULDREWERY) reported

@ThreeUKSupport It’s been a few days... can’t get work done from home, had to laugh at £7.50 being given to me for compensation... how does that help when lost a day in meetings? Also can’t call people drops out they can’t hear me. Not good enough. Very angry, want to leave three ASAP!

  • stevenamapes steven mapes (@stevenamapes) reported

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I've just dm'ed you regarding a major security issue regarding your website which would allow identify theft and fraudulent purchases to who could gain access to your Sims or customers phones. #Security #SecurityBreach

  • JockPatton Andy Patton (@JockPatton) reported

@ThreeUKSupport What can you do this time that i haven't done 100 times before.. Use 3g.. Take the sim out, reboot the phone.. Post code.. Make and model of phone.. The list goes in and nothing improves.. Just happy to take my money every month, and no real help to any of us...

  • BigRobKelly94 Rob (@BigRobKelly94) reported

@ThreeUKSupport It’s always been a bit rubbish since I moved up here just randomly drops to 3G and back to 4G when it wants and if I’m on the phone when it does this it causes the call to fail.

  • Lordchelski desperate excluded andy (@Lordchelski) reported

@ThreeUKSupport It's OK. I've had my bank retrieve the direct debit payment and gone to Vodafone. I just don't understand the business sense of losing a long time customer who never missed a payment. The customer service was awful. Just wanted other potential victims to be aware
