@ThreeUKSupport And no one in my flat has actually collected the order. Plus I never asked for it to be delivered to my address. It was specifically to be picked up at store. I have made an initial payment on 23/10 and a month forward still no phone. This is shocking.

This morning I learnt that @ThreeUK customer service is horrendous. I recently made a complaint and they tricked me into accepting £20 compensation to close my complaint. I accepted yet they now refuse to pay…. @Ofcom
