  • SteWill1978 Stephen Willetts (@SteWill1978) reported from West Bromwich, England

@vocster @ThreeUK Me and my wife had it purely for the travel aspect, I've got no issues with the service at all but I will be looking around now, sky say they're not going to bring in charges for roaming but I've heard mixed reviews.

  • leathemsaan1892 Andrew Leathem (@leathemsaan1892) reported

@Wawawiwa15 @davfos @ThreeUK They shouldn't necessarily but they should be embarrassed to have gone back on what they previously said in relation to the issue

  • mvonschantz Malcolm von Schantz (@mvonschantz) reported

@OperaCreep @ThreeUK So you're not staying on for the outstanding customer service then 🤔

  • Quak3r72 Simon Leary (@Quak3r72) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I thought there was a premium on the service for when I was travelling abroad? My apologies for assuming that to be the case. Or have I been with you for that length of time that it has been and gone?

  • TheTacticalBrit TheTacticalBrit (@TheTacticalBrit) reported

Damn @ThreeUK global roaming was the only reason you were worth anything. Goodbye to my contract in 2022 👋

  • psmorrison Paul Morrison (@psmorrison) reported from Stansted Mountfitchet, England

@RinaLeia2012 @ThreeUK It’s really poor treatment of loyal customers, particularly as they only said in January they had no plans to do this 😢

  • PavettRoy roy pavett (@PavettRoy) reported

@ThreeUK introducing roaming charges!!! The ONLY reason your network has so many customers is because of the 'go roam' offer. You tie us all into contracts that we can't get out of and then do this!! It doesn't matter that it affects only those newbies or upgraders...

  • jonny_nichols Dr Jonathan Nichols (@jonny_nichols) reported

Hi @ThreeUK I only chose you for the amazing Feel At Home service. Ditching Go Roam means I have no reason to renew my phone contract with you when it runs out in a few months, since your 4G and 3G signal where I live has always been terrible.

  • DrNik28 Dr. Nik (@DrNik28) reported

@ThreeUKSupport So my port in (bringing my number to 3) was supposed to be done today…no sign of it being done yet…can’t reach a human being on the phone on PAYG…help?

  • SteWill1978 Stephen Willetts (@SteWill1978) reported from West Bromwich, England

@vocster @ThreeUK I'm gonna look into it better, i haven't changed my contract in 10 years so technically I never upgrade so it shouldn't effect me, they do annual price rises though so it may be classed as a contract change. I think we'll be charged regardless.
