@Daily_Record This is weird as I'm sure @ThreeUK are able to activate roaming on android devices therefore trying to get more money from customers, even though the customer has disabled the roaming option.

@ThreeUKSupport I've got a PAC code but it's telling me I can't move my number over? Is it because I've been with three in the past? I've had the same number for a very long time... Please help!

@ThreeUK Coverage for 4G in Edgware is always poor. Do you have enough phone masts in this area?

@ThreeUKSupport What if I connect to a network without using it at all? So you’re saying I need to have my phone set to airplane mode?! Can’t receive calls or texts without paying £2 per day?? Your text says the charge is to unlock my UK allowances, not to connect to the network.

@ThreeUK goodbye 3. It was the best network for roaming abroad. USP has now gone. So am I. Poor customer service from call centres based in India. Poor reception coverage where we are. BT mobile offers better coverage and free roaming. Three you have missed the boat.

Hello from Portugal, where I successfully navigated the public transport with no help from @ThreeUK who have decided not to give me any roaming data in one of their roaming zones (?) Gorgeous place tho innit so I’m happy enough for now

@Harry_Chaloner @ThreeUKSupport It's a shocker that @Three continue to say on Twitter that folk won't lose 'free' Go Roam if they don't renew/upgrade. I did neither and they kicked me off anyway. 10 Yr customer, 2 x Three lines, very infrequent overseas traveller.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Charley. Happened in two different areas. Curious to know why the callers cannot leave a message, or does that rely on our signal, which I have to say 'looks' OK and other mobiles can get through...??
