    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport what's happening with my 5G hub? I have been able to Remotely access my work machine for a year then last Thursday it suddenly stops working. I have spoken to the technical team at my work and they have ensured its a problem on your end. I Need this fixed

    @ThreeUKSupport …you have cut me off again despite an ongoing ‘executive complaint’ 30954887 which puts my account in credit. I cancelled a DD to stop you from taking money you are not entitled to. I’m waiting on today’s phone call while you try to get your act together.

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Very disappointed in the service from Three. After being told that my bill would be credit £58, l still have this additional amount taken from my bank account! The easiest way to get a refund of the money is to cancel my contract!

    I know we've all been through a tough time, but the level of incompetence of @ThreeUK astounds me. 2nd formal complaint in 4 days and still no phone replacement one week after theft. Happy Monday rants 😡

    @ThreeUKSupport I haven’t tried 3G but that doesn’t usually improve things here - can you give an indication of what long term means? Should I be looking for another provider? Will you be refunding me for loss of service?

    @ThreeUK we need to talk. Your service is appalling. I live in key & apparently service covered areas of Bristol, & at this point I may as well use a cup & string to call people. Or see if Richard Branson himself in space can hold up my phone to see if I can get some data. 😔
