So @ThreeUK I’ve a case number with @AppleSupport and there is nothing wrong with my iPhone or my Apple Watch, they connect fine. What’s not connecting is your eSim which your tech team can’t fix! Doesn’t look good on your part to be fair after a whole day on the phone to you 3

@ThreeUKSupport I Have already done that and there is no problem with my email provider he has said that three are blocking the emails from being sent. As I have two phones and home broadband with Three, I am very disappointed with the service.

@ThreeUKSupport @n_higsonsweeney We tried the web chat and was supposed to be sorted. Showed a connection to T-mobile but actually had no service. Wasn’t able to use my phone outside of the hotel WiFi. Huge fail @ThreeUK

@ThreeUKSupport Help! I’m in the USA. My phone keeps saying I’ve got an adult filter turned on and won’t open any websites. I’m Googling hotels and restaurants not porn…. Can you please help to turn this off? It’s infuriating! I’ve tried but keep getting the error messages. 🤬
