@ThreeUK do you have a member of staff that doesn’t lie to their customers? Refusing to allow me to make a complaint for a refund I was promised @Ofcom

  • Jason1112345 Jason (@Jason1112345) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Ahhhhh I didn’t realise that. Thanks for the quick response. As I’m moving my phone number over from EE - will you automatically cancel my contract with them, once this sim is activated ?

  • ljcrouse Liam (@ljcrouse) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I am in Brussels with my data roaming switched on but am unable to connect to a service like I was told I’d be able to. Very upset, please contact me to rectify

  • he7ix he7ix  (@he7ix) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Bought it yesterday. Phone was already on Android 9. #AndroidPie (Sony *never* issued Android 10 or beyond.) Latest security patch: September 2019! No more updates/patches are available. (My Three SIM works in *another* phone and #WiFiCalling is present.)

  • MandyM70 Crazy M70 (@MandyM70) reported

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I’ve “reached out” several times from another number to your call centre that gives constant excuses!! And won’t admit you have a network issue thats failing all us customers

  • Cliff_Caird Cliff Caird (@Cliff_Caird) reported

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Their 5G is shocking. My phone actually slows down and often grinds to a half when it connects to 5G

  • faisalimran3862 Faisal Imran awaan (@faisalimran3862) reported

@ThreeUK Worst network worst choice worst services

  • mynameissport mynameissport - (Next project TBC) (@mynameissport) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I am trying to pop up my pay as you go phone with a voucher or card details online via the three website and even tried the app but it comes up with a generic error of 'Sorry, we're having some technical issues right now please try again later' can you help?

  • harlequin_1963 Gary Mackenzie (@harlequin_1963) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Already had all the tests done, it's three engineers working in local masts, and no date for finish. Have PM's and emails. Was promised it was a short term problem when I initially complained in August.

  • amprincemusic Andy Prince (@amprincemusic) reported

@ThreeUKSupport The new SIM came as an additional one to my primary SIM, without a device. My old phone is a 2016 SE, which I’m led to believe will no longer receive software support.
