    @ThreeUKSupport is there an issue in swanage? For the last year or so? I used to have excellent signal here at home and now I’m lucky if I get 1 bar. Horrendous

    @ThreeUKSupport Please help.i returned 2 tablets using Three’s prepaid return packaging around April 2025. After repeatedly being told there was no evidence, BOTH have now been found. Three says they were β€œreceived” June 2026 and won’t fully refund me. I need this investigated

    @ThreeUKSupport shocking charge me Β£12 for 7 day European pass. Block it after 1 day for fair usage policy. Rude on support and tell me I have to wait to buy another pass as this one is active for 7 days. Leave me unable to use my phone for navigation in Europe! Scam!

    @ThreeUK Hi, can you let me know the progress of fixing the data around Basingstoke? 4G and 5G seem available, the the data is slow on non existent. It’s been like this for at least 5 months.
