@ThreeUKSupport Hi. In Greece bought an unlimited data add on monthly as PAYG customer with 3 phones (2 in Greece). Do I also have to pay £2 pd? Of £5 for data passport. Confused!

  • nasser_kinda Kinda Nasser (@nasser_kinda) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Yes I have, still no email. I need this sorted immediately. This is unacceptable. I last contacted three on Friday... and again was told ' you should get the email' and even asked me if you can we close the complaint! I need this for insurance purposes and need it sorted.

  • 3ysmike Mike Battersby (@3ysmike) reported

@ThreeUK completely appalling service from 3. Bought an unlimited data add on. Can’t speak to anyone. Chat not working and still they want to charge £2 per day! They’ve made it impossible to talk to anyone. Beware roaming!
