And it also doesn’t help that @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport are about as much use and as reliable as a chocolate tea pot in summer. Paying near on £100 a month between the two and STILL don’t have a good signal.

@ThreeUK really poor form to cut off a call at 2000 even though I’m mid way through sorting a problem. Talking of which, why is it so difficulty to 1) get a sim to me on time and 2) switch a number. Perhaps having UK based & UK nationals working your phone and chat helpdesks?

@ThreeUK I can’t tell you how much of a joke your company is when trying to fix things. My wife has had no working phone since November 19th and constantly been told it’ll be working/activated in 48 hrs etc on and on. Now she is on your help chat who have said everything is fixed

@ThreeUKSupport first there was a problem w my upgrade so had to re do it over phone. Then was told will be delivered beginning of month. Then the 9th. Then on the 16th, then tomorrow, they anywhere between now and 16th then tomorrow again and now theyre telling me any time between now and 16th

@ThreeUKSupport Got through to complaints told me I put wrong delivery address and to cancel contact as only solution. Disgusted with cust serv very rude and disrespectful. 2 days off work & don't know if or when it will ever arrive. Please sort it out for me @ThreeUKSupport! 3/3
