@ThreeUKSupport I just want to play music saved on my phone, through my Huawei Speaker AI Cube and it will not play!! I've tried multiple devices with no joy. Connected to another huawei speaker and it worked fine, so my new device has an issue and I would like this replaced!

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve only gone to Twitter publicly because you won’t help me privately the dozen times I’ve tried and to make sure other people can see that.

@ThreeUKSupport Not that I can see and even if there was surely hiding additional costs in small print isn’t really in the spirit of good customer relations. Particularly as I’ve been a customer for about 10 years.

@ThreeUKSupport Thank you. It’s as well as sending paper copies which obviously would be delayed at the moment. Apparently a really good encryption service is @EgressSoftware my College use that if they want to send in Cryptid emails and I think it works well for them.

@ThreeUKSupport I Can Connect To It, But No Sound Plays Through Speaker If Playing Via Bluetooth, Only Music To Play Is Via Alexa/Amazon Music. How Do I Get A Replacement? Its Obviously Faulty. Can Connect To Another Huawei Speaker (That's The Same) Via Bluetooth, Without Any Issues. Thanks
