@ThreeUKSupport yes, I am a customer of the store, I already have the three chip, I went to change my plan and my friends with the same bank managed to do it, in my turn I was informed that I could not continue to change plans, I was denied the right to buy, disgusting I have money to pay

@ThreeUKSupport But in the help desk call he told us the number was terminated - how could it be if I’m using it , and much more importantly, why would it be ? My guest uses this and needs it for Universal credit and school/ bank. Why would 3 do this and then pull out after a month?

@ThreeUKSupport If I try to access via the 3app the page is all loaded down a thin strip on the right and then if I manage to get on a page and try to select an upgrade phone it just tells me I need to check eligibility and this just loops back to the phone list
