    @ThreeUKSupport Not to be rude but I don't believe that. If that was the case then it shouldn't have happened in the first place. And what actions get taken are behind closed doors, so a customer will never know what happened. So no point.

    Hi @ThreeUK 👋🏼 New customer for a week now and I’m still waiting for my number to be transferred to my new phone. Had a text two days ago to say it’ll be done that night, still hasn’t. I’m missing vital texts as a key worker, this needs sorting ASAP.

    @ThreeUKSupport It's a monthly contract, I have several contracts as well as my whole family being with three. It's a Samsung note 10 plus, it's happening at home, even when we are connected to WiFi their is no signal or WiFi calling.

    @ThreeUKSupport I have now had no WiFi from my mobile box from around Sept 2020. I have spoken to support and they said they would change the device, but none were in stock. I am still paying and you are in breach of contract. I have been aThree customer for over 10 years but

    @ThreeUK Whomever I dial, I get an automated message saying "You can no longer dial 153 from your Three handset. Please redial using 118 313 to connect to the Three international directory service." How can you fix this? Been happening for a few days now.

    @nicgibney @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK I must be one of the lucky ones having no problems with 3 and find their prices excellent. Have stayed with them for the travel deal which has been redundant for 11.5 months!!!🙄
