    @kellielizabeth @ThreeUK It’s like £5 a day to use your phone as normal in the US now it’s so dumb. Luckily there’s wifi everywhere but if you’re without signal and don’t know where you are it’s a little scary!

    @ThreeUKSupport @Bagpus I see a trend here. Three send a letter promising a refund but don't process it unless the customer chases it up. This happened with my wife's refund as well. It's too common to be one off mistake. Naughty naughty

    @ThreeUKSupport 5G mast seems down on TS17, Network status checker returns an error for my postcode ("Sorry about this, but we can’t provide a status update right now"). Can you confirm if there are any works being carried out in the area and give an ETA? thanks

    @ThreeUK I have been trying to resolve an overcharging issue with you for a month. You still have my money and I am being made to constantly chase you up for the refund. Please can someone resolve this for me? It’s been over 4 weeks. Absolutely awful customer service experience.
