@ThreeUKSupport @hex This is absolutely ridiculous. I've also had issues with Three support in the past and it's atrocious. Calls and calls, trying to speak to an actual human. Being told to call back again and again. So unreliable

@ThreeUK Previously great 4g signal now non existent, only reason I renewed! No 5g sign & charged double for worse! Phone swapped out, waiting new SIM & expect a heavy discount. I also refuse to deal with incompetent fools in your India call centre telling me there is not a problem wtf?!

@mikeasharp @ThreeUKSupport @AQ74410 But the phone number generator doesn’t identify someone as a customer of a particular company. This did. Also a person doesn’t need to be identified for it to be a breach. Email addresses don’t identify an individual person but lists of them have classed as breaches in the past
