Nice one @ThreeUK and @AppleSupport for sending me my phone update but not including a charger head, so I can’t actually use the product. Oh and then telling me that I need to pay extra for that. Excellent service, just top notch

@ThreeUKSupport I was in Manchester City centre the other day and kept having serious connection issues. It was fine while I was walking outside, but completely went as soon as I entered a shop. Even switching airplane mode on and off didn't really help. Improvements are needed!

@ThreeUK why does your website and support staff say you can get a esim in store when store staff say “3 don’t do esims” Who’s wrong?

  • HelenFawcett Helen Knits (@HelenFawcett) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Been referred to Samsung as phone under warranty. But the issue isn't on the repair check boxes- no option for 'other' as it's non specific

  • dale_mason1 Dale Mason (@dale_mason1) reported

@ThreeUKSupport what absolute rubbish support from Three today. Don’t know if the issue is even resolved because the agent then hung up, absolutely terrible service

  • onepablo Naulus Madley (@onepablo) reported

Dear @ThreeUKSupport sorry to put you on the spot publicly, I've had enough: your phone support people are terrible and literally lied to me. How would I get a transcript of our multiple calls since February please?
