Grr @ThreeUK data has now just gone. I use a data sim as my wifi as can’t get phone line in to my flat. I know the network was down but the data was still working until 5 minutes ago. Not impressed - glad they are not my mobile provider

  • elissetennis Elisa (@elissetennis) reported

@ThreeUK It's now been around 10hrs without being able to make or receive calls... that's a whole working day 😐 You should compensate everyone who has been affected by it today.... maybe you'll work harder at getting the issue resolved if you have to pay back to your loyal customers

  • LuSchmoo Lu (@LuSchmoo) reported

@iD_Mobile_UK @ThreeUKSupport 2/2 phones, same Sim card. Even with the other phone we tried, the same issue occurred. many thanks.

Hey @ThreeUK & @ThreeUKSupport a few days ago you sent me an email saying the merger is complete with Vodafone. Why don't you allow us to roam on their signal for free until you get your act together with sorting yourselves out so we can make and receive calls?
