@ThreeUKSupport Hi. I’ve had no internet on my mobile broadband devices (2 off) for a week now I phoned you’re customer services and basically was just fobbed of saying it was the weather the weather has not been bad all week so it was just an excuse there is a new mast getting put up nearby

@ThreeUK you really need to sort your customer service team and the way you manage your services!! I called to update my details and your team member took the card details for about 5 minutes repeating it over and over. The call was disconnected and he called from a SCAM NUMBER.

@VodafoneUK losing a loyal customer after 14 years. Offered me 2GB of data a month for £10 and wouldn’t budge. Thought this was a joke so spoke to @ThreeUK who offered a massive 100GB for £12. No brainer!
