@ThreeUK please could someone give me a call regarding a serious complaint. I’ve spoken to 4 people this evening & been given conflicting info. Basically, I cancelled a contract yet you’ve continued to take money from my account. I shouldn’t have to take to SM to be heard.

@ThreeUKSupport cancelled my contract, moved my number & 3 txt me saying me next bill would be £0. then 3 weeks later i get txts and calls saying i've got a £50 bill and nearly £30 early termination to pay. then when trying to resolve i get hung up on. not to be a karen but, wtf yo?

@ThreeUK just had a call back from Three, still refused to speak with me without memorable name etc. Can I correspond with you by letter/email? No we don’t support either of these, you have to write a letter with al this plus id and then call us #nowaytorunabusiness

@ThreeUKSupport hello i really need help i have a mobile wifi device and i want to upgrade it to a newer device but when i go to login it asks for a phone number of the device and the sim doesnt have a phone number, so i have no way of checking anything my account e.g remaning MB

@jess_reeves97 @ThreeUK It’s actually awful, both of the advisors I spoke to were bad tempered and dismissive. I asked to speak to someone else and was told I couldn’t, then he proceeded to go through a script for two minutes whilst I tried to explain he didn’t understand my point. I’m so drained

@ThreeUK please please please, sort out your network, I have tried over the last 3/4 months to cancel my contract and you won’t let me but your mobile service is awful, I have been a three customer for a long time but I now want to leave because it’s so bad!

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport How long are you doing 5G network upgrades for. It's unacceptable to say that you're performing upgrades which distrupt the usage of our phones without providing a time scale. Are we going to recieve our money back for this time we cannot use our phones?
