@Superexo @ThreeUKSupport A complaint doesn't get you a proof of purchase. Complaints don't provide proof of purchases. You request it from customer services. They take your details and pass to a back office. Back office provide POP. If they haven't provided it, there may be a discrepancy.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi there. Yes I’ve done all this to no avail. Updated phone software, reset network settings. And made sure to check if connected to three. Still won’t work.

  • sammypreston11 Sam Preston (@sammypreston11) reported

@GetMeAManager @ThreeUKSupport Thanks for the advice. I definitely don’t have two accounts as I’ve been with EE since I was old enough to have a contract, switched to Three but cancelled within 14 days due to poor service. I asked for a letter confirming my account is closed and the letter above is what I got

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Please explain to me why your phone signal, and most of all internet signal, is nothing short of abysmal? Literally a third of the day/night there is about 1% signal, and the rest of the day it is so intermittent and frustratingly poor!

@ThreeUK why are use saying a owe use £497. A am not a 3 customer. And not been one for over 3 years. This is harassment. And shocking.

@ThreeUKSupport Still not working! Been 2 weeks!!!!

  • GetMeAManager Karen is Correct (@GetMeAManager) reported

@sammypreston11 @ThreeUKSupport Looks to me like 1 of 2 things. 1- You have 2 accounts and this is for your other one you forgot you had. 2- You specifically requested a 'zero balance' letter from customer services and they happily obliged to send you it, even though you had a balance to pay.

  • RobinLondonUK Robin (@RobinLondonUK) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I still have not been able to access the link you sent me. Always says ‘please try later’. Two weeks in and still no one can call me. I really need this sorting urgently especially as people need to be able to call me over Christmas. Been a customer over a decade.

@uinmybusinesslo @ThreeUKSupport How can customer service help with a store order? Where's your logic?

  • GetMeAManager Karen is Correct (@GetMeAManager) reported

@that_redman @ThreeUKSupport If you used a PAC with another provider, your three contract will automatically cancel. It's all very self explanatory when you request the PAC. Once you transfer, you get a final bill. If you're in contract still, you'll have term fees for the remainder. It cannot be reversed.
