    @ThreeUKSupport When I click it, nothing happens. Opening the developer console shows a lot of Javascript errors that say that the server is not reachable.

    @ThreeUKSupport It does not work. Yet another reason for me to leave Three. Why have customer service that only works on social media? I actively block social media.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hiya. Customer service reckon delivery was attempted today but I didn't get the text with the time slot or tracking information. They have said it should arrive by Friday so I'll wait and see. Ordered the Samsung S20 FE.

    @ThreeUKSupport Well how do I know that? You ask for personal details like date of birth and post code but don’t have any way of confirming I’m speaking three? You ask the customer to verify yet your the one making the call? If that’s the number on the account then it’s likely it’s that person

    @FeyiCarter @ThreeUKSupport Totally agree. They lie, repeatedly. And in my case stole over £358 out of my bank account after I was told by customer service that the charge had been cancelled. EE have some really good deals atm.

    @ThreeUKSupport Your staff seem to be incapable of doing their job. Can't provide a PAC code because I wanted to leave due to the horrific service, can't send out the right replacement sim so I can get said PAC code?!
