@ThreeUKSupport No issues Monday to Friday. Issues have been weekend only. This is the 3rd weekend. Reliant on mobile signal (no landline) important to keep connection with isolating elderly parents.

@ThreeUKSupport SIM CARD INFO shows the number as UNKNOWN - I know how a SIM Card works and there seems to be many users with this problem, after ordering a replacement SIM. I use another SIM from another provider and number shows. Typical Three!

@ThreeUKSupport I’m trying to send a text message to a specific number and they just won’t send. I can receive texts from this specific number but can’t reply. I also can send texts to other numbers without any issues. Any advice???

@ThreeUKSupport @samsung say this is a service provider issue. I had my SIM replaced & ever since then, my number is unknown and I cannot use certain services because it cannot verify my number. This is a @ThreeUK issue! The hint in my question was MSISDN! The phone number was not applied to sim
