@ThreeUKSupport I have already logged a complaint but with no luck. Complaint ref no: 31181516. Been offered some money back as goodwill after spending long time on chat and phone calls. Don’t want to waste more time going through complaints process again.

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUKSupport , @ThreeUK having said that you cannot simply rub off the hands pushing it on Samsung. Why can't ThreeUK send Carrier Update Settings PUSH on to the phone when every other network out there can do so ? Please answer me this.

@ThreeUKSupport This information is not a state secret or probably even useful to your competitors. So it would be useful to release this information as I switched to Three because the new mast was erected and I wanted better reception in a generally poor area from all the mobile providers. #5g

@ThreeUKSupport 4G has been down for me for around 3 weeks for me as there has been some fault with mast ebn4778 today its showing as no faults on your website yet every time it does switch on over to 4G my signal drops to 1 bar download speed is 0.43mbps

@ThreeUKSupport We complained a few weeks back to 3 there was a issue with the local transmitter but apparently is now fixed

@ThreeUKSupport This as been going on for weeks Either sounds like under water or after a few mins you get cut off. This is on all the phones and happens when in other areas too. It's so bad that after 10 plus years with 3 I'm thinking of moving as 400 pounds per month for what we are getting

@ThreeUKSupport Well I don't think that would have helped as I was having the issue on multiple browsers, as well as in an incognito window. However I managed to solve the problem by ordering a new SIM card from a different network and requesting a PAC code.

@ThreeUKSupport No, only local sms through BSNL network is being received. I am not able to get otp's from all global services like google whatsapp etc.I tried many login attempts at different platforms. And finally at night after many hours , I received a google otp. But it was of no use
