  • Kirkylufc Kirky (@Kirkylufc) reported

@MusclesBeats @ThreeUKSupport @Ofcom You don’t need to speak to anyone to cancel bro, you can just request a PAC code from them online, google it or go through the My3 app, give it to your new provider and it cancels the contract from the moment your number transfers over.

@ThreeUKSupport Not at home but whenever im in Newcastle which can be 4 times a week I rarely get a decent signal.

  • IBBoard IBBoard (@IBBoard) reported

@ThreeUK I suspect it's all a plot to not have to deal with PAYG customers and con them into unnecessary contacts. Or make them leave so that they're someone else's support issue. But you'd have thought margins would be good versus huge bundles of unlimited at fixed price on contract!

  • dadnante chris tuttle (@dadnante) reported

@ThreeUKSupport If this one doesn't turn I'll be cancelling my contract. As this is shocking customer service.

  • Confusezeus Nadim Shehadi نديم شحاده (@Confusezeus) reported

Can anyone understand @ThreeUK’s attempts to get rid of its customers? Any recommendations what service to change to?

  • immuddii Mudassar Hassan (@immuddii) reported

@ThreeUK has issued me with a bank giro credit of £16.28 but can’t tell me why. All I keep being told is I’ve been issued with it so I can use it. Which is nice a little extra money never hurt anyone. But why have I been given this?
