    @ThreeUK Hugely dissapointed with @ThreeUK won a competition on the 3rd August with a supposed delivery date of within 45 days and still not received my prize. Im sure if i went online to buy the same prize id receive it no problem within days. Bad way to treat customers

    @ThreeUK is a joke. My phone got stolen and long story short they can't send me a new sim so I ask them to resolve the issue and they said they'll need to send a code to my number to confirm my identity, so like should I ask the guy who nicked my phone for this number or what???

    @ThreeUKSupport Your Contact web-page says "Live Chat is open 08:00 – 22:00 Monday to Friday, and 09:00 – 20:00 Saturday and Sunday" but right now, 7.57pm, your CHAT button IS NOT WORKING AT ALL. I joined "Three" because you offer "Wifi-Calling", but "Wifi-Calling" isn't working!

    @ThreeUK merging with @VodafoneUK is the worst idea you’ve ever had. Have you seen how they treat their customers? My mum has spent most of this year in hospital and they sent bailiffs AFTER confirming her contract was cancelled. They’re appalling #customerexperience

    Anyone in the #MobileTech world can give me a hand? Customers on @ThreeUK are not able to call me since I moved to @O2. I have been sent back and forth each telling me to contact the other. I'm sure it's a simple routing problem. Anyone has any emails one can use? #ThreeUK #O2

    @ThreeUKSupport I just came back from a store and their system wouldn't let them give me a new sim, we went through like 5 different call centre officers to sort it out and none of them were helpful at all 😭. I think its time to give your store employees more access to customer accounts tbh
