    @ThreeUK hi. Just received a call from 01564444032 saying it was from 3. The agent wanted to reduce in 40% my monthly bill. When I started asking questions she put the phone down. It wasn't 1st time it happened. Very annoying. Ps: I'm a customer by the way.

    @ThreeUKSupport This isn’t a today problem. This has been ongoing for a few weeks now. Pretty much anytime I’m not connected to Wi-Fi, service is poor, wherever I am.

    @ThreeUK As usual, there’s nothing like actual data (pardon the pun). I was at the shops, so picked up a @ThreeUK payg sim to test. OMG!! What a difference compared to @EE . I get a strong signal everywhere in the house, even where EE blames my house materials for a lack of signal…tbc

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK Hi, since upgrading my contract, I'm not getting 5G signal, just 4G. Is it possible to send out a new SIM card?

    @ThreeUKSupport Done all that, had a new sim card had endless messages that it's work in my area. They must follow me around because my signal has been Internet has been rubbish from Bristol to Glasgow and everywhere in between. Its always try this, try that. Its never sorry! Just keep paying

    @ThreeUKSupport Unfortunately, I could not as Three app always out of service! Always I recieve Error when I try to open the bills!
