Apparently it's a glitch so you have to cancel my order and give me a refund...but then want me to pay the full price and not the price I had already paid....I had already got an order number, and you took payment.

I have managed to sort another upgrade with the in store team. I am very disappointed with the online and telephone advisors, and have lost 2 days work waiting for deliveries.
