@ThreeUKSupport You have turned adult filters on without me asking to and I am unable to login to my home broadband account ever since I was “upgraded” to 5G - I can only login to my mobile account. Have tried calling and online chat and I’m getting nowhere with either issue!

@ThreeUKSupport Whenever I call 333 I get out through to call centres in India and they are unable to help. Why was it put on if your website guidance says you don’t automatically put restrictions on? Also where can I see what three considers ‘adult’ content.

Ever since I was told I had to upgrade to @ThreeUK home broadband from @three_broadband or I’d get cut off there’s been problems. Think I’ve finally resolved the issues they caused, but they didn’t make it easy. Communications companies really need to learn how to communicate.

@ferretd69 @ThreeUKSupport I’ve been with three for years and had few issues at my main address or surrounding area but this area has had problems on and off for the last year, maybe it needs upgraded.

@ThreeUKSupport Absolutely no where. I have been on the phone for the past hour, rudely spoken to by a customer service representative. He did not even offer me the complaints procedure after I asked for it.
