@ThreeUKSupport Also what do you do when the complaints person doesnt look at the full notes? - So i told them to close complaint without resolution &i am leavng as NOONE can answer me the simple question - if i arrange a deal, can notes go on account to allow me to go in store & collect phone!

@ThreeUK @XiaomiUK I won’t be taking out any new products with you until you cancel the up front charges. Also, I’m quite likely to cancel my existing mobile contract with you in December. I have been a customer more than six years!

@ThreeUK honestly the worst set up for going abroad, clicking your links to get the data passport will only take you to the front page of your site. 8 years with your service coming to an end with the terrible service.

1/5 Maybe @Warehouse_CP need to have a look at the latest data protection rules.. I had an unsolicited call today where is was told that they got me details from @ThreeUK, odd as not been a customer of theirs for at least 10 years if not 15..

@MrsSarahOgden @ThreeUK @VodafoneUK Over an hour with so called support and all they can offer is a transfer to a chatbot with a different name to repeat the same 6 variants of “reboot the device”, “we are looking into it” and “are we still connected”

Oh by the way, it took over half an hour to make the last tweet; and had both switch from 4G to 3G to move my phone to a different location and back again thanks to @ThreeUKSupport network still not being improved in the area I have no other Internet access.

In coffee shop wife on @O2 daughter on @ThreeUK all working fine. Me on @EE once again no signal. Happens a lot! Great marketing but thats all.
