    @ThreeUKSupport A test was run by the engineer I spoke to over the phone in November, he agreed that he could see a fault that should be fixed within two hours, it's taken two months, I should have to do nothing more, I also know it's not just me that has made this complaint, fix it

    @ThreeUKSupport #BTCsecurity #BTC unbeliveable lack of support and professionalism from your site. My friend's tel number was #Hacked and transfered by your customer service operator and he lost access to all his verification codes loosing all his assets. 3 days he is 1/2

    @ThreeUKSupport The operator told me it was now definitely cancelled and my debt would be wiped. He told me he’d send an email confirmation. The email never came and yesterday I was contacted by debt collectors.
