    @ThreeUKSupport But the complaint was for them messing it up prior, this complaints person messed it up again? It’s absolutely shocking service. If it’s not resolved when I phone up in 30 days I’ll be looking to raise this further and looking to cancel this contract… not what I expected

    I've been with @ThreeUK for over 10 years. I was told by customer retention when I tried to leave 10 years ago I could have this tariff for life. I've just received an email telling me that promise is about to be reneged upon, as you'll be moving me to a worse plan within a month

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks for replying Mark. Tbh it’s just getting worse in central London. I rely on a good network to process Credit card payments. It’s becoming really difficult!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport No I get that. But why are we being charged £2 per day? It’s not an issue for me as my contract started before October 21. But previously we haven’t been charged

    @ThreeUK & @WHSmith So disappointed In your customer service. Bought a sim but the credit wasn’t added to the sim. We can’t go back to the shop and @ThreeUK won’t add the credit despite me having all the relevant details. Nice little scam you have going on there

    @ThreeUKSupport absolutely livid. Cancelled contract told repeatedly that date cancelled would not incur a early termination fee yet my final bill had one! We had a text when had the pac code to say final bill would be £0!! Disgusting. Extremely poor

    @ThreeUKSupport I have restarted the device several times. I have reset the network setting as previously suggested. This is affecting calls and data in and around the area of my home address. In other parts of the city the reception is fine

    @ThreeUKSupport I requested a number change. I’m gonna need this sorted today if it cannot be sorted before the end of the day I’ll have to leave the network. 4 days stuck with a number that doesn’t work on a contract that I’m paying for just doesn’t sit right with me. This isn’t worth my money.
