    I can't actually take this stress anymore... Can't believe mylife and world is being taken away from me by the incompetence of @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK CR team. How can a company not just write an email to me saying they are dealing with my issue? I have no ways out of this

    @ThreeUK I have just upgraded to iPhone 13 however I am having trouble accessing Instagram as every time I click the app it closes again, I also cannot log on the web as it says error but Instagram still works perfectly fine on my old phone. Iv re installed app etc and nothing

    @ThreeUK ☐ Appalling customer service. I have sent 5 emails to Customer Service Advisors and to the Customer Services Manager (to ask a very basic question) who still hasnt had the manners to reply. I have filled out complaint forms and recieved no response. This is not okay
