    @ThreeUKSupport Yes it’s a new contract I’m about 3 months in. Very happy with the network, it’s just the phone. I need the Google play or I phone to get the apps I need for work. I hope there’s something you can do please🤞🏼

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes, I spoke to 3 support and was told my email address would be taken off your system. A company that knows what it is doing will verify an email address before starting to use it.

    Absolutely appalling customer services. Someone managed to take out a contract in my name and I’ve had no support. Please tell me how that’s possible and so easy to do without security checks??!! @ThreeUK

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks, my phone says less than 300 mb over the past 2 days, 10gb over the past month of which 5gb was tethering so how I could be near the limit is beyond me. Think there's a problem somewhere, can you access my account and check?
