    @ThreeUKSupport @SkyHelpTeam Hi there, we are still having an issue with downloading Sky content onto our Sky Q Box with 3’s 5G router. Has happened in the past week and both your customer services team say you are looking into it to no avail.

    So, @O2 and @EE, I'm currently paying £10 a month for 15gb of 5g data, but their service is getting worse, even in non busy areas. Do either of you have something similar? PAYG only, no contracts, even rolling monthly ones, @ThreeUK have screwed me over in the past with those

    @ThreeUKSupport Why can’t your customer experience team even check if there another colour available earlier without initiating a new contract? Either you have a terribly dysfunctional system or dishonest staff, & I’m sure it’s not the later?

    @ThreeUK customer service 0/10. I’ve been cut off from live chat numerous times in mid conversation by the person I’m talking to. I’ve contacted technical support and was mis advised twice. I was told to go to store who said they can’t help me as my purchase was online. Shocking.
