@ThreeUKSupport You're joking. It's taken 21 hours to reiterate a chat link- customers do not want a chat link, customers want to actually speak to somebody and get several issues sorted in one go- the only redeeming quality of this provider is internet and even that is shoddy at best

@GetMeAManager @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Entitled to be agree and advise people not to use them as a provider. I have NEVER experienced such poor customer service in my life. 9 phone calls (2 of which hung up on me) and still no further to finding out what happened to my order. So please, don’t patronise me.

@ThreeUK so I have to wait 2 weeks for my replacement SIM card turned up.............now you told me to wait 24 to 48 hours until it's activated...... think I'm going to cancel it

@molimo3 @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK It's all downhill from March 2021 for their customer services. All offshore customer support from March onwards. Maybe they will spend their savings from customer service quality with network quality.

@ThreeUK Hi Three! Just wondering if you think it is acceptable to take your customers on a wild goose chase so they expire their grace period and can't freely cancel their contract despite not having any signal or coverage since day one and complaining 6 times? Cheers!

Karen is Correct (@GetMeAManager) reported
@dannybs09 @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Firstly, you are required to pay for that. So don't moan about that. However, I agree that their customer support is the worst. As of March 2021, ALL of their support will be fully offshore. Three are cutting costs of their last remaining quality teams.

Avoid @ThreeUK like the plague, absolutely dreadful customer service and nobody has a clue what’s going on, I now waste a day trying to resolve their issues...

@ThreeUKSupport I spoke to 5 different people on 23/11 over a 2.5 hr period as they kept disconnecting me. I was told Billing would be in touch in 4-5 days. You've over charged me £221 in a month on a £9 contract. Shocking service.
