Utterly useless service from AOL/Yahoo/TalkTalk yet again following my complaint reference the breakdown/failure of their systems. So irritating when you pay for a service and don't get it. I was told by a rep ref. AOL: "it's a very old platform.." as if that was an excuse. @AOL

I was told by a rep ref. AOL: "it's a very old platform.." as if that was an excuse. If it doesn't work, they shouldn't take my money. @TalkTalk is a useless outfit too. I was called for months by fake Indian call centres after their data hack. My home internet sucks. @AOL @Ofcom

@AOLSupportHelp Hi AOL support, my mom forgot her password for her AOL account. When trying to recover password the website says “uh-oh looks like we can’t recover your account online. Please visit our help site to get back in” is there anyway you could help?

@PeterSchiff accept #Bitcoin as a payment don't solve that problem. Why people do not understand this? Bitcoin is the AOL of the 90's.

Has any company ever gaslighted millions of people as well as AOL did? They had most of us believing that you NEEDED their service to connect to the internet, or that AOL just WAS the internet. I remember being so confused by "web browsers" for the longest time because of that.
