    @XfinitySupport I need your help please! I have upgraded and exchanged my equipment. I upgraded my internet plan. And I still have terrible internet connection! Most of the time my tv sits there and loads and loads! I feel like I have AOL dial up all over again! For $120/month!

    Like when this problem was a thing for AOL and chatrooms at least the computer was wide open, in living room or whatever. Easier to supervise for parents.

    @heroinebook It's through a private company, because I'm having trouble finding any municipal programs within our area. I just don't remember this ever being an issue when I was a kid! Swimming lessons seemed to constantly appear like AOL discs.
