@7thGenLilith @RespectJeter_ @LilNasX They have strong public 5g wifi in hell where all the telecommunications CEOs go while they're still running dial up in heaven because it's mostly just old people who don't know how to login to AOL

  • NavornJohnson Navorn Johnson (@NavornJohnson) reported

@engineering_bae We had same problem on Android and iPhones. The preinstalled mail app just broke all of a sudden. Couldn't find a fix online. Ended up just downloading the AOL app and using that.

  • commentoniowa Comments on Iowa (@commentoniowa) reported

@gazettedotcom "Facilitate" broadband? Does legislation have a definition of broadband and a minimum up/down to be allowed to use the term? Let's make sure its 1Gb dwn/500Mb up. That would be a floor in 2020's (easy over fiber) Anything less is 21st C version of 1990s AOL dialup. @DMRegister

@calimccammon I had trouble choosing between compuserv and AOL back in the day.

  • iaincollins Iain Collins (@iaincollins) reported

@thedoh @synackpse It was meant to be a joke then I had a flashback. MySQL on PHP could use file caching for SQL queries, and at a least once place I worked - AOL UK/TalkTalk - the cache was a shared volume web servers mounted over NFS and it had every entirely predicable problem.

  • BlowUpRadio BlowUpRadio (@BlowUpRadio) reported

@johnsb01 I do miss physically going into a video store... heck after the last year I miss physically walking into any store LOL But scrolling thru [insert streaming svc of choice] is virtually the same thing. Never had AOL, but I remember those that did hated being Always Off Line

@Alvamiga @AOL @AOLSupportHelp Hmmmm. ;) It is incredible how uninspiring they can be. They told me that it was my computer. I told them it would auto-correct & they said impossible. It did, late yesterday. Most frustrating company with zero customer loyalty acknowledgement.

@NbaFan801 Damn bro how many AOL free trial cds you go through to be able to post this many videos online?
