    @British_Airways I think we received an email but I can’t check as we had to change email address as house was broken into and bank advised us to change everything and aol closed my account, I just need info for bank as phones and computers all taken x

    @AOLSupportHelp So basically, you cannot help me. You cannot have someone call me & it is fine for me to be on hold for almost an hour so far - for an issue that occurs on a regular basis? My fault. I have been with AOL for 20 yrs. & I know I should switch to gmail. Damn!
