@AOLSupportHelp I’m getting the worst support ever. I noticed that my DOB is incorrect on my account. The support rep refuses to escalate to a higher level. I’ve asked to speak to his manager & it seems I’ve been purposely put on hold for now over an hour. 25+yr customer

@FLDEO I guess the Connect site is running on 1996 dial up aol bc it's the absolute worst government run website I've ever seen. We're talking like 3rd world countries have better info systems.

@JoJoesArt In 1994 Paper Magazine took an illustration of mine down from AOL. Removed my signature and copyright and used it full page editorial. They never paid. They made a sad $250 offer afterwords. Justice is reminding all for last 27 years online.;) Paper magazine. Thieves.;)

@brainwipe @aggroboy I've never heard of the Eternal September. I first went online in 1996 I think. What I do have though is a screengrab I took - probably Win3.1 and NetScape or AOL of a site - no adverts, no plugs, no tricky links, just the Internet as we thought it always would be ...

.@AOL Fix your Android app. Every time this backup email address to my @yahoomail pops up a notification on my phone of a new email, I click the *delete* bit of the notification, then months later when I've received a message worth checking, there's 143 messages there NOT deleted
