    @davidgerard In 1995 on my very first day on the web using AOL, a bot pretending to be AOL Support phished me for my password. Realised what happened when I checked the AOL forum. Nowadays crypto people do this exact same scam, so maybe when they say ‘early internet’ they just mean phishing.

    am i going through a brain problem or do am i remembering correctly that you used to be able to un-send emails on AOL if the recipient didn't read it yet? what happened to this idea?

    @Jam2go Is there a program that runs Discord but looks like AOL? 👀 If you boil them down their layout and menus aren't too far apart

    cedar and ruby are the horrible couple from aol that ruin it for kids that arent two people.

    @haroon_natamam You are right sir ji I have a question that Maryam Nawaz is on bail. No one talk or do rit to cancel her bail she is on bail due to Nawaz sharif sickness now he rn away from country and still Maryam is out of the jail and always barking ( AOL foul) why don't you talk in your show

    at some point nine or ten years ago, Microsoft was thiiiiiiiis close to moving its ad business from AppNexus to AOL. I actually have heard that it DID – the news was handed down and AN clawed it back. They ended up splitting the biz, Appnexus pretty much won out and here we are.
