  • RandulosVisions Each Hit Music - Since 1972 (@RandulosVisions) reported

Been a week since trying to get the final few dollars and CLOSE FOREVER this @FTX_Official account. One of the worst web experiences since AOL 1995

  • MarshaAz58 🌈❤️#MedicareForAll!🏳️‍🌈NoWars (@MarshaAz58) reported

@GarciaJames54 @DrCT_Phats What am I gimmicking? I never ask for money oh wait my enormous following? Tell randos online ****. I’ve been online since aol chat rooms. You don’t like that I hate cops. It triggers you.

  • JiggAlmighty Anxiety’s Angel 👼🏾 (@JiggAlmighty) reported

@McFlyManly Like damn near would have been better off just continuing to use them aol CDs lmaooooo

  • CareerTechNinja Richard Kincaid (@CareerTechNinja) reported

That moment when @VerizonSupport says service is back up in your area, yet your gigabit internet is still providing .76MBPS download speeds...since last Wednesday. Really? At this point, AOL from 1996 would be better...

  • bignorth Big Ant (@bignorth) reported

@ThatEricAlper Downloading Progs for AOL and being a complete nuisance in chats smh. Good ol days of punters n macros n **** lol.

  • pupiczech2 Pupiczech 🌻 (@pupiczech2) reported

@ThatEricAlper My brother told me to choose an email "handle" that was easy. I used AOL and still have a very short sign in, 6 letters, but AOL is long gone.

  • MinervaRaye Minerva Raye Omega🎸🎶 (Unhinged Arc) 🇷🇺🏳️‍⚧️ (@MinervaRaye) reported

@N0rthernHeights @BrandonThurston Discovery doesn’t want wrestling in its channels. They have bad experiences with TNA and they think wrestling is too “lowbrow” (the irony of Discovery thinking that) just like AOL did with WCW. Also, they rarely break 1m, so I wouldn’t be so sure

  • charlasek I'm Charlotte (Not Edward Norton) (@charlasek) reported

@ThatEricAlper I was a kid as the internet rolled out so my memory of what was internet vs not is fuzzy. AOL CD-ROMs are probably the earliest. One time my phone line got crossed with a neighbor down the street and I couldn’t get online until they hung up their call.

  • YoBaade brian baade (@YoBaade) reported

@Faith_Salie Never would’ve pinned him as Gmail type, figured he would still being using AOL

  • nazzpuller Nazzpuller (@nazzpuller) reported

Now as a 30 year old who pines for the AOL days and when the internet could be used as escapism, that stupid AOL “welcome” sound makes me a little emotional
