  This one time I got in trouble for running up a giant phone bill from local toll charges DLing Sailor Moon & DBZ .mov & Mega Man 8 .wav clips all night clips cuz I changed the AOL access number to Santa Cruz (cuz it was still 408), since all the local access numbers were busy.

  @AOLSupportHelp @mjnelson2 This turns out to be a known issue without a resolution. I spent ONE HOUR AND TWENTY MINUTES on the phone with AOL to gain this information. Why are they so dreadful at customer service??
