@henderson_mark Media did distribute via HTML, but they did not invent it or really make great use of it? The content/service was basically what they had in print and/or on AOL etc.

@Apple what are you doing to fix the spam emails to apple mail app that are addressed to “name”@aol.com when the person doesn’t have an AOL account? @AOL what are you doing?

  • PalaceofVictor Victor Bast (@PalaceofVictor) reported

@Hahrts Considering it’s wrong and lazy thinking. AOL/Time Warner killed WCW and TNA still exists. While I’m not the biggest fan of his work (there’s good and bad for me), he didn’t kill anything.

  • twitcontest Mike Moran (@twitcontest) reported

@no_body @Stonekettle Holy crap, I had no idea Nostradamus even had an AOL account.

  • KangarooSmells The Bad (@KangarooSmells) reported

@SuperStraight88 Hahaha. I used to host AOL chat rooms claiming to be a psychic. I gave all bad news.

Kodak, betamax, blockbuster, AOL, Motorola, Napster, Blackberry, Myspace, yahoo, Nokia, you're dreaming mate, ETH is **** tech. Even if they do actually release in June they're slow and late. Still 100x better than BTC. All dinosaurs, all dead soon.

  • digital_monad 🏴 - 18 Decimals (@digital_monad) reported

People who think crypto won't be in every household device in the next 10 years because the UX is terrible and junk, never lived when you'd be kicked off your AOL account because someone called you.

  • jdblundell Jonathan D. Blundell (@jdblundell) reported

@Eden_Eats Can we track down the folks that did the free AOL CDRoms as well?

  • SherronShabazz Sherron Shabazz (@SherronShabazz) reported

@Hahrts he didn't kill it, the aol/time warner merger killed it. he just made it suck really bad near the end. unfair to him.

@disobey I think about that every time I bring up mentions of playing the OG neverwinter on AOL or Where In The World is Carmen San Diego? Or even Oregon Trail. I am like holy crap I am getting old!
