    @AOLSupportHelp Ah good, thanks. Which settings to check and how ? I used the cog and there are no blocked accounts. I have other DMs with companies, they do see my replies (poor them…).

    Also if you don’t have time to text me back then don’t??? “Gotta go super busy” Like first of all this isn’t AOL just text me back when you can?? Also you’re trying to make me feel bad for not being at work bc I COULDN’T. I’m sure she didn’t mean it that way but why mention that?

    @AOLSupportHelp My email address is not the cause of the spam issue, it is the lack of action by AOL that is causing the spam to reach my mailbox. ‘Hopeless’ is too kind a word to use about it. /2

    @AOLSupportHelp Is there a way to Test an email Filter before applying it ? To be able to set an action and see it working first ? That would help to prove/disprove that filters are working. /3
