By banning content it sees fit. See Green v AOL.

@AOLSupportHelp So I have tried telephoning your support the number doesn't work! I followed your last suggestion and submitted a contact form and again a faceless reply saying cannot help me and perhaps I should create a new email address! This is the worst customer service

@AOLSupportHelp You sent my down this rabbit hole already and they just reply with sorry we cannot verify you. Not surprising as they don't bother to actually speak to you and as I glhave already established there is a problem with your site allowing me to log in or reset my password. Help UK
