@taekmountain I was telling my husband that I remember reading the deadspin story, but it never made sense to me as a hoax so I didn’t get invested. I was also catfishing dudes on AOL in 1997 with scanned pics of Abercrombie catalog models so I automatically assumed that’s what it was lol

@Nicos18 @AOLSupportHelp I was facing same issues not I contact @johnson13693521 for help ...try him for yours

  • Megamet1998 Mega Metool (@Megamet1998) reported

@BossierNoah @Toon4Thought A lawsuit to David Zaslav would not surprised me. Warner Bros. has a pretty bad luck with mergers, ever since the Seven Arts days. At least, AOL & AT&T treat Warner Bros. as a separate entity.

  • ChrisVillareal1 Christian Villareal (@ChrisVillareal1) reported

@TelebisyonNgAno @wbd This is just like AOL Time Warner, they've closed down WCW.

i can see what grid (conciousness network) i am connected to. was feeling terrible today. i was on the old earth grid. had reconnect to the new earth grid. now i feel WAY better. but seriously, what is this, AOL in 1999? didn't know you can be booted off grids so easily

@nohalfsends9 @IOHK_Charles You remember myspace? It was first with alkost a monopoly. Do you know where it is now? What about AOL? Etc… building things right in the long term is the solution, not being first with a faulty product.

@thord_ee_r Not guilty but also I never took a typing class — AOL instant messenger made me a faster typist. I still often prefer typing over voice to text, though.

  • LadyAceGamer Lina Maverick (Lady Ace Gamer) 🏳️‍⚧️ (@LadyAceGamer) reported

Remember Warner made a stupid merger with AOL back then that got Ted Turner no longer in power of TBS, TNT, Cartoon Network and all turner broadcasts that got WCW out of business? History repeats itself with Warner Bros. Discovery, this time, order 86 cartoons from HBO MAX.

  • PotatoMormon Sometimes they call me Roo (@PotatoMormon) reported

@whitecatprophcy I came home from my mission in the summer of '94. I never heard of the internet until the last month of my mission when a member told us that they had just signed up for AOL. I can't even imagine what it's like for missionaries now
