  @AOL my 84 year old grandmother is having a hard time resetting her password. She’s been trying all day yesterday and today to reach representatives and the hold times have been too long for her to wait. Virtual assistant just says call the hotline. Can someone please help?

  @Prolotario1 Back in the day, we paid for email. AOL was 9.99 a month. I decided to switch to free Yahoo. Called AOL to cancel. They offered me 3 free months. I said ok, then cancelled. They then sent me a paper bill for the 3 months.

  1. Most parents will let teens setup their own phone 2. The rest will give their kids a used phone that's already setup for an adult This has to be the single most stupid thing I've seen in online child safety since the start of my tech career in 1996 when I started at AOL.

  DONT GET HUGHES NET SERVICE! THEY LIE ABOUT HAVING NO CAPS ON DATA! After just 2 days the "good internet data" is gone n they downgrade u to 50 mega bumps! I had better service with AOL DIAL UP IN 1997! they want us to pay 450 bucks for early cancel! THEY SHOULD PAY US FOR LYING!

  This is wild af but when our internet was down as a teen I had a collection of these bad bois to use. Idk how it worked and my mom eventually told me she had to call so many times to cancel AOL
