sean (@usrbinsean) reported@BrianRoemmele It was quite the revelation I could finally take those free AOL floppies from deep storage and use them for Linux boot disks instead. From a time when I would literally have a disk get bad sectors going from drive to drive while never leaving my hand, they were really well made.

I can't stop them from fixing their reality, but they'll never do it in my Moment. I say stupid **** so much they probably got a ton. Plus they can fabricate anything they want, literally. I used to be untamed chaos barely in coherence. Now in the manner of two years I went from a gamer trolling on x in his downtime to what I've become for now. And wow that's a lot of self references, Jesus I gotta work on that tbh. π₯² I'm my own biggest fan

Hawara (@ein_hawara) reported@Noahpinion It is also pretty easy to imagine a world where a global, distributed network of open protocols that is mostly permissionsless did not happen in this way, and in which we only would have gotten a better AOL.
