    correction: @modernserf correctly notes that AOL didn't launch in 1997; it was around since the 80s. But in 1996, they moved from an hourly rate to a flat monthly rate, which caused home internet service to really take off here.

    (1/2) For those of you (super cool people) using an AOL mail account: if you're having trouble syncing mail with Outlook or other mail client after a Windows update, try this: 1. Log in to AOL email on browser. 2. Go to account and select account settings.

    @Wealth_Theory sometimes it's like, does anyone even read? Some altcoins are crap, some are poised to take over in a way AOL did in the late 90s, you gotta dyor, if you don't you don't belong here. But if you read, people still will pump a meme coin, so who actually knows?
