    Facebook is the only billion dollar company I know that doesn’t have live customer service. AOL had live customer service 25 years ago.

    @melanineclectic I never had one, but that was because we were too poor for internet and by the time we got it AOL wasn’t a thing anymore. And we stayed getting those CD-Roms.
