@KaskaJessica you don’t think i’m american, do you? cos there’s no need to tell me the emergency number lol but no, i’ve never used a rotary phone. internet dial up was the worst though, aol took forever to load too.

@aol @AOLSupportHelp @AOLSupportHelp You shouldn't be charging for a subscription just to reset a password when the online password reset doesn't work. Fix your system if you guys actually care about your customers and not money hungry !!

@BuilderBurns **** when I was a teenager there was no broadcasting. We had AOL instant messenger and Xbox Live. I was bouncing around on teams for COD and Halo. Even in my early 20s live streaming was just becoming a thing.

@AOL got the worst customer service. Been a member since 2009, I’m locked out my email because their website is not accepting my two factor but instead of helping me they forcing me to get a monthly plan in other to reset my password. That is so nonsense.

@Queen_Angel33 @AOLSupportHelp No they didnt help me at all, completely useless, thankfully i can access my email from my iphone so i transferred all my stuff over to my gmail email and ill be using that for now on, sucks but it is what it is

When it’s ya fault that the website is not taking the two factor. How is that fair @AOL how ya gonna force a plan on your customers for simple help. I’ve been a customer for yearsss & never heard about this before
