@HedgeDirty My considered opinion is that anyone who was around to report on AOL is not a serious voice in the conversation around modern tech issues.

  • WorldJonasNews World Jonas News (@WorldJonasNews) reported

@JonasMusicNews I done twice first time was the first show they did in nyc horrible photos. Second one was you bought the album in the city it was the best $12 I spent. Also saw them that day at aol build.

@asianmanrecords Don’t feel bad, my grandmother paid for AOL until like 2015.

  • CasteMember Dr. Castem Ember ☻ (@CasteMember) reported

@Section_230 @raquellrussell I was online before AOL started sending floppies out. I am aware. The network is the thing. AOL, compuserv & even MySpace were around when the vast majority of people were not online at all. Their networks served small audiences and there was no network penalty for switching.

Jin Ling. Come help me guess Wei Wuxian's AOL password

  • FollowUpNewsGuy Follow Up News (@FollowUpNewsGuy) reported

@emollick Is it impossible to ignore the trolls? Back in the day of AOL chat rooms we just ignored the trolls. When nobody took the bait, they left. The problem is that everyone wants to hold the troll up as an example of their ideological opponent and give them lots of exposure.

  • JohnnyR1Red Nerdy McNerdface (@JohnnyR1Red) reported

@Martez71 It’s all bullshit, it’s fake as ****. The owner and Speakman have had no impact on this club in 12 months other than a few fancy words and a new sign at the AOL. They must get this appointment right.

Just got spam called by SiriusXM. I still have no idea why they exist for anyone outside of a few long haul truckers. They are the AOL dial up service for fiber optics and 4G phones. They're the cassette tape slot for your Tesla. I'm boggled by them.
