    @R_J_M28 @AOLSupportHelp No they were no help. Suggested using the help section on the aol website. Ended up installing the aol app in her phone and that works fine.

    @AOLSupportHelp Are you aware of this email issue ; old mail folder won't open and when you open a new mail it bonces back then its lost presumably to old mail folder which cant be opened !!!!
