@aolmail Just how many months is it acceptable for the App Password Generator to be down. I have 3 AOL Mail accounts that I need to access through Outlook. You say I have to generate an app password, when I try you tell me that the feature is unavailable. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER

@designergirla @AOL @AOLSupportHelp Standard practice is to initially tell the user it is their fault first. Many times it is and often the users will fix it themselves, even if only long enough to make them go away for a bit. Half the problem is the "experts" their end know almost nothing (in most companies now).
