    Lord help me, my mother's AOL email has stopped working on her iPad due to AOL messing with 2FA setting. Trying to explain this is not going well.

    @Twoflower I was an AOL guide from '92 - '96. Screen names were never real names - if you saw one you thought might be real, you recommended changing the screen name for a list of safety reasons. The filing system for chat rooms could be a bit wonky, too.
