@AOLSupportHelp Where were these details sent? How do I get a live person on the phone? I paid for the service so I could talk to a live person. How come no one can help me get the service I paid for? I can’t believe that AOL would be this lousy. I really am so frustrated.

Watching @hbomax is similar to dialing up AOL in 1998. Literally the worst streaming platform with heinous connection issues, buffering, horrible UX. No one QA’d the thing. Movie dropped out 4x and screen went to black, then just quit. Customer Service DGAF. Stay away.

@redtreesredlips Take all of the completed film reels, burn them, melt down the ashes in acid, delete every digital copy, destroy every hard drive they were ever housed on, reappropriate every bluray as an AOL disk, and send in the MIB to neuralize everyone who has talked to someone that saw it.

@AOLSupportHelp @AOL So I pay for a support service through AOL then wait on hold for an hour and then get a message saying “we cannot help you - call back at another time.” I think this wins the award for lousy customer service. #badcustomerservice
