@aolmail after lots of requests to the UK and America fir help reseting my password, I still haven't been supported with this 😕 what is it with AOL when all you require is a reset? I've told them how import my email is but to me response. Can anyone else help with this?Agonising

@DormainDrewitz Active network used to do a lot of this sort of stuff, but they also auto-signed you up for a useless membership that was more difficult to cancel than your AOL account and charged an annual fee, so be careful what you wish for… :-)

In 2006, I was working for Chico attorneys, photocoping AOL instant messenger chats to submit as evidence in court. An attorney told me never put anything in writing that you don't want used against you, including texts, email, online chat, message boards and social media posts.

@dogscantwhistle The coverage was making me angry, so I stopped paying attention. Did they say, WHO dug up and spread almost aol-era emails? Most people do not want their "worst" emails/phone calls/texts from a decade ago on blast. Ridiculous.
