What I don’t understand is I live in rural England, my broad band with @BT was abysmal, slow , problematic and hard to get customer service whereas when we had AOL for years we had no problem / good service and now @SkyUK since 2015, great speed / no problems. Same place!

@SriSri Dear Swamiji. When church and mosques support parties like DMK why institutions like AOL doesn't take a stand? What are we afraid of or ashamed of?

  • mikemansell Mike Mansell (@mikemansell) reported

@sarah_edo Almost as bad as calling AOL back in the late 90’s to cancel your account.

  • survive_thrive Penta - Understand Survive Thrive (@survive_thrive) reported

@saxena_puru 1000s bought and held Yahoo and AOL in 2000s, and Ripple and Litecoin in 2017 based on conviction (few examples). Conviction is dangerous and a slow poison

It is absolutely disgusting how @AOLSupportHelp treats its customers. I'm trying to reset a password for an account my mother that she hasn't accessed in over a decade and not only has your call center been rude, but they've hung up on me. It is a bottle neck now to many issues.

As internet is garbage take me back to 1000 free hrs aol days where you could actually tell google what to search for

  • EvrybodynthrMom EverybodyandtheirMom🌋Tyrant of Sons (@EvrybodynthrMom) reported

@CoatTrapper @hendrikinvestor Yeah, fine for trading, but I would never trust it as a longterm store of wealth. 25 years ago, AOL and Yahoo dominated the internet; these days Yahoo is a bit player, and AOL has vanished without a trace. Bitcoin can disappear just as easily.

  • Call_Me_ZoomE Zoom-E (@Call_Me_ZoomE) reported

I always laugh when people say Bischoff or even Russo killed WCW. Both yes led to WCW being creatively & even financially bad, but even at its death Nitro was a huge cable ratings draw. AOL deal/Kellner wanting nothing to do w/wrestling bc of advertising money always killed WCW.

@RiseFallNickBck @HannaBarberaCap I heard about the aol and Time Warner merger many times, but what’s so bad about this merger?
