@dam5s Despite being burned out on MVVM and my dislike of the built-in page routing, Xamarin is fine. My problems mostly revolve around the barriers put in place by Apple and their walled AOL garden.

i love cartoon network and adult swim so much but seeing how it gets absolutely ****** by every merger, AOL, AT&T & now Discovery its sad. adult swim’s illusion that its not corporate and run by normal people gets harder to envision over time and its not their fault

@ChibiJenHen Pretty much. Look at the AoL/Time Warner merger. Lost a **** ton of money on both sides and mostly killed a wrestling company.

@LouisatheLast Anonymity is so integral to this, too. If AOL and LJ had had real name policies, we never would have had the opportunity to grow as people bc we'd forever be known as that kid who thought libertarianism sounded good on paper.

I found the password for an old AOL email of mine on a notecard. I tried but was unable to sign in to AOL using that password and username. Although after clicking "forgot my password" and verifying my identity, AOL resurrected this email account from the dead. Whoa!
